I recently got locked out of my Twitter account due to suspicious activity, caused by unfollowing too many people at once. Twitter sent a password reset link to the email linked to the account, but I no longer have access to that email as I forgot it. I'm worried about being permanently locked out of my account.

I have forgotten my password and no longer have access to the email address and phone number linked to my account. The email associated with my account is likely [redacted] I attempted to retrieve my password by clicking on the email reset option, but I did not receive any instructions. The current reset options provided do not allow me to regain access. Even after inputting a new email address for communication, I am still unable to reset my password. I am eager to regain access to my Twitter account and would appreciate assistance with this matter promptly.

My Twitter account @me1eane was suspended on Thursday, December 26, [redacted]. The email notification mentioned a violation of rules on platform manipulation and spam. I assure you, I am not a spam account; I share genuine photos and videos of myself. I do not engage in spam activities like excessive tweeting or liking. Most content on my Twitter is retweets from other accounts. Twitter is my preferred social media platform, and I love spending time on it. The suspension came as a surprise, and I am uncertain about the cause. I have submitted three appeals but received no response. I am eager to have my account reviewed promptly to lift the suspension. Any update on the status would be greatly valued. Kindly reinstate my account at your earliest convenience. Thank you.

Hello. I created a new Twitter account, but I was immediately locked out for seemingly suspicious behavior even though the account had just been created. Twitter is requesting my phone number to unlock it, but it seems that the number is already in use. I am unable to receive a confirmation code via email, so I'm unsure how to proceed.

We used an agency to manage our Twitter account last year. After reactivating the account, we are unable to view any data in the campaign section. Despite trying multiple time frames, the campaign data is not visible. We can see promoted tweets under creatives, indicating there should be some record for analytics. The agency had added a credit card which was removed after our campaign ended. I am curious if deleting all campaigns and the credit card also deletes the associated data.

I noticed my tweet regarding the Sunshine Coast has been removed. Could you kindly restore it, please? My handle is @VoteCoast, and I am an independent candidate for the election. The tweet is relevant as it highlights my experience of homelessness, an important issue. Removing my tweets may impact my democratic right to campaign for the election in Australia. Thank you. My account, "MadeMyDay," got suspended in October. I'm unable to log in, delete the tweet in question, or take any actions as I haven't received the verification email for my account. I've attempted to resolve this issue numerous times without success. I have submitted the support form 15 times but have not received any response. Despite receiving other emails from Twitter, I still haven't got the email I need for verification. I kindly request assistance in sending the activation link or tweet deletion link to my email or mobile number. Thank you.

My Twitter account @Wwebeast2000 got locked because it seems I didn’t meet the age requirement, although I am 13 and will soon be 14. I have been using this app for a long time and really enjoy it, so I would hate to lose it. Despite following all the instructions, I still can't unlock it. They are requesting my birth certificate, but being 13, I don't have one. I'm worried about losing everything, as I truly cherish this app and can't imagine not having it.

I have a Twitter account under the username AmrHelal2001 that I created in [redacted]. Since I didn't use it regularly, I forgot my password. I am currently trying to recover it, but it is connected to my old email address, [redacted], for which I forgot the password or may have been hacked. I've tried all methods to access it without success. The email is linked to my mom's email, [redacted] She remembers the password, and I requested a code to help recover my account. I have an old Twitter account that I used around 5-6 years ago, and I don't have access to the email associated with it anymore. I tried to access the old email, but even the backup email for it was deactivated. I'm worried because I believe the account should be deactivated by now, but it's still active. I would like to bring attention to this issue so that the account can be deactivated. I was on Twitter earlier today, doing a few retweets. Everything seemed fine. I shut down my PC desktop. When I returned tonight, my account was suspended! I remember from a previous suspension that my phone number might be linked to someone else's account. I can't reach out to resolve this issue! Could this person be tweeting excessively or breaking Twitter rules, making it appear as if it's me? There was no valid reason for my suspension today, as I barely interacted on Twitter!

I accidentally got locked out of my Twitter account because I originally didn't meet the age requirements when I created it, so I recently updated my birthday to reflect my actual birthdate. It's been a while since I used Twitter regularly. Despite sending them my government ID as they requested, I'm unsure if I'll regain access. If not, would it be acceptable to delete the account and create a new one now that I meet the age requirements?

Hello, I am new to Twitter and was exploring the platform when I came across the option to promote a tweet. I did so without realizing there would be a cost involved. Now, I have received an email stating that I have an outstanding balance of $50, which is equivalent to 18,[redacted] Naira, and I am unable to afford this. I am feeling overwhelmed and scared. My Twitter account was hacked back in [redacted]/[redacted]. Honestly, the main reason I joined any social media platform at that time was to raise awareness about climate change, the economic downturn of [redacted]/[redacted], and the actions of the Republican party. Now, in [redacted], we have an unpredictable person in the White House and a sinister Mitch McConnell appointing conservative judges to the courts. This is not a good scenario for our planet.

After receiving a new phone for Christmas, I encountered issues with accessing my Twitter account due to forgetting my password. Despite attempting to reset it and not receiving the reset code, I continued to face this challenge even after following the guidance from the Twitter help center. Additionally, enabling the SMS verification method did not solve the problem as I did not receive the code. I recently created two Twitter accounts using one phone number, one for me and one for my brother. Unfortunately, I forgot my password, username, and if I linked an email to my account. None of my emails are recognized, and when I try to reset my password via SMS, I'm informed that there are multiple accounts linked to my number. I didn't want to lose access to my account, so I created a new one with the same number. Now, my number is associated with three accounts. Is there a way to recover my original account? Thank you.

I am experiencing difficulty deleting a duplicate account created several years ago. I no longer have access to the associated phone number or email address. The account's handle includes my legal last name and an abbreviated first name. Despite offering to provide legal identification as proof of ownership, I was denied assistance because I lacked the recovery phone number or email. I am concerned about the security risks associated with the account, as it holds personal information. I have reached out multiple times for help but have not had success. I recently had to switch to a new phone service with new numbers. Prior to this, I changed the password to my Twitter account a few weeks ago. Now, I am unable to log in as I no longer have access to my old phone with the old number to receive the text for the forgot password section. I have tried all possible passwords but recall I may have misplaced one capitalized letter. Also, I initially linked the account to an email for a Twitter handle I forgot from [redacted]. This Twitter account, username Michael_GTNTWS, is the only social media platform I am unable to access currently.

Dear @twittersupport and @twittersafety, My account, [redacted], got suspended, and I'm unsure of the reason behind it. Perhaps it was due to inadvertently violating the Twitter ads policy. I was not well-informed about these rules and never intentionally promoted ads. Building my network on Twitter was a significant effort, which I have now lost. I apologize for any errors and promise not to repeat them. There was no hate or abuse from my account, and there won't be any in the future. Please reconsider and reinstate my account promptly.
