Recently, my account was hacked. Understandably, I quickly changed my password and removed my personal information for safety. However, I am currently unable to access my account as I have forgotten the new password. Whenever I try to reset it, the reset email goes to other unused accounts linked to my primary email, making the process more challenging. I am quite frustrated as I am locked out of my account. Your assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I recently created my Twitter account, and within a short period, Twitter restricted my account's features, which I find puzzling. I believe my compliance with the terms and conditions should not have led to this action. Moreover, I encountered difficulty in regaining access to my account as the confirmation method offered was solely through a phone number, which I cannot currently utilize. I am quite unsettled by this development and urge Twitter to promptly rectify this situation by including an email verification option. Around 15 days ago, I mistakenly entered a birthday date below 18 years old, which is just around 3 years old. Consequently, my account got blocked. My Twitter account represents the Bihar Police Head Quarters (Government organization). When I set up the account, I used the social media organization date for Bihar Police. However, this led to the Bihar Police Twitter account being blocked. I would like to know the process to unblock the Bihar Police account.

My Twitter account got restricted for following too many accounts. They requested me to verify my phone number, but the process keeps failing to send a verification code. It's been five days, and my appeal hasn't received a response. I wish Twitter would provide another way to verify my identity as the phone number method isn't working. I am having trouble unlocking my account. Whenever I attempt to receive the SMS code, I receive an error message saying, "Sorry, the request failed. Please try again." This issue has persisted for a week or longer. Despite reaching out to Twitter support multiple times, I have only received generic responses. Additionally, I have attempted to reset my password, but the error with receiving SMS persists. Please unlock my account or enable me to receive SMS messages. My Twitter account got restricted for following too many accounts. They requested my phone number for verification, but the code wasn't sent, showing a "request failed" message. I've been waiting for five days for a response to my appeal but haven't heard back. I'm stuck since they didn't provide an alternative verification method when the phone number verification failed. Yesterday, I purchased a new Android phone. When I attempted to log into my Twitter account, it indicated that my password was incorrect. I proceeded to reset my password, but encountered a continuous loop on the Twitter website. Despite entering my email multiple times for a reset, the process kept redirecting me to restart. I am seeking to appeal my suspended account due to "hateful conduct." It is perplexing that individuals like Trump can engage in continuous hateful conduct without facing consequences, while I am restricted from exercising my freedom of speech. I am requesting my account to be reinstated and to receive personalized communication from a human representative rather than automated responses.

Last night, I received a string of tweets from a rude individual, repeatedly telling me to go away. I reported this harassment to Twitter, and they are investigating the matter. Despite blocking the person, they are mobilizing their friends to continue the attacks. Surprisingly, even though the person clearly broke the rules, their account remains active. This is frustrating, especially when my own account was suspended for much less in the past.

Despite multiple attempts, I did not receive any verification email for that account. I even tried using different email addresses, but the issue persisted. I receive emails from Twitter for other matters, just not for email confirmation. I have submitted several reports, but unfortunately, there has been no resolution. It has been 25 days now, and I am seeking assistance with this matter.

I'm encountering difficulty accessing my Twitter account from another device since I have forgotten my password. There isn't an email or phone number associated with the account for me to recover it. I am currently logged in on my computer, but I am unable to update my account information without the password. Despite explaining this in my support ticket to Twitter, they advise me to use my active account to make changes, which I can only do with the password. I am having trouble accessing my account because I recently changed my phone number and email address, and I no longer have access to the verification code. I attempted to use the backup code, but I don't have access to my old number and email as they have both been deactivated. I remember my username and password, but I can't log in due to the code, and I don't have a picture of the backup code. I am unable to change my account settings as I am unable to log in on my phone or computer. I was on Twitter around midday Kenya time when I was informed that I would have unlimited features on my account. However, when I changed the password via email, my username appeared as Jaber[redacted]49 instead of just Jaber1, which was how I initially set it up. I created this account on September 24th and had around 40 followers with around 76 accounts followed. I encountered an issue and contacted support, mistakenly providing the wrong email address initially. I have two possible emails: [redacted] or [redacted] I last used Twitter just before midday on the same day. Support requested a code be entered, which I did not receive immediately on my phone or Gmail, but later found it in my Yahoo account. Despite getting the code, I am unsure where to enter it. Support indicated a response time of up to 3 days. I am seeking advice on how to handle this situation as I want to rejoin the conversation, particularly regarding Big Brother Naija. I am eager to continue supporting and engaging, so any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
