I need to report an issue with a friend's locked Twitter account. The problem started when she changed her birth year to the correct one, causing her account to be locked as she was identified as a minor. Her guardian originally set up the account with the wrong birth year. After following Twitter's steps to regain access, she chose to enter the birth year incorrectly and I have submitted the required information on her behalf. It has been a day, and we are still awaiting a response. Can someone please assist us promptly with this matter? Her account handle is @erujabbas123. Thank you.

Hello, I am hoping to discuss with Twitter regarding the suspension of my account. I have various family, cultural videos, and important information saved, as well as being part of valuable group chats. Although some of my tweets may be diverse, I am confident that I have not breached Twitter's policies, or at least I believe so. I kindly request Twitter to clarify my alleged violation and consider reinstating my account. Even if I am not allowed to tweet, I simply wish to retrieve my content and communicate with my family, many of whom solely use Twitter. There are crucial details in my archived conversations and direct messages. Allowing me access to this would be greatly appreciated. Additionally, as a university student, I engage in educational discussions with classmates from my honors year in a group setting. Thank you for your attention, and I look forward to a response.

My Twitter account got locked due to age restrictions. Twitter requires users to be over 13 years old, and I am currently 16, so I should meet the requirements. When my account was locked in [redacted], I was already 15. I lacked a passport to verify my age, so I submitted my government birth certificate, displaying I am over 13 years old. Twitter, however, rejected it and did not review any further information about my account. I am eager to regain access to my account since it holds countless memories. I would appreciate guidance on unlocking it once more.

Whenever I try to log in, I keep encountering a series of error messages followed by a pop-up that repeats the cycle, rendering my phone unresponsive. I find myself restarting my phone repeatedly without success. It would be convenient to have my current account deleted to allow me to register again, hopefully resolving the issue. Alternatively, fixing the problems with my current account would be appreciated. I have no personal information or photos saved on the account, so I am not concerned about losing any data. My main priority is to get the account working properly without causing my phone to freeze.

We have been trying to contact you along with others for about 3-4 days regarding ongoing criminal matters on Twitter. We have collaborated with others to document these criminals attempting to access personal data from military personnel. Despite our efforts, we have been targeted by over 20 individuals from this group. Some were temporarily halted but have since resumed their activities. We share information on Twitter to raise awareness, and this is not a violation of any rules. We are confused as to why our account has been suspended or locked. It seems that if Twitter had taken action based on previous complaints, we would not be facing this issue. I have recently faced a permanent suspension on Twitter without a detailed explanation of the violation. Hello, I wanted to share that I recently got banned from Twitter indefinitely, but I am not clear on the reasons behind it. My assumption is that it might have been because of my use of Tweetdeck, where I ended up retweeting a lot and not posting enough of my own content, possibly looking spammy. Since then, two of my accounts have been suspended, leaving me unable to create a new one. I find this situation unjust as I used to have over 50k followers on one of my accounts until it got hacked, and Twitter was uncooperative in helping me recover it due to email verification issues. Their lack of human support is quite perplexing. Being a student in public relations, not being able to use a major platform like Twitter is distressing as it could have assisted me in my career instead of hindering it. My Twitter account, @FGNSD18, was unfairly suspended and I'm unsure why. I shared information and videos on various topics like refugees in Europe, gender ideology, politics, and more. It was an informative account that also included details from websites with the "share on Twitter" option. I also posted about my country's customs, traditions, German history, science, animals, ghosts and more. I rarely engaged with followers and even created a separate account, @SDSSGER, to discuss personal interests like hobbies, pets, travels, music preferences, and dislikes. Unfortunately, my opinions upset some individuals who insulted, threatened, and reported me. They quickly deleted their tweets and blocked me, leading to my suspension. I believe Twitter took action due to the numerous reports and blocks, not because of my content. It's disheartening that after nearly a year on the platform, my accounts were suspended. I spent considerable time editing videos, researching, translating, and updating content daily for my followers. I've submitted many appeals without any response. It seems Twitter's automated system overlooks user complaints due to the sheer volume received. This experience has left me feeling unfairly treated, as I witness accounts promoting intolerance gaining followers while honest, respectful users are censored and removed from the platform.

