I have been using Twitter for about six years and I am aware that you have to be at least 13 to use Twitter, but I was 12 when I made my account and I had set my birthday to a year earlier than it actually is. Yesterday, I decided to change it to my actual birth year. However, after I changed my birthday, Twitter locked me out of my account and informed me that they would remove it altogether. I am now 18 and was younger than 13 for less than a year when I first started my Twitter account. Twitter sent me a message stating they would be able to unlock my account, but currently, it seems like all of my information has been deleted, including my over 40k tweets and media. It's actually emotional for me to have my account deleted, and I wonder how long it usually takes for Twitter associates to review my account and assist me in recovering it.

Hello Twitter Support, I recently updated my birthday on my account as I noticed it was incorrect. My account was created by my sister many years ago, and I assumed the mistake was made then. However, upon changing the year, I realized I was locked out because I wasn't 13 at the time of account creation. I initially selected the "I entered the wrong birthday" option in the help center, thinking it referred to the account creation date. I now understand I should have chosen "I was not over 13 when my twitter was made but I am over 13 now." I am seeking assistance to resolve this issue and regain access to my account as I am now an adult. Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I accidentally changed my birthday on my Twitter account, and now I'm locked out. I mistakenly clicked the wrong option and it won't allow me to correct it. To recover my account, it now requires a parent's email, but both my parents have attempted to assist but to no avail. My original account is _thicc.pancakes_ which I've had since I was 14, and now at 16, I've lost access and all my previous data. I created a new Twitter account to move on, but realizing I used the old account for various website registrations, I'm also locked out of those sites. I've been struggling for months to regain access, but nothing has worked so far, even when trying to fill out a form.

My account has been locked for approximately five days now, and I'm growing increasingly frustrated. I was simply changing my account's profile picture to a blank, black image when a random message appeared, notifying me of the lockout. My Twitter handle is @GoddessNay. I've attempted to receive the SMS verification code by clicking the link multiple times with no success. My phone number has remained the same for years, so that's not the issue. I've reached out to Twitter support via email but have not received any response. A friend of mine had a similar issue and had their account restored within a day, which hasn't been the case for me. This is my first account lockout, and I haven't violated any rules. I'm perplexed by the situation. I would like to regain access to my account and receive the verification code via email, which I will provide here and in the contact information box.

I previously had over 3,[redacted] followers and followed around [redacted] accounts. On September 3rd, [redacted], my Twitter account automatically unfollowed everyone, and I couldn't follow anyone back. Despite reassurances from followers, my account never returned to normal. After almost 4 months, on December 24th, [redacted], I still can't follow anyone, and my follower count is decreasing as people notice my inactivity. I miss using Twitter and simply want to resume following accounts. My Twitter handle is @txyoonmin.

I'm not sure why I'm experiencing these restrictions. I am unable to access my @cryptodigest profile on Twitter despite receiving and entering several login codes. When I try to confirm my phone number, the process fails after attempting to call for verification.

My account was suspended after posting a tweet in a joking manner at the end of October. I followed the Twitter customer service instructions to request an account appeal via email. Despite sending three emails to Twitter, I have not received any response, even though they claim to reply within days or weeks. It has now been two months, and I'm eager to contact Twitter to seek an account appeal, have my suspension lifted, and regain access to my account with all followers and followings intact.

Twitter has disabled my child's account. I provided all the necessary information, but his account remains inactive. My child struggles with mental health issues, and this situation is affecting him negatively. Please reactivate @PayneMusically as soon as possible. I have complied with all your requests and still face obstacles. The constant back-and-forth is frustrating, and I am concerned about the impact on my child. Please reconsider and restore his account without further delays. Thank you.

My name is Jason Farmer, a former State Qualifier in Cross Country from Columbus, Ohio. I have competed in the Regional meet and have built quite a following on Twitter. Many people have been retweeting my posts, including one from my page and another from Complex Shoes, a verified page. Various respected celebrities and athletes have also interacted with my content. I kindly request a blue check for my account to verify that I am the authentic Jason Farmer, a former Columbus City Schools Scholar Athlete who has made history by reaching the Ohio High School Athletic Association Cross Country meet. The amount of mentions I've received today alone should be sufficient for a blue verified check.

I need to access my Twitter account that I created yesterday, but I forgot my username. The only information I provided was my phone number. I attempted to retrieve the username using my phone number, but I couldn't find a button for it. When trying to create a new account, I discovered that I had reached the 10-account limit per phone number. Could anyone advise me on how to locate the usernames of the accounts linked to my phone number? Thank you.

