Today, I encountered an issue with my Twitter account being locked due to an age discrepancy. I created my account back in [redacted] with my correct date of birth, which is September 25, [redacted]. However, my parents changed my birthdate on my citizenship to September 26, [redacted], a common practice in my country. When I tried to update my Twitter birthdate to match my citizenship, my account got locked. To unlock it, Twitter is requesting my citizenship card as proof of not being underage when I opened the account. Unfortunately, my citizenship card shows the altered birthdate, which complicates the situation. I am not underage and urgently need to regain access to my long-standing Twitter account. Being 60 years old and facing severe disabilities, such situations are particularly stressful for me due to my health issues, including severe hypertension. I've noticed a strange issue on my Twitter account regarding people following me. When someone clicks on the follow button, it seems like they are immediately unfollowed, although I still receive notifications that they have followed me. Most of the time, my Followers list doesn't show up on my account, but on the occasions when it does, it indicates that I have no followers. I have another Twitter page that doesn't have this problem. My new Twitter account has been restricted twice before, once when I couldn't verify my email due to a glitch, and the second time while trying to change my email address. I've read that the follower's list could be disabled for 24 hours after the account is restored, but my list never seems to return to normal.

I have an email address that I used to set up a Twitter account. I deleted the first account due to issues and tried to create a new one, but I'm unable to as my email is still linked to the old account. Twitter unexpectedly required me to update my birthdate. I made the account when I was almost 13, but now that I'm 17, I decided to correct it. After changing it, my account got locked, and I was asked to provide an ID with my birthdate. I did so and got an email stating they confirmed I didn't meet the age requirement when the account was created. They assured me they would unlock my account and remove content from before I turned 13. However, despite receiving this email 10 days ago, I haven't heard back or had my account unlocked. I can't submit any requests through their website, and changing the password didn't help. It's been frustrating and I'd like to know why it's taking so long to resolve.

About a week ago, I encountered an issue with my Twitter account. There is a Twitter account constantly slandering the company I work for, Arbitrade (and DIG). Please take a moment to review the posts on @ronniemoas to see the outlandish and untrue comments being made. This individual was once a supporter and advocate without permission, but after we declined to share confidential information, he has begun labeling us as thieves, scammers, and criminals. His actions are damaging our reputation, falsely accusing our associates, and disregarding our legal efforts to stop him. I assisted my 81-year-old mother in creating a Twitter account using her email [redacted] Upon signing up, we encountered a message indicating that an account was already associated with that email. We proceeded to the sign-in page and successfully reset the password. The account is currently under the name Lanie Miller @sitand88, which was unexpected. I am Defne Erpulat (@defneerpulat), and I encountered an extremely frustrating issue with Twitter. Last night, while on the platform, I was asked to provide my date of birth as additional information. After entering it, Twitter blocked my access to my own account simply because I started using the platform when I was 12, even though I am currently 20 years old. It seems unreasonable to restrict my access based on an age requirement from years ago. I am of legal age now and should be able to manage my account without any hindrance. This policy, intended to protect minors, is now inhibiting my access despite me being well above the age limit.

My other Twitter account has been locked for almost 2 weeks due to initially being under the age of 13 when I created it. I filled out the form for it to be unlocked, but it has been nearly 2 weeks without any updates. I use this account more frequently and I am eager to have it unlocked promptly. I am a school administrator at Bennion Junior High looking to manage our school's Twitter account, @BennionJHS. I tried to create an account after the previous teacher left but found out my account is suspended. My account @HentaiNEcchi has been suspended for several months. I have submitted multiple tickets for help but to no avail. I was not warned about the suspension or given a clear reason for it. While I understand I might not regain access to my account, what I really need are the images I uploaded. The option to download my Twitter data does not work effectively, providing only an HTML profile and not displaying all my tweets, retweets, and gifs. I believe suspensions should only restrict tweeting, retweeting, and messaging, allowing users to still download their data manually. I ask for more practical support than just being redirected to unhelpful articles. I have followed the steps like changing my password and clearing cache on my mobile device without success. Having the ability to live chat with Twitter support periodically would have resolved this quickly.

My Twitter account got locked almost a month ago because I created it when I was twelve back in [redacted]. I don't recall age restrictions being in place then. Twitter wants me to "clear my account of content from before I turned thirteen," but there is nothing from that time. I didn't even start using it until I was about eighteen. Please unlock my account. There's no content to clear. It's frustrating to try to reach Twitter for help. Why is it so hard to contact them? Why do I need to use a third-party site to try to reach them? Many users seem to have been affected by this age issue, and despite promises to fix it, nothing has changed. It's disappointing how such a large company can handle this so poorly. I had faith I would regain access since Twitter is well-established, but I've never been more let down by a social media platform. Please, just unlock my account.

Hello. I would appreciate assistance in unlocking my other account, @its_brianna. My mother submitted the required paperwork and her ID to verify that she created and supervised my Twitter account when I was under 13 years old. This account was established so I could follow YouTubers that I enjoyed watching. Despite multiple email submissions of the form and ID, there has been no progress. I am now almost 22 years old, and @its_brianna has become my personal Twitter account containing many cherished memories, friends, family connections, pictures, and messages. I have created a new Twitter account, but it does not hold the same significance. I am willing to have any content from before I turned 13 removed, if necessary.
