I used to have a Twitter account under the username aysimaacelikkk. I haven't used it in a long time and have forgotten both the password and the linked email address [redacted] The linked email has an incorrect phone number, so I can't reset the password as it tries to send the code to the wrong number. I've also forgotten my security question answer and have been locked out for 24 hours due to multiple attempts. The reset process is frustrating because even when I receive the unlock codes, it asks for information I can't provide. I've tried to provide as much information as I can remember, but it keeps rejecting it. I also tried setting up a new email but faced the same issue with the reset process. I need human assistance to resolve this matter effectively.

I'm having trouble accessing my account, Wyn @menowthough, as I seem to have been switched to a different account, Wyn @[redacted]7, which I don't recognize. I'm concerned about this change and the fact that my original followers can no longer see my posts. I had [redacted] followers, mostly family and friends, while the new account only has 10 followers who are unknown to me. I want my original account back under Wyn @menowthough so I can resume sharing my daughter's music. The tweets on the new account are not mine, and I need assistance to resolve this issue promptly. Thank you.

My account (@itsmysociallife) was suspended due to a copyright claim, but I believe there was a misunderstanding. Let me clarify the situation: I used the “tweet this video” feature to repost a video that was not originally mine. The original creator of the video should be the one facing the copyright issue. I am puzzled because I received an email stating that material was removed from my account, yet I never received a notification on Twitter that my tweet was deleted. It should have been a pop-up alert like the ones I receive when reporting an account for violating guidelines. Furthermore, someone else posted the same content that led to my suspension, but their post remains active. This inconsistency is confusing. I did not knowingly violate any copyright laws as I shared content from my timeline with my followers. I have invested significant time and effort into my account since [redacted], amassing 15k followers, and creating artwork dedicated to my idol. It is disheartening that my account was suspended over a tweet that wasn't originally mine. I seek an explanation or, ideally, the reactivation of my account. I hope my concerns are clear.

My account has been suspended, but I believe this is a mistake. The tweet in question, especially considering its context, should not be considered a violation. I was suspended without a clear length of time or information. I would appreciate it if someone could explain the situation to me instead of sending a generic response. It seems unfair that I am suspended while others get away with worse behavior. I would like my account to be reinstated and an explanation for the suspension provided. The supposed violation does not seem justified, especially as it was not targeted harassment.

My Twitter account @andrew_chayka was suspended because I created it before the age of 13 in [redacted]. I've tried contacting Twitter for a month but they haven't restored it yet. Their support has been minimal, asking me to verify my email and phone number in an account I can't access. I acknowledge my mistake and understand their policy. However, I find it frustrating that such a big company cannot help me regain access. I simply want my account restored, as it was empty. If it can't be restored, I request my username and private messages. Despite my efforts, Twitter's responses have only directed me to access my account. It's disheartening that my issue remains unresolved. I had important messages that I now can't retrieve. I hoped for better assistance from Twitter in resolving this matter promptly. Thank you for your attention to this issue. -Andrew C.

My account (@FGNSD18 / FGNSD [eighteen]) was unexpectedly suspended and I am unsure of the reasons. I used it to post informative content about refugees in Europe, gender ideology, politics, and more. I shared articles from websites and also discussed subjects related to my country, Germany, like customs, history, as well as science and animals. Despite not engaging much with followers, I created another account (@SDSSGER) to share personal interests such as hobbies, pets, and my travels. Recently, my opinions on certain political figures like Maduro and Lopez Obrador upset some individuals who then insulted me, threatened me, and mass reported me, ultimately leading to my suspension. I feel unjustly treated as I never insulted these presidents or their supporters. Despite living in Mexico for most of my life, some locals resented my foreign perspective causing more backlash. I believe my accounts were suspended due to the volume of reports I received rather than any specific content violation. I have appealed multiple times with no response. It is disheartening to see Twitter's decisions influenced by mass reporting and blocking, favoring certain groups over others. I hope to have my accounts reinstated soon. Thank you for your understanding.