My account has been stuck for 16 days. I can't log out. Despite clearing cache, cookies, and browsing data, every time I log back in, I'm stuck on a page that says, "We're almost ready to send your appeal. You are appealing 3 Tweets and deleted 0 Tweets. We will review the information you provided and respond as soon as possible. As we review your appeal, you will be unable to access your account. Want to add any additional details." Unfortunately, the 'submit' link isn't working, and I can't input any additional details. I've reached out via numerous emails and a certified letter to Twitter customer service, but haven't received any responses. The three tweets in question were from 3 months ago, and as I couldn't see or read them, I filed an appeal. It's been 16 days with no resolution. PLEASE HELP.

My Twitter account, @legalizemel, was reported and suspended under false allegations. There is a user on Twitter, @ritchie_shelley, who has been relentlessly reporting my tweets out of spite, eventually leading to my account's permanent suspension. Despite providing evidence of this targeted harassment, my appeal to have my account reinstated was denied. I feel unjustly treated as this person continues to freely use Twitter while I am deprived of access. My account held sentimental value as a place to connect with friends globally, which I now miss greatly. I am unable to create a new account. I urge Twitter to reconsider and restore my account, as the violations reported were a result of targeted harassment rather than genuine breaches of the platform's rules.

After appealing my account suspension, I was informed that my Twitter was suspended for impersonation. I was offered a link to the guidelines for impersonation. Upon reviewing them, I realized that my account did not violate any rules. The guidelines specifically mention that accounts with similar usernames or appearance are not automatically considered in violation of the policy. My Twitter profile image features a person I am a fan of. The guidelines also state that to violate the policy, the account must portray another entity in a misleading or deceptive manner. All my followers were aware that I was not the person in the profile image, as I shared details about myself, including photos, age, and location. I always tweeted as myself on the account, without trying to be anyone else. This fan account has been active since [redacted], and this is the first time I've encountered any issues.

For months, I've been targeted and had all my accounts stolen. Although I've managed to recover some of them, I'm still struggling with my two Twitter accounts. One of them, @me_mysix, made for my 15-year-old son, is locked for age violation, despite submitting both my ID and his. The other account, @twoboys_i, I have all the recovery information except for the listed phone number, which was temporary during the hacking. I've been trying unsuccessfully to regain access and keep receiving unhelpful automated responses. I need assistance in reclaiming these accounts.

I received a notice on my Twitter account claiming I am under 13, which is false. I was then asked to provide identification to verify my age for unlocking it. After submitting my documents, I got an email on March 3, [redacted], assuring a follow-up. However, it's been over a month, and I haven't heard back regarding the status of my account. Feeling frustrated and neglected, I am disappointed by the lack of communication despite sharing personal information. Recent reports from my followers informed me that my old account has been renamed to "AY_Rogers" and all previous tweets and media have been deleted. This unauthorized access is worrisome, as the hacker even blocked my new account to keep me from noticing. My account was incorrectly suspended by Twitter, and even after sending an appeal, they stated that my account would not be reinstated. I find this situation unreasonable, as my account was suspended for briefly having a similar layout and display name to another user. Upon realizing this violated their rules, I promptly made the necessary changes. Strangely, my account was suspended approximately two minutes after rectifying the issue. It is perplexing because I corrected the violation and have no intention of repeating it. I am eager to regain access to my account. My Twitter handle is @validodie.

Hello, I recently encountered an issue with my Twitter account being hijacked. When I logged in yesterday, a pink banner in Greek appeared at the top of the page. Now, when I log in, most of the content is in Greek or another language. I also received a suspicious email in English asking me to verify my Twitter details. The email mentioned completing the registration for a profile @healmetoday. Any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.
