I got locked out of my account for not being “** at the time I made the account” however I am ** years old now and I have been locked out of my account because of * years ago. I don’t recal making my account an age younger than ** years old. However, I was wondering if you could assist me in unlocking my account now since I am **. There’s proof on my account I go to a university, therefore, proving I’m older than **. When I pressed the “form” link I chose that my parents were visible but my parents feel unsafe to send in any government ID through email. Is there anyway you can unlock my account any other way besides that one? I’ll be happy if you can assist me with this issue as soon as you can, because I do enjoy using Twitter. Thank you.
