I am uncertain who created the account twitter.com/Zurilia, but I established my Twitter account in [redacted], and even then, the account had been suspended, similar to my experience with Xbox Live. It seems someone from the past may have deliberately tried to claim my name on various platforms and have it banned, given my history with Death n Taxes in World of Warcraft and my participation in TWL/CAL tournaments. I use the name Zurilia on Twitch, PSN, Yahoo, Aol, Facebook, and in nearly every game I play. The suspension of the Twitter account twitter.com/Zurilia is causing issues for me on Twitter. It would be great if that account could be deleted, and my Twitter handle, currently suspended as Twitter.com/_Zurilia, could then be changed to Twitter.com/Zurilia. I am unsure if this request is feasible, but it seems unnecessary for an account name to remain suspended for over ten years when a legitimate user who derives income and recognition from the name could utilize it.

When I first joined Twitter, I was a young and inexperienced user. I don't remember the exact age I was, but I know I was underage when I created my account. I didn't post much back then, mostly just retweets of silly things. Now that I'm older, I wanted to update my birthdate for accuracy. After changing my birth year and saving the changes, I was immediately locked out of my account. I submitted a claim the same day my account was locked due to the birthdate change. It's been over a month, and I haven't received any response from Twitter regarding this issue. I feel frustrated because there seems to be no way to contact Twitter Support without access to my account. That's why I'm reaching out here for help.

Hello, I'm experiencing some technical issues with my account that have been ongoing since October [redacted]. It seems like a bug is preventing me from following other accounts, and others from following me. Despite attempts to deactivate and reactivate my account, change my password, and troubleshoot the issue, the problem persists. As a long-time user with a decade's worth of memories on this platform, I'm deeply saddened by the inability to use my account properly. I would appreciate it if a member of the support team could investigate this matter further.

I am excited to start my career with Greater Manchester Police as a Police Apprentice. Recognizing the importance of engaging with the diverse public, especially through social media, I understand the value of having a verified account. This would not only establish trust but also ensure the safety and credibility of the information shared. However, my current account restrictions prevent me from doing so. I kindly request assistance in verifying my account to better serve the community and promote effective communication between the police and the public. Thank you for your consideration and support in enhancing policing efforts in Greater Manchester.

Hello, my name is Oli Briggs, and I am a 16-year-old business student from England. I am considering writing a book about social media marketing for businesses and influencers. My plan is to release it as an E-book on the Amazon Kindle store, with the possibility of a paperback version if it does well. I would like to inquire about the permission to use Facebook and Instagram logos, company names, and app screenshots in my book. These visuals would be on the cover and inside to help readers navigate using the apps to enhance their brands. The book targets small business owners who want to leverage social media but lack knowledge on how to do so effectively. I believe that obtaining this permission will benefit the Facebook and Instagram brands by encouraging readers to engage more with the platforms. Thank you, Oli Briggs

Subject: Assistance Needed with Twitter Account Access Hello, I am reaching out regarding my account access issue. My account was opened when I was 12, but I am currently 20 years old. In the previous communication (Case# [redacted]7: Parental Consent Required [ ref:_00DA0K0A8._5004A1WLWVU:ref ]), I attempted to explain the situation. Initially, I couldn't locate my birth certificate when asked for parental consent. In response, I submitted my ID to show I am of legal age. To further support my case, I have now attached my birth certificate, driver's license, and my father's passport to confirm parental consent. I kindly request a review and prompt action on this matter. Warm regards, Megan K.

