Today, I encountered an issue on Twitter. The platform claimed I violated the rules as it thought I was under 13 years old, even though I am old enough to use Twitter. Today is my 18th birthday, and I am upset because at 6 in the morning you locked me out of my account. I was informed it was due to creating it before the age of 13, which is not accurate. My sister, who is 32 years old, initially created the account and then transferred it to me when I was 13 and a half, meeting the age requirements. I hope this can be rectified promptly, as this situation is based on incorrect information and has affected my special day.

My Twitter account, "@__Jayyhauer," has been hijacked by @mzunderstoodxx. The hacker altered my account details, changed my email address, phone number, and password, and even added two underscores to the beginning of the username. I urgently need help to regain control of my account, as the hijacker is posting scams on my timeline and has blocked the temporary account she moved me to. The situation is causing me stress, especially since she has already taken money from me. Any support in recovering the recent changes made to my account would be greatly appreciated, as I need to prove that "@__Jayyhauer" belongs to me.

My Twitter account, @BillMcCurrach, was suspended without any reason given. I submitted an appeal, but Twitter has not responded. It seems many users are experiencing suspensions in a recent wave affecting 1.9 million accounts. Unfortunately, Twitter's lack of real human support makes it challenging to request account reinstatements or get explanations. I hope Twitter will restore my account soon as I use it for political discussions, sharing my ebooks, and raising awareness about cancer.

Hello Twitter community, I am trying to regain control of my older Twitter accounts which have been inaccessible due to being hacked and forgotten email addresses. I have attempted to contact my old email providers with no success. I need assistance deleting these old accounts so I can create a new and more professional one. I have already submitted three forms but received unhelpful auto responses. I am willing to provide proof of my identity and can confirm my current profile picture is on Facebook. My Twitter account @amazlngnature was suspended on May 5th around 3-4am IST, along with my personal account, my brother's personal account, and a few other smaller accounts where I didn't post regularly. Over the last four years, I dedicated my time to growing this account, creating content with proper credit all on my own until it reached 1 million followers. I was ecstatic. After reaching a million followers, I allowed my brother to post on my behalf for a few hours each day, giving him access. We both operated using the official Twitter for Android apps, as evident from my past tweets, and did not use any other third-party apps. I never intended to violate Twitter's terms of service in any way. The smaller accounts were created for enjoyment and sharing additional content not related to nature and animals, occasionally quoting them on @amazlngnature without realizing it went against Twitter's rules. I am devastated by the suspension and the lack of response to my appeal. I poured my heart and soul into Twitter, even sacrificing my studies. Please review my case and consider unsuspending my account with a warning. I promise not to repeat this mistake. @amazlngnature was my platform to share love for animals, prevent cruelty, and raise awareness about environmental conservation. I am willing to deactivate all other accounts if necessary, but please reinstate @amazlngnature, as it means the world to me. I trust in Twitter to understand and rectify this situation. Thank you.

Case Number: [redacted] As the administrator of Whitehaven Appsolutely, a town app, I initially set the birthday field to the date the app was launched as it aligns with our Twitter feed @Whitehaven_App. I mistakenly assumed it referred to the organization's birthday, not my personal one. It would have been helpful if the requirement for the administrator's birthday had been clarified on the Twitter page. Additionally, receiving a warning about the age requirement before the page was locked would have allowed me to rectify the error. Now, I must obtain a UK Identification Card to verify my identity. Since I am unable to drive due to a disability and am restricted from traveling abroad, I lack a valid UK passport or driver's license. My account, lpettler, needs a password change due to "unusual activity." Twitter requires a password reset, but my linked email is no longer accessible as it was connected to a discontinued Facebook.com email address. When I try to reset the password, clicking "I don't have access" leads me to a "Login issues" help page without a solution. Contacting Twitter via email is unsuccessful as they don't recognize my account without the Facebook.com email. The suggestion to create a new account is not ideal since I want to keep my username, lpettler, consistent across platforms. I need help reclaiming my username without losing it.

I've had my Twitter account for years, but only recently started using it to share my art. When I tried to update my birthdate, I found out the account was locked because I created it at 12 years old. I've submitted a report with my ID to unlock it, but haven't heard back. I even made a new account to contact Twitter support, but no luck yet. I really want my old account @bestlizardqueen unlocked to share my art or to at least free up the username. :-(

I am facing a significant issue that has been troubling me for years. My name is Alano Proost, and I am a 16-year-old from Holland. Yesterday, I attempted to update my birth year on Twitter from [redacted] to [redacted] since I was born in [redacted]. After making the change, my account got locked with a message saying I wasn't old enough to use Twitter or had created the account when I was too young. I am now 17 but don't understand why a simple year change led to my account being locked. Despite providing my license photo through the form, my account remains locked. I also tried filing a report, but Twitter couldn't locate my account, giving the impression it was deleted. I am hoping to have my original Twitter account reinstated rather than having to create a new one. This situation has been quite frustrating for me.

I am reaching out because I have been locked out of my Twitter account due to incorrect information I entered. When I was younger, my older brother Sammy shared his Twitter account with me. We both shared a love for Big Time Rush, and he passed the account to me when I was 15. I cherished the account with its thousands of followers and memories. Recently, I tried to update the personal information on the account to reflect that I am now the owner, but this caused me to get locked out. The email associated with the account is no longer active, so I updated it to my current email address. I received an email response on March 10th stating that my account can be unlocked, even though it was created when I was underage. I am 21 now, not 13, and I am eager to regain access to my account, _sabbysabsab. Dear Twitter Support, I opened the account @LanaDelRlley to combat hate speech and bigotry on the platform. Despite maintaining a positive and respectful presence with over 20,[redacted] followers, my account was suspended multiple times for alleged targeted abuse, which I disputed. My account was eventually permanently suspended without clear examples of wrongdoing provided. I believe the abuse reporting system is being manipulated to silence valid criticism and dissent. While I support Twitter's efforts to combat abuse, I urge a review of my case with human intervention to ensure fairness. The current automated system is penalizing legitimate users engaging in constructive dialogue. I request transparency and fairness in assessing my tweets to prevent genuine voices from being silenced unjustly.
