I believe someone has gained unauthorized access to my devices, including my cell phone and laptops, compromising my emails, bank account, calls, text messages, social media, WhatsApp, photos, videos, browsing history, and location. They are sharing this information via Twitter DMs, but cleverly avoid posting it publicly on their timelines to conceal their actions. I've reported this to the police, and in response, the hacker threatened to frame me for possessing child pornography. They continue to intimidate me by indirectly referencing the hacking through subtweeting, likes, and retweets on Twitter, causing distress. After close monitoring for almost two years, I have identified the hacker and their accomplices in the social circle. I'm requesting Twitter to provide the DMs of these suspects to the police without alerting them, as they may remove evidence. This violation of privacy is a serious crime, and I seek your urgent assistance in this matter. Regards, N. Hariparsad.

Twitter Needs to Stop Blocking 503c Veteran Organization Twitter should verify Code of Vets with a blue checkmark to support our veterans. I'm appalled by Twitter continuously locking out Code of Vets, a 503c veteran organization dedicated to helping veterans in crisis. As a recent homeless veteran, I have been rescued by Code of Vets and they even gifted my family a [redacted] car. Code of Vets' tweets focus on helping veterans and offer support during difficult times. There is no reason for Twitter to label their actions as "suspicious." The veteran community feels let down by Twitter for not supporting organizations like Code of Vets, who work tirelessly for our heroes. Personally, Code of Vets has been a lifeline for me when other organizations didn't respond. Their advocacy on Twitter has been life-changing. I urge Twitter to address this issue and support our defenders of freedom. Thank you. Shukri

I have reached out to Twitter multiple times seeking assistance, but unfortunately have not received the help I need. I am trying to recover my old account, iAlonzooo, in order to deactivate it. When I contacted Twitter support via email, they requested the associated email address for the account. This has been challenging as I have lost this information. Despite following the steps provided by Twitter, I have not been successful in resolving this issue. I have faced a similar situation with Facebook, and their customer support promptly assisted me in retrieving my account. I hoped for a similar experience with Twitter but have noticed a difference in their support. I kindly ask for help in deactivating my iAlonzooo account as I now have a new one, iAlonzoooo.

I have been struggling with my Twitter account being deactivated or locked down due to "suspicious activity" for almost a week. Despite following the steps provided and waiting for a call with a verification code, I have received no assistance. It seems like the issue may be related to me sending the same picture to multiple people. Additionally, when trying to contact @TwitterSupport through a new account, I discovered that the same phone number was linked to my main account. I have submitted detailed explanations through the Help Center, only to receive automated responses that offer no new solutions. Despite repeatedly replying with additional details, I have not received any further responses. Unfortunately, Twitter only allows one help ticket at a time, leaving me in a helpless situation. I am disappointed with the lack of support from Twitter and hope to resolve this issue soon.

Hello, on Twitter, my name is Jerome Allen Jr., and I am reaching out regarding my nephew, Kamari Jones. At Chesterfield Courthouse in Virginia, USA, a judge awarded custody to his father, who has a troubling history of abuse, weapon charges, gang affiliation, and other concerning behavior. Despite these issues, social services deemed Kamari safe in that environment. His mother, my sister, has chosen to step away from the situation. Now, Kamari's grandmother, Ruth M. Brown, is seeking full custody instead of just visitation rights. We appreciate any support, whether it be spreading awareness on Twitter or through our GoFundMe account for legal assistance. You can find the GoFundMe page by searching "ruthbrown,va" on GoFundMe.com. Thank you, Twitter, for any help or exposure you can provide as we pursue custody arrangements for Kamari.

Hello, my Twitter account was permanently suspended, and I'm seeking assistance. Two weeks ago, it was suspended for a week due to a misunderstanding. I had quote tweeted an offensive tweet toward Jewish people to highlight the issue we face, but someone reported me as if I endorsed the offensive content. After my one-week suspension, I noticed unfamiliar and offensive tweets posted from my account. Shortly after this, my account was permanently suspended. I've tried to contact Twitter support but only received automated responses stating my account violated rules. I value this account and would appreciate it if someone could investigate my case. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, Twitter. My account @pulledupinajag has been suspended for months now. It was due to not adding my phone number to confirm my identity while I was in school. I was asked to verify my phone number to change my Twitter header, which contained sensitive media. I'm requesting a reconsideration of my suspension as I feel it was unjust.

My account @ghazoulah has been locked since early August due to age restrictions, even though I am 21 years old. I have followed the provided instructions to unlock it but have been unsuccessful. The advice given was to "make a new account," even though I already submitted my documents to prove my identity. I am unable to open a new restoration case or continue with the old one to receive your responses. I am eager to have my account reinstated either based on the documents I previously submitted or by receiving further instructions from you. Please contact me via email or phone (+[redacted]******) so we can resolve this issue promptly. I have been using this account for 8 years and really need it back. Thank you.

My Twitter account, @ultsyohan, was suspended about 3 hours ago. Twitter did not provide specific details about the violation, only mentioning a rule breach without specifying the offending tweet. I use this account to share my hobbies and interests with friends and followers, not to impersonate real-life individuals or celebrities. I have appealed the suspension, but Twitter denied my request for reinstatement. Though I may have inadvertently posted something inappropriate, I am certain I have never harmed anyone through this account intentionally or otherwise. I urge Twitter to reconsider their decision and reinstate my account so I can continue using it responsibly.

