My account got locked because it was created in [redacted] when I was 12 instead of 13. I had parental permission to create it, but I accidentally selected the wrong reason from the drop-down menu. I chose that I entered the wrong date instead of selecting that I had parental consent. It was a mistake I made in a hurry and missed correcting it in time. I would appreciate it if you could help me correct this so I can submit the right form and ticket with proof of parental consent. I would prefer to move forward instead of being stuck on the page asking for my ID copy.

Hello. I intend to update my account to @sylvesterstein from its current state as @sylviamichelle_ and then @sylvesterstein_. I am the rightful owner of that username for Snapchat and Instagram, and now I aim to acquire it for Twitter. Upon noticing it was unavailable, I conducted research and discovered that the user of that account has been temporarily suspended. Thus, I aim to have their account removed so I can have this username for myself, considering they were suspended for misusing your application. The username ought to be available for use. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

I need help with addressing targeted harassment from a user on your platform. The individual is openly engaging in harmful behavior on their account without any apparent option for reporting this behavior. This user, identified as [redacted] on Twitter, is causing distress without consequences. Instagram's record of dealing with such issues is concerning, as they often fail to follow up on reports, resulting in many affected users losing access to their accounts. Although this conduct primarily occurs on Instagram, your platform inadvertently enables this user to continue their harassment. I urge you to take action by deleting [redacted]'s account and preventing them from creating new ones in order to protect users from further harm.

Hello, my account got locked after entering my birthday. The system stated I was underage when I made the account due to a new policy. I am actually 22 years old. I proceeded to the next page but mistakenly selected the parental option without carefully reading it, assuming my parent had created the account, which is not true. I am unable to choose a different option or contact Twitter support now. Is there anything else I can do to regain access to my account?

I attempted to update my profile to represent my dog exclusively. I added a profile picture and intended to create a bio. However, when trying to change my birthdate to match my dog's, who will turn one on 5/1/[redacted], I encountered an issue as he is less than 13 years old. I filled out the form to regain access, but the system rejected the picture of my driver's license as it was too large. I am unsure how to downsize the image to upload successfully. This obstacle is prohibiting me from accessing my account indefinitely. I am willing to provide my driver's license if needed, but I am uncertain of the process. Furthermore, I would like to revert the birthdate back to mine. Assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I am a medical student soon to apply to residency. Four years ago, someone created a Twitter account with my unique name and posted two messages that don't reflect me. I've reached out to Twitter about the impersonation, but they have not been helpful. This account is the top result when my name is searched on Google, and I'm concerned about how it might affect my future. Despite discussions with the person who created it, he no longer has access. The inactive account, @ItsYaBoyKarl, hasn't been used since [redacted] and has no followers. I believe explaining the situation could help resolve it. Thank you for your assistance.

I would like to request the deactivation of my Twitter account. It was suspended due to allegedly being created when I was under 13 years old. Twitter is now asking for my mother's government-issued information to confirm her role in creating the account for me at that age, which makes me uncomfortable. Since I am now well above the age of 13 and have no access to the account to deactivate it myself, I kindly ask for your assistance in deleting it. The account handle is @kathrynluisxx. I, along with my mother, prefer not to receive further emails from Twitter, hence why I seek complete deletion of the account. The current process requiring my mother's ID is arduous, prompting my decision to request account deletion. I appreciate your attention to this matter.

I am locked out of my account as I created it before turning 13, but now being 18, I am unsure if I can recover it. Despite reaching out for days, I have received no response. I created a new account to contact Twitter support, but I am stuck in a loop prompting me to submit a report that is still under review. I understand I wasn't of age when I first signed up on June 12, [redacted], but I only started using it after turning 13 on July 11, [redacted]. Please help me regain access to my @CondoOwen account. I enjoy funny content and would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.

I am facing a frustrating situation with Twitter. After moving back to my hometown from college, I rely on Twitter to stay connected with friends I only see in the summer. However, recently, many users, including myself, have had their accounts suspended without any explanation or support from Twitter. It is disappointing that Twitter has not addressed this issue or provided updates. I believe it would be reassuring if they acknowledged the problem and communicated their efforts to resolve it. I urge everyone affected to reach out to Twitter support and express their concerns. It is important that Twitter takes responsibility and deals with this matter promptly.

I am frustrated by the lack of communication from Twitter regarding the ongoing issue of account suspensions. Many individuals, including myself, rely on Twitter as a vital social connection. There are artworks and personal memories that people share exclusively on this platform. The absence of any acknowledgment or updates from Twitter is disheartening. It would be reassuring if Twitter's support team could at least acknowledge the problem and assure users they are working on a solution. I believe it is essential to raise awareness about this issue and push Twitter to address it promptly. Let's share our concerns with friends, other users, and even stakeholders to hold Twitter accountable and ensure they do not ignore this problem.

