Hello, approximately four weeks ago, I mistakenly locked our business Twitter account (@execbs) by changing the account's creation date from [redacted] to [redacted], which was the year our company was established. Despite my efforts over the past four weeks, including submitting my ID (driver's license) twice through the help form and reaching out to @TwitterSupport, I have not made any progress in reactivating the account. Our business, Executive Business Support Ltd, has not been able to tweet during this time. I am 42 years old and not a minor. Our account's associated email is [redacted] If there is already someone addressing this issue, kindly inform me to avoid duplication of efforts. Your prompt assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Helen.

My Twitter account got suspended because I updated my birth year. I was born in March [redacted] and made my account before turning thirteen. Now in [redacted], I'm 19, but Twitter still has a problem with it. I've submitted a request to recover my account, but I haven't heard back from Twitter in months. Please assist me in regaining access to my account; I don't mind if they erase my pre-13 activities.

Hello, my name is Megan. I have been active on Twitter for a while now and also started using Twitch under the name ohMegann, as the username ohMegan was already taken. I have been consistently using the ohMegan handle on various games since [redacted]. I recently reached out to the person who has the @ohMegan username on Twitter to inquire about obtaining it, as it seems they rarely use their account. Although they apologized for the delayed response due to their infrequent usage, they mentioned they would consider changing their username. I believe I could utilize the ohMegan username effectively as it aligns with my online presence across different platforms. Given the current inactivity of the account holder, I am hopeful to secure the @ohMegan handle for my Twitter account (@bhadiemegan).

I recently updated my birthday on Twitter to reflect my actual birthdate. Subsequently, my account was instantly locked, and I have been unable to access it for approximately two months. I submitted a valid ID as requested by Twitter support, and they acknowledged its verification. However, despite reassurances of a forthcoming solution and account unlocking, I am yet to receive any further communication from Twitter. The predicament seems to stem from the fact that I initially created my account at the age of 12, which now requires the removal of content from that period. As I am now nearly 20 years old, I find it unjust to have my account suspended due to this reason. Despite numerous attempts to engage with Twitter, I have not had success in resolving the matter. I am hopeful for a prompt resolution and the restoration of my account.

I initially created the account when I was eleven or twelve years old but didn't use it much back then due to not understanding it well. Recently, I revisited my account and realized the birth year needed correction as I was actually eleven when I first set it up. After adjusting the birth year, my account got locked for not meeting the requirements. I followed the steps to reset my password but it also asked for photo identification with my correct birthdate. However, as I'm not of legal age for government-issued identification and don't have access to a birth certificate, I submitted my school ID showing my ninth grade enrollment. I'm uncertain if this will suffice. I hope to connect with someone who can provide guidance on alternative ways to regain access to my account.

Hello, my name is Brian Harvey, and a few weeks ago, I contacted Twitter's support team about my locked account. I mistakenly changed my birthdate to the wrong one, resulting in my account being locked, which I find ridiculous. I already informed you that I am over eighteen, the minimum age required to have an account, and even provided my driver's license as proof. Despite reaching out before and not receiving any help, I still need assistance in unlocking my account and would appreciate a timely response. It has been two weeks without any communication from Twitter's support, which seems unprofessional. People rely on their accounts for personal reasons, and I have been deprived of that due to the lack of assistance. I hope to hear from you by tomorrow or the following day. Thank you. Sincerely, Brian

My verified Twitter account @TKOCAPONE was hacked while I was incarcerated. I've been a well-known Hip-Hop artist with a verified account since June [redacted]. After the hack, my verification was removed, and despite my attempts to reactivate it, I have been unsuccessful. I rely on this account for networking and financial purposes. I have attached screenshots of my Twitter account prior to the hack for reference. I kindly request assistance in resolving this issue. Please see the attached photos. The phone number associated with my account was [redacted], and my account email is [redacted] For any communication, please reach me at my new number [redacted]. Thank you.

Hello, Last autumn, I attempted to create a Twitter account. Initially, it was functioning correctly. However, approximately 24 hours later, my account got suspended. All I had done was followed some accounts I was interested in and liked some tweets. Therefore, I am confused about the violation I apparently committed. Consequently, I tried to resolve this by adding my phone number and verifying via SMS. Unfortunately, despite requesting a confirmation code, it did not arrive even after several hours. I made more attempts without success. Today, I suspected a connectivity issue and made another effort. Regrettably, I received an error message stating the failure to send a text to my phone. While I tried to confirm my email, the system indicated an email sending failure. I am eagerly anticipating a resolution to this matter as I am keen on utilizing Twitter. Thank you.

My account @Silentspectre01 was unexpectedly locked. Attempting to recover it using the known email associated led to the retrieval of an old account @PakPride_ from [redacted], which is also locked. I managed to change the @PakPride_ password but encountered an error while trying to update the email to deactivate the account. During these steps, the password for @Silentspectre01 changed to match @PakPride_. Now when logging into @Silentspectre01 with the new password, it prompts for email authentication. However, inputting the email [redacted] results in it being linked to the @PakPride_ account. I need assistance in recovering @Silentspectre01 and deactivating @PakPride_. My aim is to have the mentioned email associated with @Silentspectre01.