Dear Twitter Support, I am reaching out to address the suspension of my business LLC account (@UnllimitedLLC) on Twitter. I have yet to receive any explanation for the suspension or a response to my appeals. It has been brought to my attention that a competitor organization may have tried to target and suspend our account to hamper our online presence. I kindly request your assistance in preventing misuse of Twitter's reporting tools by individuals acting in bad faith. A fair and level playing field is crucial for all users. Your prompt intervention in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Attached are our business license and my state identification card for verification purposes. Warm regards, RJ McMillion Chairwoman & CEO Unllimited LLC

My account got compromised. The email and password were changed without my permission. I've reached out to Twitter for help. I provided my ID to prove my identity, but they couldn't verify me as the account owner. It's alarming that someone else is using my account to tweet as me. The reference number for my fraud report is [redacted]. Unfortunately, Twitter doesn't have a customer service number I can call for assistance. I'm hoping for a phone call from Twitter to resolve this issue and close my account. My name is Jordan Howard, soon to be Jordan Goitia due to marriage. I've submitted both my IDs for verification. If needed, you can reach me at [redacted].

Hello! Our small Slovenian company tried to promote a tweet on Twitter but couldn't select Slovenia in the advertising payment options. When attempting to do so with a personal card, we got charged 90 EUR for the promotion mode instead of regular ads. We were only looking to see how the invoice would appear, similar to LinkedIn, and were unaware that we would be charged upfront without setting up a campaign. The sudden deduction without warning was quite a shock, especially considering our minimal tweeting frequency. We seek assistance as we immediately paused the promotion, but that doesn't refund the amount. Canceling still results in being charged for a whole month, which feels unjust. We hope for a resolution as 90 EUR is a significant sum for us to lose without warning.

My account got locked yesterday for 12 hours. I tried to access it to remove an "offensive" tweet, but even after the suspension ended, I can't get back in. I keep receiving emails asking to verify my email, which I've done numerous times. There's an unused account linked to my name that needs to be deleted as it may be causing issues. Despite seeing my profile when I visit help pages, I'm stuck on a screen asking to validate my email. I simply want to regain access to my account, @jcc, using the email [redacted] Please remove any other accounts with different emails. My @jcc account had [redacted] followers before all this happened. Help!

I couldn't access Twitter properly when I was mistakenly locked out, but that issue is resolved. However, I'm still suspended for being mistaken as a bot, and despite proving I'm not one, I remain suspended. I can't update my phone number while off Twitter. My new number is 07[redacted]28, so if an unlock code is needed, please send it to that number.

On September 12th, my Twitter account was unexpectedly suspended after I tweeted a happy birthday message to a celebrity. I already appealed the suspension once and received an automated response stating it was due to "exhibiting automated behavior" and requiring a phone number for account access restoration. Despite never using bots, I completed the recaptcha to prove I'm not a bot. I'm hesitant to share my phone number because I've heard it may lead to spam and hacking issues. I'm looking for alternative ways to regain access to my account while safeguarding my privacy and security.

My account got suspended because it seemed like I was under 13, which I am not. I originally made the account when I was under 13 with my Mum's help, but now that I'm 13, I have been using it on my own. I sent a document showing my age, but it was not clear enough, so they asked for a better one. It took me a while to send a new image, but now they are telling me to start a new report. When I try to do that, it says I still have an open report and need to provide more details. Even though they said the old report is closed, I keep getting stuck in this cycle. I just want to regain access to my account.

I have sent multiple messages through their contact page, but there is no clear way to delete my account. I no longer give permission to Twitter to keep or use my information. I officially request the deletion of my account and all associated data within seven days. Failure to comply will result in fines. Thank you. Alexandria J.

Hello, I am Dario Cruz, known as @WillDonnelly13 on Twitter. I am a fifth-grade teacher and an independent artist. Unfortunately, my account was suspended due to alleged copyright infringement by Universal Music Group. Despite receiving an email from Twitter about the suspension, I cannot access my account. I was advised to contact Universal for resolution. I have shared a response from Universal explaining the situation. I am currently seeking legal advice on this matter. I am eager to rectify the situation and continue using Twitter to support educational and artistic endeavors. I kindly request the suspension on my account be lifted and my access restored. Best regards, Dario Cruz

Hello Twitter, I am 18 years old and I believe I am old enough to have a Twitter account. When I changed my birth year to [redacted], I turned 18 on September 21st, which was yesterday. I think Twitter mistakenly locked my account thinking I am not old enough. I contacted Twitter for help, but I am hesitant to provide my ID card. I request Twitter to unlock my account and assist me in recovering it. Please reply promptly. I assure you this is not a lie. Thank you, Your loyal user

I recently logged out of my account but had trouble logging back in due to a possible robot detection issue. The system prompted me to complete a captcha and enter a verification code, which I never received via text. I reached out to support and, after a six-day wait with no response, followed up on my email. They initially indicated it was a closed case and requested a resubmission, but when I tried, they informed me it was an open case and I couldn't resubmit it. Despite my explanations, they reiterated that I could not update a closed case. I hope to resolve this issue soon and regain access to my account, even if it means exploring alternative verification methods. Thank you for your assistance.
