I would like to request the unlocking of my account. It has been inaccessible for nearly five days due to a tweet that, in comparison to my right to criticize Republican politicians under the First Amendment, is far less provocative. I anticipate that this matter will be addressed by the close of business on Friday. Failure to do so will compel me to pursue legal action, as my expression of First Amendment rights has been abruptly curtailed by your decision to prohibit me. I refer you to a recent ruling by the Court of Appeals of the Second District of NY, which prohibits government accounts from barring individuals, an action which parallels what has been done to me. To avoid negative publicity, I urge you to reinstate my account promptly. Reviewing a [redacted]-character tweet should not require a week unless insignificant individuals are being banned while influential figures can post without repercussions, regardless of the harmful, misleading, inciting, or false nature of their content.

My account got locked for being registered under 13, although I had parental consent from my Twitter-loving grandfather. I reached out to Twitter using their forms but had no luck. First, I sent my ID to prove I'm now over 13, but they rejected it. Then I tried the form for underage users with guardian consent, even though I'm no longer a minor, but received no response. The existence of the second form implies that accounts under 13 with a guardian's approval are allowed, like mine from a decade ago. I am unsure how to get Twitter to recognize this and unlock my account. Location: Germany, Europe.

I am in search of a social media expert to provide training for my unit. The expert should possess a comprehensive understanding of social media. The training session will involve a half-day program dedicated to enhancing social media skills, specifically tailored for ARRC Comd Gp media engagements. The goal of this training is to raise awareness among the leadership regarding social media and how to effectively manage it. The session should include practical examples to instill confidence in handling social media and stress its significance in supporting the delivery of deterrence and reassurance, allowing personnel to practice their social media skills. Additionally, I am seeking an internal communications expert to conduct training for my unit. The expert should have a strong background in internal communications. The training will span a full day and aims to equip participants with up-to-date communication skills to effectively communicate core messages, understand how media agencies operate in social media, and implement internal communication strategies. These training sessions are scheduled for October 8th and 9th, [redacted], at my unit location in Gloucester. I am eager to learn more about your training packages and associated costs.

I am frustrated that Twitter removed half of my pictures from my profile page when they updated the format. The "pictures and videos" section only displays three pictures, and when I try to click the arrow to see more, nothing happens. I have reached out to Twitter support through email, the help line, and the provided phone number, but have had no success. Despite following their instructions and contacting Twitter support repeatedly, I have not received a solution to this issue.

Attention Mr. Trump, First Lady, and Children, I am a man of God with no bad record. I am not perfect, but I am a child of God who loves God and people. The VA and BVA have caused me hardship for 40 years with lying, stalling, and fraud. I have won my case multiple times and have influential people wanting to represent me, including Yale College against the Secretary of Veteran Affairs. If you do not want this, offer a settlement similar to 16 years ago with disability benefits and back pay. Also, please compensate my son, David K. Collins. If not, be prepared for a legal battle. Thank you. Rev. Dolphus Collins.

Hello, my name is Madelyn K. and I'm 22 years old. I've been an active Twitter user with the handle @madelynrosie since [redacted]. Today, while checking my profile, I noticed a discrepancy in my birth year. After attempting to correct it to [redacted], the system locked my account, falsely stating I didn't meet the minimum age requirement of 13. Despite several tries, I couldn't submit the restoration form as the photo attachment process kept timing out. I am frustrated by this error as I am clearly over the age limit. I seek a prompt solution to regain access to my account. Thank you.

@Twitter I am kindly requesting the immediate restoration of our account @William0611 to its original state as the suspension has prevented us from accessing it for several days. We have maintained this Twitter profile since [redacted] and are puzzled by its sudden suspension despite adhering to all platform guidelines. Our follower count of [redacted] has been affected by the deletion of accounts, contrasting with other users who boast millions of followers. We advocate for children's rights and our account plays a vital role in supporting both children and parents in need. The removal of our followers, bookmarks, and those we follow has disrupted our ability to assist those who rely on us. Despite multiple attempts to contact support, we have not received a response. Please restore our account promptly to avoid legal action. Thank you, Jane G., President of William’s Voice child and parents civil rights advocacy.