My accounts are currently blocked by Twitter due to detected unusual activity. In order to regain access, I am required to reset my password. However, I am unable to do so because my phone number is not updated, and my email is not linked to the accounts. Hence, I am completely locked out of both accounts. It is frustrating to deal with this situation, and I seek assistance from Twitter to resolve this. I believe my accounts were not hacked but suspect there may have been a misunderstanding regarding the activity. I urgently need access to update my phone number, email, and password to ensure the security of my accounts. Thank you for your help in unlocking my accounts.

I am having trouble deactivating my Twitter account. I mistakenly created the account on about November 10, [redacted], while trying to join the MGPD group on Twitter. I have never used the account and do not wish to be associated with Twitter, so I logged in today (01-27-19) to deactivate it permanently. However, I couldn't find the deactivate option under the Settings and Privacy icon as expected. The account seems to be suspended for unknown reasons. I tried to deactivate by entering my email in the troubleshooting section, but it didn't work. I also tried contacting Twitter through the "contact us" option, but got an error message. I am frustrated with the difficulty in deactivating the account and the lack of response from Twitter's support team. Please help me deactivate my account promptly. Thank you.

I am 19 years old and old enough to have a Twitter account, which I created about 2 months before turning 13. I recently noticed that my birth date was incorrect and wanted to rectify it. Despite the fact that there was no public activity on the account before then, Twitter chose to delete my account instead of simply correcting the date. I submitted an online appeal, and Twitter assured me they would review the situation. My account has been inactive before I turned 15, so the appeal should be straightforward. I would appreciate receiving a prompt update confirming that they are actively examining my case.

I am unable to access the email linked to my accounts (@emir_reshad & @emirreshad) as I cannot recall the email address or password associated with it. I have not used this particular email in about 5-7 years, and only remembering the first two letters is not sufficient. I am reaching out to seek assistance in either accessing, deactivating, or deleting these accounts, as they are causing me embarrassment when my friends mention them. The Twitter handles are unique to my name, and I would like to either regain control by changing the password and email, or have the accounts deactivated if possible. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated, as I am eager to resolve this situation quickly. Thank you for your help. Warm regards, Emir

My account AngstAttack was unexpectedly suspended on Twitter. I received an email claiming I violated Twitter Rules by evading a suspension, but I only have one account. When I appealed, I was informed that I was managing multiple accounts for abusive purposes, which is untrue as I only have one. I strongly believe I have been unjustly accused as I do not engage in abusive behavior and actually oppose it. This unjust suspension is now impacting my communication with my audience and clients.

My account has been locked citing age restrictions, even though I am 19 years old. I have provided my I.D. multiple times to verify my age. Despite assurances of restoring my account, nothing has been done. Recently, my forms have been left unanswered. I've diligently completed and submitted the required forms, yet my account remains locked with no action taken by Twitter. It has been over 4 months now. I urge Twitter to reconsider and restore my account promptly. I am of legal age to use the platform, as evidenced by my identification. My account handle is @lemme_be_weird.

In November [redacted], my mom created a Twitter account for me because I was under 13 years old. Fast forward to January 27, [redacted], I attempted to change the birthdate on my account from July 2, [redacted] (my mom's birth year for privacy) to July 2, [redacted] (my actual birth year). When I updated the year, Twitter locked me out, assuming I was under 13. I've since turned 18. In my appeal, I mistakenly chose "wrong birthday" instead of explaining that my mom managed the account until I came of age. I regret the confusion. Please help me regain access to my account @eileen_alfonso.