My account, @alytam28, has been inactive for years due to losing access to the associated email account. Despite numerous attempts with the provider to recover it after being compromised by hackers in [redacted], it seems unlikely I will access it. If there are no other options to regain access to the account, I kindly request its complete removal, including all post history, as it still appears in Google searches and holds embarrassing content from my youth. This has been a lingering concern for me, and I would greatly appreciate your help with resolving this matter. Thank you in advance.

I kindly request the complete removal of the account, including post history, as it surfaces in Google searches and contains embarrassing content from my youth. This matter has troubled me for years, and I genuinely seek your help in resolving it. Thank you in advance.

Hello Twitter Support, I need assistance with my suspended account handle @amrbantwal, which has reportedly received multiple DMCA takedown notices. I have tried to contact Mr. Sanjay Srivastava from Markscan regarding this issue and have even called their India office from Australia. Despite not accessing Sonyliv and checking the provided URL, I am unable to view the video due to regional restrictions. I have forwarded an email to Markscan requesting a retraction for the alleged infringement that I do not believe I committed. I have provided my personal information in the email and explained my cricket enthusiast background, subscription to Kayo Sports, and absence of involvement with Sony. I kindly ask for a retraction to be sent to Twitter promptly to reinstate my account. Being a devoted cricket fan, I value my presence on the platform for updates and joy. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Best regards, Amarnath B.

I recently created a new account with the username @TalinaAdamo, but it seems that it's already in use by an old inactive account that may have been hacked. The old account is associated with the email address [redacted] Whenever I try to log in to that email account, it prompts me to confirm via email, but I'm not receiving any emails at that address. I suspect it was hacked because there was Spanish content on the profile. I have created a new account with the username @AdamoTalina and would prefer to use that one if the old account can be deleted. I don't remember setting up the old account, but it has my email and a profile photo of me and my brother-in-law. Any assistance in deleting the old account and allowing me to change the username of my new account to @TalinaAdamo would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I recently got locked out of my account after updating my birthday. It seems I wasn't 13 when I created the account. I've appealed, but would appreciate expediting the process since Twitter is my main social media platform. Waiting weeks for resolution like my friends did isn't acceptable to me. My account shows I am above 13, so I hope for a prompt response on how this will be resolved. My username is perrydodson_. Thank you.

@mnabalkhail, my Twitter username is important to me. I understand changing my birth year on my profile may seem like a small issue, but my account is now locked. If my birth year is the concern, you can verify it with the email associated with my account, [redacted] The "90" in the email reflects my actual birth year. I use Twitter to communicate with my teachers, family, friends, and girlfriend. Being unable to access it is causing me anxiety. Please consider unlocking my account promptly. Thank you.

Hello, I am experiencing significant difficulties with my account and have been suspended due to an "age restriction" issue. When attempting to update my age, I received a suspension. Upon trying to appeal this, there was a form glitch that led to the selection of needing parental confirmation instead of the correct issue. My Twitter account is crucial for accessing news and staying connected with family worldwide. I am willing to accept a temporary account limitation or even the removal of pre-[redacted] content if it means I can regain access to my account. I had important information stored on my account that is now inaccessible, and I am unable to reach out to Twitter support due to being constantly redirected to the "parental confirmation" page. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I am experiencing trouble with accessing my accounts as they are all currently locked. Despite reaching out via email to the support team, I have not received any assistance for over a month. I have attempted to resolve the issue by following the guidelines on Twitter's website, but have not been successful in receiving any verification codes through calls or messages. This situation is very frustrating as I am unable to access my accounts and unsure why they were locked in the first place, as I have not violated any Twitter rules. I kindly request a prompt response to my email, clarification on the reasons for the account locks, and assistance in resolving this matter so I can regain access to my important bookmarked tweets and conversations.

I entered my birthday on Twitter, but received a message saying I'm too young for the platform. I'm a high school freshman, almost 15 years old now, and have been using Twitter actively for a year. Even though I created the account when I was 12, I wasn't active until recently. I understand that this is why I encountered the issue. I meet all the age requirements now and would like access to my account, even if the tweets from when I was 12 need to be removed. The account in question is named lily_tourelle. Thank you for considering my request to restore my account.

My account ky_price was locked due to "unusual activity." I believe this happened because I downloaded an app called "Buffer" to help manage my tweets. Although I have since removed the app, my account remains locked. Twitter has requested a password change, but I am unable to access the reset email linked to my AOL account, which has been deactivated. AOL cannot reactivate the account or allow me to create a new one with the same name to access the email for the password reset. I do not have a phone number linked to the account. Please unlock my account so I can update the email and change my password. I prefer not to create a new account as I want to retain my name, picture, and past tweets. I am willing to provide any necessary credentials, such as a passport or photo ID, to verify my ownership of the account.