@Twitter, we are seeking legal action following a recent ruling if our account @William0611 is not fully restored immediately. Our account, active since [redacted], was wrongly suspended despite complying with all guidelines. We had a modest following of [redacted] that was continuously reduced by Twitter. We are advocates for children and parents, providing valuable support. Twitter's actions have impacted our ability to assist those in need. Numerous attempts to resolve this issue have gone unanswered. We demand the prompt reinstatement of our account, or we will pursue damages totaling $3,[redacted],[redacted]. Sincerely, Jane G., President of William’s Voice child and parents civil rights advocacy.

I am really concerned about the security issues on both my and my boyfriend's accounts. In the past few months, we have experienced more than 10,[redacted] hacking attempts. Despite having set up security measures like two-step verification, I am still able to see unauthorized access through the apps and sessions feature. While I can log them out, they are not being blocked effectively, allowing them to return. I have involved the police, but their assistance is limited. This breach of privacy is frustrating, and creating new accounts is not a viable solution. Although the hackers have not impacted our accounts, the constant harassment through direct messages is distressing. I seek help in resolving this issue without the suggestion of ignoring it or creating new accounts, as these options have proven ineffective.

I cannot access my account at @transienttwo.com. I tried to reset my password, but it asks for an SMS verification to a phone number ending in [redacted], which I don't recognize. I fear my account may have been compromised, as I can't confirm the number. I've submitted tickets but can't access them without logging in. I created a new Twitter account, @shrh4veus1, to contact @twittersupport for assistance, but haven't heard back. I rely on @transienttwo for promoting my blog, transienttwo.com, and need to regain access. Your help in resolving this long-standing issue would be greatly appreciated.

It seems that having a differing opinion on Twitter can lead to account suspension without proper explanation. After challenging Juan Williams of Fox News for spreading misinformation, my account was suspended for 12 hours with no clear reason given. Despite reaching out multiple times, there has been no response to my appeals and emails. It's essential for companies to abide by U.S. laws and respect every individual's right to express their views without fear of censorship. If Twitter aims to be a platform for all voices, then transparency and fairness should be upheld, regardless of political leanings. It's concerning that valid complaints about the platform are increasing and gaining attention from U.S. lawmakers. Clarity and accountability are crucial for maintaining trust and integrity within the online community.

Certain public figures, particularly those with liberal and leftist views, are utilizing platforms like Twitter to shield themselves from deserved criticism. They opt for hiding behind their online personas, making it difficult for users to directly reach their offices or engage in constructive dialogue. These individuals leverage their alignment with left-leaning ideologies to express anti-American sentiments freely, seemingly immune to repercussions due to possible bias within the system. As users, many feel frustrated by the double standards that allow such behavior to persist unchecked. Addressing these concerns, many are taking steps to voice their experiences and opinions to officials. It is crucial for all individuals, regardless of political stance, to be held accountable for their words and actions on public forums. There is a sense of urgency to uphold fairness and ensure equal treatment for all users on online platforms.

Hello, I am writing to address the suspension of my account and request its reinstatement. I recently received two copyright notices, unintentionally violating the rules, and have taken measures to prevent this from occurring in the future. Although I have reached out to the parties who issued the notices, I feel that my account should not remain suspended. The issue arose when two posts from a month ago, uploaded using Twitter's "Tweet Video" feature, were flagged for copyright violation. I acknowledge the mistake and assure you that I have not committed any further infractions since the initial warning. Given my clean record over the past three years, I appeal to you to reconsider the suspension based on a couple of unintentional errors. I acknowledge my error in reposting videos that were not my original content but rather utilized a feature within the app. I assure you that I have learned from this experience and will not repeat the same mistake in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Devan Olsem ProCity Hoops

My direct messages (DMs) on Twitter are not functioning properly. They were operational this morning but stopped working at 9AM, getting stuck on the loading screen. I searched online and found others experiencing the same issue, taking weeks to months to be resolved. I don't want to wait that long for a fix. Using my backup account, the DMs work well. On the web client, I received an Internal Error message, but when I switched to the newest layout, they worked for about 5 hours before becoming unresponsive. The DMs work on one of my two accounts, but that is not my main one. I hope to resolve this issue and have my DMs working seamlessly again.