Dear Twitter Team, I want to extend my gratitude for the exceptional service provided by Twitter. As a satisfied UK customer, I would like to bring to your attention an urgent matter regarding the suspension of www.Coinexchange.io's Twitter account, @CoinExchangeio. Coinexchange.io is a reputable cryptocurrency exchange from Australia, offering professional services to its clients. The suspension of their Twitter account earlier this year has left them puzzled, as they claim to have inadvertently violated Twitter's rules. They have another active account, @ce_newsupdates, which remains unaffected. I earnestly request your kindness in reconsidering the suspension of @CoinExchangeio to restore their important communication channel with customers like myself. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Warm regards, J.A. Nawaz (Twitter handle: @kryptocoins)

I am struggling to delete my Twitter account due to the platform not allowing me to delete my old tweets even when logged in. I tried deactivating the account, but it still appears in search results, and clicking on it shows all the tweets I want to remove. If this issue persists, I will escalate it to the Better Business Bureau and consider legal action, as I cannot control or manage the account's content. Despite my attempts, changes like name or profile picture modifications do not reflect, and the account seems unusable. Although I understand you are not responsible, Twitter must address this promptly to prevent further action. Thank you for your assistance.

I would like help with deleting my Twitter account. I have encountered issues where I am unable to delete my old tweets even when logged in. Despite deactivating my account, it is still accessible through search results, and all the tweets I wish to delete remain visible. I am unable to make changes to my account, such as my name or profile picture, and these changes do not reflect on searches. I have attempted to deactivate my account multiple times with no success. If this matter is not promptly addressed, I will escalate it to the Better Business Bureau and consider legal action. I seek assistance in either enabling me to edit my profile so changes are reflected online, or permanently deleting my account. Thank you for your help in resolving this issue.

Hello, I am reaching out regarding my locked account @ittybittylina. I have been incorrectly locked out of my account due to “age restrictions," just one month away from turning 21. Originally, this account belonged to my mother and was created in [redacted] when I was 12. She later passed it on to me. When I attempted to update my age to 21, my account was immediately banned, which came as a surprise. I have submitted a form and even sought parental confirmation but have not made any progress. I feel frustrated that despite assurances of resolving the issue promptly, many users have faced extended lockouts lasting over a year. This lack of responsiveness and care for users is concerning. I urge for clearer communication and quicker resolutions to prevent further inconvenience.

My account, @____Steele____, was disabled recently for being created before I turned 13. I made the account 7 days before my 13th birthday, and I am now 19 with a birthdate of 08/19/[redacted]. I received an email from Twitter stating they are working on unlocking my account, but I haven't heard anything since the email on 01/19/19. I only had a few tweets from when I first joined, so I don't know why there would be such a delay since it's now 02/01/19. I can't find any way to contact Twitter for updates, and the email didn't provide a time frame for resolving the issue. I just want to know what's happening and how much longer I might have to wait. My case number is Case# [redacted]. Thank you for your help.

To Whom It May Concern, My name is Alana Marcelino and I am turning 20 years old. I attend San Francisco State University and visited the Twitter headquarters on 2/1/19 to appeal the locking of my account. Originally, my account was under my mother's name, Deanna Marcelino, and was later transitioned to me when I was of age. I submitted the appeal form and my mother provided her ID to confirm her age as the original owner. As I am almost twenty, I request full access to my account, @iamAlana_. This account is crucial for a college project focused on the influence of social media on race, identity, and sexuality, where I use my Twitter as an example. I have shared personal experiences, such as coming out, participating in events like the Women's March, and discussing my Filipino heritage. My presence on Twitter has been formative, and I rely on it for news and self-expression. I urge you to restore my full access, as it embodies the essence of Twitter and my growth as an individual. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Best, Alana

Hello. The page admins have conducted experiments on our accounts and discovered that those not following @XY8912 cannot find our profile or tweets when searching for '@XY8912'. This issue hinders the visibility of our projects and work compared to other Twitter accounts. Even followers are not seeing our tweets unless they follow a limited number of people. Additionally, users unable to see our thread on their timeline encounter error messages, but the tweets are visible on our profile. We are concerned about the lack of impressions and would appreciate insights on why our account might not be reaching as many people and how to address any shadowban issues. Thank you.