My Twitter account, @GR_ComputRepair, has been suspended due to an alleged violation of your rules. I apologize if I have unknowingly offended anyone, but I am unclear why I have been targeted when others continue to post inappropriate comments freely. If you review my threads and tweets, you will see they mainly focus on raising awareness about the challenges faced by disabled individuals worldwide. I kindly request a reconsideration of your decision as I provide crucial support to disabled members in the Twitter community. I am sorry if I have caused any offense; it was never my intent. If you still find my account unsuitable, please inform me of the duration of the suspension and the fate of my data. This suspension is disheartening, as I believe my contributions on Twitter are more positive than detrimental. Thank you for your understanding. Regards, Gary Rockliff

Hello, I hope you're well. My account was suspended for allegedly evading suspension, which I didn't do. My twin brother faced a similar issue last year and couldn't resolve it. After he got a new phone, he shared tips with me to grow my Twitter account. Recently, I received a notification stating that my account was suspended for evading suspension, which is not true. I recognize the need for caution and assure you I will use my account responsibly to support the company's goal of being a secure social platform. Thank you and best wishes! The affected account is @Starlingvibe.

Hello, I am a Twitter user who was informed that my friend's account, @OmenwasTaken, was recently suspended for making a joking comment that was misinterpreted as a threat. While I acknowledge that Twitter prohibits violence and threats, I believe a warning would have been more appropriate than a suspension in this case. I am uncertain about Twitter's definition of a threat, but I do not believe this situation warranted a permanent suspension. Despite submitting an appeal, Twitter declined to reactivate the account. I am puzzled by this decision as my friend did not have any malicious intent with their comment. Following the appeal, my friend received an email stating that the account would not be reinstated after review. I urge you to reconsider this decision. It seems unfair to permanently suspend a user for a first-time offense without prior warning. This kind of strict enforcement feels excessive and unjust. I kindly request guidance on who I should contact to address this issue. My friend has faced numerous challenges, and this suspension only adds to them. I hope there is a way to rectify this without resorting to permanent suspension. Your assistance in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you and have a pleasant day.

My account was locked, and I had to choose between waiting 12 hours or appealing. I opted to appeal after seeing harsh comments on Twitter, some of which should also have been locked. My comment about Anne Coulter was criticized as harassing, but I feel it was milder than what's seen on Twitter. I used the term "BIMBO" and was accused of harassment. I'm puzzled by this abusive language claim. I mentioned someone's condition in jest and meant no harm. I appealed and was told my comments would be reviewed within 48 hours, but I have yet to receive any updates. My user ID is IraF12.

I encountered an issue when I received a message to join Twitter on my iPhone. I've been a long-time supporter of Publisher Clearing House and have multiple accounts with them. Recently, someone through a third party asked me to create a private PCH account on Twitter, which led to some alarming events. After contacting PCH, they advised me to reach out for assistance. I am concerned because someone has accessed my email accounts, including [redacted], and has also obtained my phone number, [redacted]. Please investigate this matter thoroughly, secure all my accounts, and block the individual causing harm. I need this information for the authorities, as this situation has affected me and my family. Kindly forward any updates to [redacted]. Thank you, Jo Anna Porter.

I am Fatima Z., known as @hishma84. An esteemed medical doctor and citizen, my Twitter account was unexpectedly suspended. I received an email informing me of a Twitter violation related to a tweet, which I didn't realize was harmful. My mention of @bashirSzuntu (my brother) and @amirkusherki (a family relative) was in jest, evident from my harmless previous tweets. I humbly apologize and commit to following Twitter rules going forward. I kindly request the swift reinstatement of my account, crucial for my active role in the upcoming presidential election campaign in my country on February 16, [redacted]. As a dedicated party supporter, I urge for a prompt resolution to continue our efforts. Thank you for your understanding and anticipated assistance.

A Twitter account under @STFXE_DPCDSB was initiated in [redacted] but only posted for a brief period that year. Since assuming the role of Principal at St. Francis Xavier Elementary School (STFXE) within the Dufferin-Peel Catholic District School Board (DPCDSB) in September [redacted], I have been actively trying to identify the account's owner. I have reached out to various current and former employees of the International Languages program, which uses the school facilities on Saturdays for about 60 students, as the posts suggest this connection. The content shared is irrelevant to our student body of [redacted] at STFXE. Previously active on Twitter at @StTimothyDPCDSB, I aim to engage with our community but face access issues with the desired handle. The account associated with our school's acronyms and logo has been inactive, and my efforts to trace its origin have hit a dead end. Seeking guidance on potential assistance from Twitter: contacting the account holder to connect with me via email at [redacted] or DM @triple_A_educ8 (phone [redacted]), or deactivating the handle for my school's use. Your suggestions are appreciated. Thank you.

