My account has been suspended for violating rules because I was under 13 when it was created. Even though I am now 19 and have been actively using Twitter for the past few years, my account remains suspended because it was opened more than 6 years ago. I believe I should be able to regain access since I am well above the minimum age. It's frustrating to be penalized for something that happened when I was too young to understand how to use the platform effectively.

I need help with my account being locked unfairly because someone changed my birthday, causing me to be locked out due to an incorrect age. I have emailed Twitter my ID for verification, but it has been hours, and I have not received a response. Please unlock my account (@CLOUDYKROL) and reply to my email promptly.

I received a seven-day suspension, initiated an appeal, but later withdrew it. Despite the suspension allowing me to stay on the site without tweeting, liking, or retweeting, I'm now unable to use my account even after the 7-day period ended. Upon opening the app, I saw a message stating that my appeal was almost ready to be sent, indicating that I was appealing 0 tweets because I deleted the tweet to cancel my appeal. Pressing the "finish" button did nothing, and the only options available are to visit Twitter Help, which doesn't offer a solution, and to log out of my account. I've cherished this account for over 8 years and am desperate to regain access.

I am stuck in a frustrating cycle while attempting to reset my password. After purchasing a new phone, I've been unable to access my Twitter account. Despite receiving the reset link and following the instructions, it repeatedly informs me that the password has already been reset. This leads me back to the login page without successfully changing the password, leaving me unable to log in.

I recently changed phones and logged out of Twitter. When attempting to sign in on my new device, I realized I couldn't remember my password. I tried to reset it but only received the same emails prompting me to reset it repeatedly. Consequently, I am stuck in a loop and unable to change my password successfully. The system indicated that I've made too many attempts, but I'm at a loss on how to proceed. I've had my Twitter account for seven years, and creating a new one is not something I want to do.

Hello. My Twitter handle is @dijahwee. My account has been temporarily restricted. After deactivating and reactivating my account multiple times today, I now can't reactivate it. Unfortunately, I have not received any emails from Twitter to change my password using my email (dijah4ever&@yahoo.com). Additionally, I couldn't change my password using my phone number as it's tied to another account. I really cherish my Twitter account and miss using it. Please, Twitter, help me regain access. I appreciate your prompt attention to this issue. Thank you to anyone who can assist.

Each time I try to log into Twitter, I don't receive the verification link in my email. I have contacted Twitter support, but they couldn't assist since my account was locked, and I needed to click the verification link to unlock it. However, the link isn't showing up in any of my email inboxes, creating a frustrating situation. I had an account for 10 years until a recent incident occurred where a student slapped a teacher during a verbal altercation. I made a comment on the video without using any inappropriate language, but my account got disabled or blocked afterward. As a result, I lost all my followers and the accounts I was following. Recently, my account got suspended due to a comment I made on a news video about an incident with a substitute teacher. I didn't use any inappropriate language in my comment. I've had this account for a decade, never receiving any prior warnings. I'm unsure about the reason for my account suspension. I had a significant following and was following many accounts. I can't remember my Twitter password, and my old cell phone, which had it stored, got damaged. The phone number linked to my account is no longer active, and I can't recover my account using it. Trying to use my email for recovery prompts me to post a tweet on my account through another app, but I can't log in due to the forgotten password. I'm hoping customer service can help me update my phone number so I can reset my password and regain access to my account.

I recently got an email from Twitter informing me that in order to keep using my Twitter account, @itswschool, I need to agree to the updated Terms, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Use by December 11, [redacted]. However, I am having trouble locating where I can accept these terms on my account.

I have experienced being hacked twice in the last three days. The system notified me that my IP address was being used in two locations after traveling out of town. The first time, I changed my password right away but now I have been hacked again. I am confused about how someone could know my password. I did not receive any email alert from Twitter to inform me that my account was accessed from another device. I am looking for clarity on how this happened and why it's reoccurring.

I've reached out to Twitter multiple times, but it seems like my appeals are not being read. I'm hoping to get help with a mistake that occurred. After my account was restored, it was resuspended right away. This was unintentional as I didn't even have the chance to do anything. My Twitter account has been active for years. The reason for the resuspension was for "managing multiple accounts for abusive purposes." However, I only had my main account @mtvlaurel and my alternate account @mtv_laurel for legitimate reasons, not for abusive purposes. I used the second account for DMs when my main account was lagging during a DM game. I believe the resuspension happened when I checked the alternate account after my main account was unsuspended. I'm determined to resolve this as it is unjust. Please, help me fix this issue.

Hello, I am having trouble unlocking my account, which seems to have been locked by mistake. When attempting the phone verification, I keep receiving the error message: "Sorry, the request failed, please try again later." This issue has persisted for about a week now. I've had my Twitter account for over four years, but it's been locked because of age restrictions. I'm 17 and have the necessary identification to prove it. It seems like a misunderstanding, and I really need access to my account as it contains important information for my college applications. Being a high school senior, colleges use my Twitter to reach me, so not having access hinders my future prospects. Any assistance in resolving this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I'm having trouble accessing my Twitter account. After it was temporarily blocked for violating the rules, I got an email about the suspension. However, when I tried to log back in, it's asking me to verify my email. The email mentioned in the verification doesn't seem to be the one linked to my account. It's confusing and I can't log in.

I recently discovered that my photo was posted without my consent by the account @ReinhartG (Reinhart Gauss). I am kindly requesting for the unauthorized photo to be removed. The caption of the post in question is as follows: "Seriously @CityofLdnOnt... You just had to make #Homeless individuals tear down their tents now?? Cold wet snow and you had nothing better to enforce right?? You cold-hearted person. That's something to brag about #ldnont."

Why hasn't the account of Donald J. Trump been frozen? He recently targeted another woman with his falsehoods. I expect you to take action and block him like any other troubled individual. Failing to do so sends a dangerous message. Your platform is already tainted with fake news and bots. By seemingly endorsing everything he says or does, you have once again overstepped boundaries. You must hold all his accounts accountable. The outcome of the last election rests partly on you. Money seems to be your sole priority, tarnishing your reputation. I hope you consider the safety of your family. History is being written, portraying you in a negative light, toxic and derogatory towards women. Shame on you.