Hello! I am new to Twitter and have some inquiries about the platform. I'm curious about how long Twitter keeps deleted tweets on its servers and if it permanently archives user activity like Facebook. There is conflicting information online on this topic, and I am seeking clarity on how Twitter stores deleted tweets. Additionally, I am interested in learning if there is a way to identify if another user has reposted my tweet in their feed. My aim is to have a positive online presence and maintain good grammar. It would be helpful to have an edit feature for already published tweets. Lastly, in Twitter analytics, I'm unsure if lack of engagement indicates that my tweets were not shared elsewhere. Thank you for your assistance!

My account, @InsightMates, has been locked for nearly a year now. I have not received any updates on the recovery process. The account was locked after I corrected my birthday from March 12, [redacted], to March 12, [redacted], to reflect my actual birthdate. The message given was, "sorry you have to be 13 years old to use Twitter," even though the change would still make me older than 13. I urgently need access to my account as I run a small business through it. Please provide a response, even if it's to inform me of the outcome. Thank you.

My account is currently locked, making it difficult for me to retrieve my birth certificate as requested for verification purposes. I attempted to update my birth year from [redacted] to [redacted] but inadvertently triggered the lockout. I would prefer not to verify my birthdate using my birth certificate due to the inconvenience. Perhaps a school ID could suffice instead for verification since I am over 13 years old, despite the system indicating otherwise. My contact emails are [redacted] and [redacted] If necessary, you may reach out to my parents for confirmation. I am keen on regaining access to my account as soon as possible. Please find me on Twitter @kamerynwhite.

I need help with my locked Twitter account. I recently realized that the date of birth I originally used was inaccurate because I was younger than 13 at the time. Now that I am almost 18, I believe that my account should be unlocked to reflect my correct age. However, when I tried to explain this, I accidentally selected the wrong option and now I am unable to correct it. I have had this account for years and it contains valuable information that I need access to. I am more than willing to verify my current age to resolve this issue promptly. Thank you for your assistance in restoring full access to my account.

I accidentally entered too many incorrect passwords on my Twitter account using my iPhone and now I have reached the limit. I tried to contact Twitter support through my Android (Samsung) phone, as both phones were linked to my account. The issue started when I couldn't tweet from my iPhone, so I logged out to log back in but kept getting the password wrong, eventually reaching the limit. Even when attempting to reset the password on my Android, I still encounter the same "limit reached" message.

Hello, I am reaching out regarding my Twitter account, @econewsksa. Lately, I have had issues with getting it reactivated. Normally, I would receive an activation code via SMS, but now it is asking me to accept the code through a call instead. Whenever I try to accept the call, I receive a message in red letters saying, "Sorry, the request failed. Please try again later." This problem has persisted for several days. When I reach out to support, I am informed repeatedly that I have an open case, but the robotic responses are not addressing my specific issue. I need assistance from a human representative to resolve this matter. I am confident that I have not violated any of Twitter's guidelines, and I am seeking guidance on avoiding these suspensions. It appears to be a technical error on Twitter's end, as the phone call method for sending the activation code is not working, while other options could be considered. I kindly request your help in activating my account promptly. Thank you for your assistance. Best regards, Rashud @econewsksa

On March 9th, I logged into my Twitter account to make some changes. After updating my birthday, my account got locked as I created it when I was younger. Twitter contacted me the same day to verify my age and I promptly sent them a picture of my ID. They later informed me on March 9th that they could potentially unlock my account despite the age discrepancy and would provide an update on the restoration process. However, it has been a week since then, and I have not received any further communication from Twitter regarding account recovery. I am starting to feel concerned about the situation. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

On March 9th, as I logged into my Twitter account, I decided to make some changes. After updating my birthday, my account was locked due to not meeting the age requirements I originally set when I created it. I promptly responded to Twitter's request for verification by submitting a photo of my ID. Despite their email acknowledging they could unlock my account, I have not received any further updates or instructions from them since then. It has been a week, and I am starting to feel concerned about the status of my account recovery. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

When entering the project start date, I mistakenly input my birthday, causing my account to be locked immediately. I have an audiobook set for release in two weeks and need access to add content urgently for the launch. I appreciate the security measures in place, but a warning about this issue would have been helpful. It's frustrating that such a small error led to my account being inaccessible without notice. I provided my ID to confirm my age as 34, not 2 years old. The page I manage is for a book, not a person, so perhaps there could be an option to designate it as such, removing the birthday requirement for these types of pages. This simple change could prevent similar issues in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Twitter's misinformation regarding my account lock dismayed me. Following their request, my mother submitted the required documentation for age consent, accepted on 7th November [redacted] per their email, ensuring account access restoration. However, I remain unable to log in after over 4 months. Despite creating a new account to seek assistance, direct messages yielded negligence for 3 months until a rude and unhelpful response was received; subsequent messages were ignored. This treatment is unacceptable, and I seek a proper resolution as promised by Twitter to regain access to my account. I'm considering legal action due to this misleading conduct towards customers.

Twitter provided me with misleading information regarding my locked account due to age restrictions. Following their instructions, my mother uploaded the necessary consent documentation, which was accepted on November 7, [redacted]. Despite being told I would regain access, it has now been over four months, and I still cannot log in. Creating a new account to contact Twitter directly led to rude and unhelpful responses after being ignored for months. I am upset and disappointed with the lack of assistance and the unfulfilled promise of account access restoration. I hope this issue can be properly resolved, as misleading customers is unacceptable.