I recently updated my birth date, which resulted in my account getting locked. I visited the forum and was offered a list of options. My parents, R.S. Lynch and M.B. Lynch, assisted me in making an account earlier to connect with my camp friends. Unfortunately, they have both passed away, and I am now 18 and independent. Despite being of age for several years, Twitter locked my account. When I selected an option, it required their emails, which I couldn't provide due to their passing. I used my own email and completed the required information but have not received a response. This account holds precious memories of my parents, and I'm desperate to have it unlocked as I mistakenly selected the wrong option. It would mean a lot to me to regain access to my account.

I am new to Twitter and apologize for the confusion. I had an account set up while visiting with Carrie Underwood. My name is Brian Conklin and my handle is @BrianConklin10. When I tried to place the Twitter icon on the front page, it prompted me to verify. After trying to log in with the same number and password, it created a new account with random numbers after my name. I want to retrieve my original account with all the data and messages intact, as it's crucial to me, especially since Carrie is one of my two followers. I am not adept with phone operations and need help restoring my original account @BrianConklin10. Please delete the accidental second account that shares the same username, phone number, and password. Thank you for your assistance.

I am requesting the reactivation of my Twitter account, @TheLauraCook. I am a 21-year-old adult who has been using Twitter for 9 years. Recently, I got locked out after changing my birthdate. Twitter prompted me to confirm if my parent or guardian was aware of my account when I was underage. My mother has submitted the necessary forms twice, confirming she knew about my account all those years ago. I find it unnecessary to require her continued verification almost a decade later. It has been a few days since I lost access to my account. I understand Twitter's age requirement policy and have tried to address this issue without success. Being suspended after nearly a decade of trouble-free use due to creating the account a few months before the minimum age with parental consent is disheartening. Kindly reactivate my account, @TheLauraCook.

I need assistance with my Twitter account. To log in, I must confirm the account's phone number, which was set up by a former employee who we no longer have contact with. As a result, we do not have access to this information when the identity verification message prompts us to confirm the phone number upon login. The password is correct; however, we are unable to proceed due to this verification issue. We are requesting either a change to the verification question or the ability to delete or update the associated phone number without needing to access the account. Please advise on how to resolve this matter as we are currently locked out of the account.

My account was disabled for 12 hours due to violating rules against abusive behavior. Despite days passing, I am still unable to access Twitter. Upon trying to verify my account via email, I have not been receiving the verification email. Although I have reviewed the help articles for locked/disabled accounts, they require me to access my account which I am unable to do. Various attempts like signing out, changing passwords, and checking different email addresses have been unsuccessful. Contacting Twitter only led to receiving the same information available on the help pages without resolving my access issue.

I attempted to update my birthdate on Twitter, and it seems that when I set up my account, I was only 12 years and 10 months old. Now at 22, Twitter has locked my account, and it might have even been deleted, as the page shows it doesn't exist. I reached out to Twitter to rectify this error, but I haven't received a response for days. I prefer not to create a new account since I had a lot of important content on the previous one. Username: 60blackdragon The message I received states: "In order to create a Twitter account, you must be at least 13 years old. Twitter has determined that you don’t meet these age requirements, so your account has been locked and will be removed from Twitter."

When trying to address an impersonation issue, I submitted a case #[redacted] to Twitter. They requested more information to confirm my authority to act on behalf of the individual being impersonated. I provided my city business permit, State of California permit, county official permit, and a bank check - all showing my name and the name of my brand. I have been the sole owner of my company for the past 15 years. Twitter replied stating they were unable to confirm my identity as an authorized representative and asked for additional information to proceed with the report. I am frustrated as I have already provided all relevant documentation, including permits, ID, and business card. I need guidance on what more they require to resolve this issue.
