Hello, I previously deactivated my Twitter account a few years ago when I was younger. Unfortunately, I forgot the password and the email associated with it. I recently learned that my cousin Eric Stevens wishes to use the username "@stevensnation" for his ALS fundraising efforts. This username holds significance for our family, and it would be greatly appreciated if I could retrieve the account to support his cause. I have been locked out of my account again. I have verified that I am not a robot, but despite receiving the verification code multiple times on my inactive phone, I have not received any further assistance. I had a similar issue last month, where I was unfairly locked out for over two weeks. I have made several requests, provided a new phone number, and yet, my account remains inaccessible. I have clearly outlined what Twitter needs to do to resolve this matter - simply unlock my account without delay. However, this has not been done yet.

I believe my Twitter account was deleted before the full 30 days passed after deactivation. There seems to be confusion about whether the 30 days are consecutive or total days within a certain period, as this is not clearly explained on their website. Upon trying to reactivate it after about two weeks of deactivation, my account was no longer available. I had deactivated it for a few weeks the month before as well. I am seeking to file a complaint with Twitter, but I'm unable to find an email address or other contact information. This situation is frustrating, especially since it may result in a loss of professional opportunities. If you are aware of how I can reach out to Twitter, I would greatly appreciate your assistance. I am experiencing difficulty accessing my account @Chalet_LeRepos as it is attempting to send a verification code to my old cell phone number, which I no longer have access to. I need to update my current cell number to 1-[redacted], but I am unable to do so because the system keeps trying to send the verification code to my outdated number, preventing me from accessing my account to make the necessary changes. My name is Thomas Mathwig, and I recently noticed a $99 charge on my Direct Express card ending in [redacted] for services from twitter.com on October 3rd. I do not have a Twitter account nor do I use their services. This charge is unauthorized, and I did not make it. I would like the $99 refunded back onto my Direct Express card as soon as possible. It was not me who made this charge, and I am unsure how this transaction occurred. Thank you, Thomas Mathwig.

My account, @siilyho, was suspended for supposedly "managing multiple accounts for abusive behavior," which is false. Despite receiving an email stating that my tweets did not violate any Twitter rules and that no action would be taken, my account was still suspended. The accusation of managing multiple accounts is unfounded, as I only have one account linked to my email and phone number. It is perplexing how I could be orchestrating abusive behavior when Twitter confirmed there were no indications of rule violations by my account.

My account is currently locked due to "age issues," and I am requesting assistance in unlocking it. I assure you that I am of the required age, being 20 years old, so I am finding it unnecessarily challenging to resolve this matter. My 9-month-old daughter inadvertently changed my age on Twitter while playing with my phone, causing the restriction. Unlocking my account is crucial to me as I have important personal content, such as photos not saved elsewhere, and communication threads stored there that I do not want to lose. It is worth noting that a friend who encountered a similar problem had her account successfully unlocked without any complications.

When I was younger, I created a Twitter account with the username rkscOttie but can no longer access the associated email, which was a Yahoo account under the address [redacted] Despite verifying my security questions, I am unable to log in. I now only use [redacted] I have tried everything and just want the rkscOttie Twitter account deleted. Any assistance in accomplishing this would be greatly appreciated.

I recently received a notification on my Twitter account stating that my access was restricted for 24 hours due to an inappropriate post. I promptly removed the post and patiently waited for the allotted time. After the 24 hours had passed, I was informed that I could regain full access to my account. Excited to resume using all features, I proceeded to follow the given instructions. However, upon attempting to confirm my phone number to restore services, I encountered an error message stating: "[redacted] Forbidden: The server understood the request, but is refusing to fulfill it." I'm reaching out for assistance in resolving this issue so I can fully utilize my Twitter account once again. Thank you, Laura

Yesterday, when trying to access my Twitter app on my iPhone, I encountered an issue mentioning limited features. However, I was prompted to verify my phone number, which is correct, but the verification code was never received after multiple attempts over the last two days. I am unsure why my account was locked or suspended, as my activity on the platform has been normal without any rule violations. This situation is both perplexing and irritating for me.

I need help. Someone offered to manage my son's website and Twitter account after he passed away. However, the Twitter account now displays a disturbing image of my late son in China. I have been experiencing difficulties accessing Twitter for over a week now. I have attempted to log in using various platforms including the Twitter for Android app, Twitter Lite for Android app, and twitter.com, on multiple devices belonging to friends and family. However, each time I enter my login details, I am caught in a continual loop of "loading," followed by "something went wrong," then prompted to "check your internet connection," only to return to "loading" once more. This cycle persists until I exit the app or close the webpage. I have tried resetting my password twice, clearing cache, cookies, and data, uninstalling and reinstalling the app after powering off my phone, yet I remain unable to successfully access my account, regardless of the device used.

My account was suspended by Twitter for a tweet they deemed abusive, which I disagree with. Twitter seems to focus on my account while allowing others to post inappropriate content. I have appealed multiple times and received generic responses directing me to their policy. I believe Twitter is being hypocritical, as I can see accounts with offensive content still active. It's frustrating that I can't interact with my friends. My Twitter handle is @ayy_ooo__.

Hello. My account got suspended due to an "offensive" tweet I posted. Twitter informed me that I could restore my account by verifying my email, but I have not received the verification email despite my numerous attempts. I have checked my spam folder, changed my email address, and resent the verification email multiple times to no avail. I am now required to appeal the suspension, but Twitter is taking a long time to respond, leaving me unsure of the status. I am ready to verify my account if only I could receive the email. Currently, the login screen states "thanks for your appeal" and suggests deleting the tweet or canceling the appeal. However, canceling the appeal prompts me to verify my account, which I am unable to do without the verification email (I have already verified my phone number). I find myself trapped in this cycle. I appreciate any assistance.

I had created a Twitter account when I was under thirteen, and now, after turning eighteen, I decided to update my birth date for accuracy. However, immediately after making the change, my account got blocked due to not meeting the age criteria at the account's creation. Twitter now requests a photo of a government-issued ID for review, which I am hesitant to provide. Sending the ID could potentially confirm my underage account creation. I simply wish to regain access to my account and feel frustrated by the situation, given that I now meet the age requirements despite not doing so when I initially joined.

My account, @DruscillaAnn, was hacked and changed to @Abyna_june. My birthday is March 9, [redacted], and my phone number is [redacted]. Twitter is essential to me, where I share positive tweets that have helped followers. The hacker, @Abyna_June, has even blocked my close followers. This breach hurts because I put a lot of effort into this account, unlike some old forgotten ones. I never shared my password. I realize now not everyone on Twitter is trustworthy; you have to be cautious. I would appreciate help in recovering my account as the hacker deleted it entirely, causing distress to my friends who couldn't find me on Twitter.

Despite being aware of the age restrictions, I unknowingly set up my account before fully understanding the guidelines. I only intended to update my birthday on my profile to align with my current age of 20, as I am an active Twitter user who greatly values the platform. I recently discovered that according to your policies, content created when I was under 13 can be removed, allowing me to retain my account. Preserving my account is essential to me as it contains cherished tweets, followers, and personal content. I got a new phone in July and have been unable to access my Twitter account since then.