I have been attempting to manage my liked and retweeted tweets recently. While my profile states I have liked 9,[redacted] tweets, I can only see 12 liked tweets on both mobile and desktop. Similarly, although it shows I have retweeted [redacted] tweets, I am having difficulty unretweeting them. On mobile (Twitter for iPhone), I can see the option to unretweet by tapping the green retweet button, but the action does not save after I refresh the page. On my desktop device, the retweet button appears gray and does not offer the unretweet option, only allowing me to retweet again. This means I am unable to remove the retweets from my profile on the desktop.

Last month, I changed the birth year on my Twitter account because I recently turned fourteen, meeting the minimum age requirement of 13. Despite my birthday having already passed, I got locked out for not meeting the age policy. Even though I was born in [redacted] and it was now [redacted], the account remained locked. I tried to resolve it by submitting a report through the help option to unlock my account, but it hasn't been resolved yet. I'm confused as to why, as I am now over 13. Can anyone assist in unlocking my account?

My birthdate was incorrect on my account, leading to it being locked even though I am now 18. I had parental approval when setting up the account. Despite assurances, my Twitter remains locked, impacting my mental health as I rely on it for therapy. Contacting Twitter for help has been challenging. I urge you to address this issue promptly for all users' benefit. I request my account be unlocked within the next 24 hours, or I may need to consider legal action.

To the Twitter Support Team, I, Dale Robin Kufert (@Dalerobin), have encountered a significant issue with my account being locked out for most of the afternoon and into the evening. I have tried various troubleshooting steps, like deleting and reinstalling the app, as well as rebooting my devices, but I am still unable to regain access. Despite numerous attempts, I am unable to pass the verification stage requesting my phone number. I have tried multiple phone numbers, including my home, cell, and old numbers, without success. I am concerned about the cause of this lockout, whether it was due to an error on my part or a potential security breach. I value my nearly 43,[redacted] followers and hope to resolve this issue promptly to ensure I do not lose their connection. Your prompt assistance in resolving this matter and providing an explanation for the situation would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention and support in this matter. Best regards, Dale Robin Kufert

My Twitter account @TeutanicT was suspended for "repeat rule violations" without specifying the offenses. The second appeal resulted in a message stating the account was unsuspended, citing violations of spam and fake account interactions policies. However, my account remains suspended. Despite submitting a third appeal, I received the same automated response. I'm a genuine user and unsure why the suspension occurred. I am concerned that even if unsuspended, it may happen again. I am eager to resolve this matter and request to speak with a human representative.

I accidentally got locked out of my Twitter account after attempting to change my birthdate based on a rumor that the app's color would change. This happened about three weeks ago. Despite trying to find a solution without filling out another form, I keep coming across instructions that mention receiving a text message with a confirmation code, which I'm not able to do. The guidance to click a "start" button on the screen to unlock my account doesn't appear for me. I'm frustrated with the lack of progress after submitting my valid ID to verify my age. It's unclear why my account is still locked, and I'm unsure how to proceed.

I'm writing concerning my Twitter account @hornysiutxo. I've had this account since its creation in September [redacted]. I have actively maintained it and put in significant effort. I recently discovered my account was wrongfully suspended. When trying to log in and file an appeal, I faced issues with the password reset process. Despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to resolve this on my own. I'm reaching out to seek assistance with restoring my account. I'm unsure why it was suspended but believe it was a misunderstanding, as I always adhere to Twitter's rules. Please help me promptly as my account holds great importance to me.

Hello, I have been waiting for over a year to have my account unlocked after it was suspended due to age restrictions. I had created the account before turning 13, and when I requested to update my birth date to 21, my account was suspended. Ideally, I would like to regain access to my entire account, but I would be content if I could retrieve all my past tweets, which were significant to me. Is there any way to expedite this process or get an update on the status of my appeal? Every time I try to log in, I receive this message: "We are working on unlocking your account and will provide updates on our progress. To use Twitter, users must be at least 13 years old. We are developing a solution to restore crucial parts of your account, including your username and tweets from when you turned 13. Additional requests for this account will not be considered." Thank you for your assistance. Regards, Nohemia

Hello, I am experiencing an issue with my Twitter account. Last year, my account (@henryhathaway) was locked because of the age I was when I created it. Despite submitting my identification multiple times, such as my passport and driver's license, the account remains locked. It has been almost a year now, and I had to create a new account to continue using the platform. I have received emails stating that it may be possible to remove tweets made before the age of 13, but I have not received any recent updates on this matter. I would appreciate it if I could get some information on the current status of my account. As a long-time user of Twitter, I value my original account, as I have lost content and followers due to this issue. I am hoping to hear back soon about the status of my account (@henryhathaway). Thank you, Henry

I am facing an issue with receiving the account confirmation email from Twitter that is crucial for unlocking my account. Despite checking all mailboxes and spam folders, as well as trying different email addresses, the email necessary for verifying my ownership never arrives. While I did receive an email to reset my password a month ago, the account confirmation email seems to be missing. I have verified my phone number successfully, but the email validation is still pending after two months. Despite my efforts on Twitter mobile, desktop, and iPhone, I have not been able to resolve this on my own. I am disappointed by the lack of support from Twitter in addressing this critical problem and am seeking guidance on how to regain access to my account.