I noticed my birth year on my account is [redacted], but I was actually born in [redacted]. I created the account in [redacted] when I was 12, and like many kids, I adjusted my age to join. I hardly used Twitter since then, and it reflects my inactivity. Do I really need to create a new account with almost no followers? When asked to confirm my birth year of [redacted], I hesitated but agreed. I've changed my age on other platforms without issues. Can I revert to [redacted], or get an exemption from this rule? It feels unnecessary given my history. Thank you, Twitter, for enforcing these rules, even though it feels excessive.

My Twitter account was flagged for breaking rules, even though my tweet wasn't offensive or violent. However, the tweet I responded to contained actual violence. I also follow a user whose comment was very offensive, discussing death and spreading hatred towards another country. Interestingly, the user is white, while I am Afro-Hispanic, making me wonder if Twitter targets people of color while overlooking the actions of white users. I've observed users posting inappropriate content, including adult material, without being penalized. I'm hesitant to delete my harmless comment and can provide a screenshot of the so-called "offensive comment" if needed.

My name is Kathy Mathews, and my Twitter account is @katmatxx. Recently, my account was suspended due to multiple copyright infringements related to music in the background of my artwork videos. I want to clarify that I had no bad intentions; I simply enjoyed using the songs. I am willing to remove any tweets with copyright claims and have been attempting to do so. However, since I am suspended, I can't access or delete the specific tweets. Twitter suggested contacting each DMCA notice to initiate the removal process. I aim to resolve this without legal involvement and hope to retrieve my account by removing any copyrighted content. I won't be sharing videos on this platform in the future.

My Twitter account was suspended unfairly once again due to targeted harassment from right-wing transphobes. Despite not engaging in any harassment, my platform has been attacked, highlighting gaps in Twitter's rules that allow for such abuse. I have consistently advocated against violent acts of transphobia like misgendering. I recently contacted support about the leniency in your Terms of Service regarding this issue. It is unjust to penalize a minority for speaking up while those who targeted me have not faced consequences. I am once again requesting a phone interview or email response to address this unfair situation. If needed, I will involve the FBI due to the ongoing cyber harassment reports against me. I can provide evidence of this individual targeting me multiple times. If my account isn't reinstated, I will escalate this issue, as the FBI has shown willingness to assist victims. Octavia E. has multiple accounts and orchestrates mass reporting campaigns. Your Terms of Service should not be exploited to silence marginalized voices.

Hello, my name is Robert Daniel Howard, and my Twitter account MistaCaLii has recently been suspended. I believe there may have been a mistake as I mainly use my account to tweet about government politics and local news. If there were any rule violations, it was unintentional on my part. I think Twitter may be facing some issues with users misusing the report abuse feature, leading to unjust suspensions. It's concerning that some accounts with inappropriate content remain active while others, like mine focused on legitimate topics, face suspension without prior warning or communication about the specific issue. I hope this situation can be resolved fairly soon. Thank you.

I registered on Twitter years ago but never used it. Recently, I tried to sign up to like a friend's post and found out my email was already in use. When I tried to reset my password, I received a link at my email [redacted] Clicking on it, I was surprised to see that my account was suspended and linked to the username @EggerVLsouthey, which is not mine but belongs to someone called "Eggers Ternwing" whom I don't know. Despite the profile having my email, it lists my location as Nigeria, which is not accurate. I have never been on Twitter before but would like to start using it. Please help me remove this account or at least my email from it. Thank you.
