Hello, my Twitter account is currently locked, and I am unable to access it because it requires a phone number that I no longer use. The SIM card associated with that number was discarded last year. Yesterday, when attempting to log in, I was prompted for a code sent to that old number, which is now impossible to retrieve. I am at a loss on how to proceed. Hello, my Twitter account is currently locked, and I cannot log in because it requires a number I used when creating the account, which I no longer have access to since I discarded the SIM card last year. I've been on vacation for several weeks, and everything was fine with my account. I managed to reset my password multiple times, but now I'm locked out. I received a message saying an authentication code ending in 02 would be sent to my phone, but I didn't receive anything from Twitter. I can't access my account even though my credentials are correct. Why can't my account be validated? I don't use Twitter for follow back parties, I only follow reputable accounts. Please verify that I'm not pretending to be someone else and let me back into Twitter. It would be helpful to have the validated account emblem. Thank you.

Hi, my Twitter account is currently locked, and I'm unable to log in as it is asking for a number I used during the account creation. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to that number as I threw away the sim card last year. Yesterday, when I tried to log in, it prompted for a code from that old number, which I cannot obtain. Hello, I hope you are doing well. I am interested in connecting with someone from Twitter regarding their TV guidelines. At Appeal TV London, we are currently working on a new pilot TV show that requires featuring contributors' tweets. While we will only display tweets with our contributors' full consent, based on our understanding of your guidelines, it seems necessary to exhibit their tweets in their entirety, including their username and photo. Given the content of our show and tweets, we are concerned that this practice might jeopardize our contributors' safety, potentially exposing them to online abuse. Would it be feasible to discuss obtaining permission to utilize the complete tweet while excluding their username and photo? I am looking forward to your response.

Hello, our company has an inactive Twitter account that we wish to retain to maintain the associated handle. Can we hide the account to prevent it from being found, while retaining ownership rights, as opposed to deactivating it and risking losing the handle permanently? Any assistance via email would be greatly appreciated.

I have been using the handle @cammosher for years. Recently, another account, @cam_mosher, was created without my knowledge and is causing confusion. When I try to tweet, the unwanted account is used automatically, and my followers are unaware of this situation. I would like Twitter to merge @cam_mosher with @cammosher or delete @cam_mosher entirely. I have tried to follow Twitter's instructions on deleting accounts by accessing "settings and privacy" under the profile icon, but both accounts share the same icon. This has made it difficult for me to differentiate between the two profiles, and I believe Twitter should take steps to clearly separate them.

I need to report a Twitter profile that has my full name and has posted inappropriate and degrading comments using my name. I would like the account to be removed or the username changed. I am experiencing an issue with Twitter’s password reset link, stuck in a loop. Despite receiving multiple reset emails with links, each attempt leads me back to a page suggesting I’ve already changed the password and prompting me to reset it once again. I attempted this on various browsers and cleared my cookies, yet the problem persists. Research indicates that others have encountered this same problem due to a Twitter fault, but unfortunately, contacting them for a resolution seems challenging.

Hello. I haven't accessed my Twitter account in a while. When I logged in today, it showed that I was following 1,[redacted] accounts, which I did not intend to do. Many of these accounts were in languages I don't understand. I suspect my account was hacked. I have changed my password, but unfollowing each account individually is taking too long. Is there a way to unfollow all contacts at once and reset my account completely?

Hello Twitter, In [redacted], I created a Twitter account when I was under 13. I didn't grasp the purpose of the app, so I deleted it. Recently, I redownloaded it and got hooked :). Today, after entering my birthdate as January 17, [redacted], my account was suddenly blocked. Although I know about the age restriction, I will be turning 17 next week. Losing access to my account, with all my memories, chats, followers, and likes due to creating it early (but not using it) is disheartening. I would appreciate if you could restore my account since I value it a lot. I attempted to send a picture of my ID to verify my age, but the upload failed consistently. Hello, I had an account with the username "onemans_opinion" that has been hacked and taken over by someone else. When I tried to log in on my new device, I discovered that someone had created an account using my email address "[redacted]" I am unable to log in or reset the passwords for either account. Please delete both accounts as they contain my personal information and should only be accessed by myself. Thank you, Corey

Hello, when I attempt to log in to my Twitter account, it prompts me to verify my phone number, which is +[redacted]2. I receive a verification code, enter it, but then it asks for verification again without sending another code. An error message pops up saying "Sorry, the request failed. Please try again later." This issue has occurred previously, and Twitter apologized, but it's happening again. It has been over a week now, and I have not received any response from Twitter support. Could someone please assist me with this? Thank you.

I am currently facing a frustrating issue with Twitter's customer support. I am unable to regain access to my account as I have forgotten the password and the email attached to the account is not functioning. Despite my efforts to reset the password, I keep receiving notifications stating that the email is not linked to the account. My account was suspended due to a misunderstanding of a tweet I posted. It has been about a month, and I would like to have it restored. The tweet in question was regarding some complaints about Mexican immigrants climbing over the new wall. I understand that some people may have interpreted my words as promoting violence, but as a doctor, I am actually against violence. I believe my tweet was misinterpreted, and I kindly request to have my account unsuspended so I can continue using the platform.

For more than a year, I've been struggling with an issue that nobody has been able to help me resolve. Twitter is essential for my business, and not having access to my account has been a significant problem. I remember my password, but when I try to log in, I'm prompted to reset it. The trouble is I no longer have access to the email address [redacted] or the old phone number associated with the account to receive the reset code. I have decided to delete my Tweeter account permanently. Initially, I wanted to use the platform to voice my opinions against certain actions, but I have since changed my mind. I am concerned about the high levels of EMFs emitted by cell phones and their impact on the environment. I do not have a cell phone number to deactivate my account, so I am requesting that you delete it for me. Additionally, please ensure that I stop receiving tweets in my email inbox. I recently had my Twitter account suspended because of an inappropriate tweet. I understand that my post went against Twitter's guidelines but was disappointed that my account was suspended without a warning. I have been an active Twitter user for nine years since I first joined in [redacted], and it is my primary social media platform. I called Twitter's headquarters to appeal my case and seek assistance but did not reach a live representative. I am reaching out via email to plead my case and request the reinstatement of my account. If my account is restored, I am willing to delete the problematic tweet, accept probationary measures, and commit to complying with all Twitter rules. I deeply regret the error and assure you that it won't happen again. I hope for Twitter's understanding and the opportunity to continue using the platform responsibly.

Dear Community, I want to address an issue involving the suspension of a clergy sexual abuse advocate's Twitter account due to false allegations made by a Baptist pastor named Timothy Pigg. The advocate did not doxx any private information but simply shared publicly available information about Pastor Pigg's church. This pastor misrepresented the situation to silence the advocate. I have been a target of online harassment with false information about me appearing in Google searches. The account responsible has been suspended but the damaging content remains. It falsely claims I have affiliations I don't, causing me social and work problems. I urge you to remove the untrue material, including my photo and name, to protect my reputation. I am Irish, not a member of any far-right group as claimed. If this issue isn't addressed, I may take legal action. The person behind this also created fake Facebook profiles which were removed.
