My Twitter account was hacked on December 10, [redacted], and I didn't receive any notifications via email. The phone number associated with the account on October 27, [redacted], at 10:00am was [redacted] with the confirmation code [redacted]. I am seeking assistance to regain access to my account as both the email and phone number have been changed without my consent. The case number assigned to me is [redacted], yet I have been informed that no further information is available for account recovery. Despite offering proof of identification, my requests have been denied. The individual responsible for the hacking goes by the username @ThickAssJazzzz. I feel unfairly treated and disappointed by the lack of support, especially as a loyal user for two years. I'm unsure how this person gained access to my account as we are not acquainted, but I urge for action to be taken as my account is being misused for scams. I kindly request for assistance in restoring access to my account, which holds valuable photos like prom pictures. I have reported the account and look forward to a resolution. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Hello Twitter Support, I am a U.S. citizen running for President in [redacted] and my account @QueenOfYorkies has been locked. I have tried verifying my identity several times to no avail. Additionally, I received an email saying there was a login from an incorrect location. This is impacting my ability to campaign and exercise my rights to freedom of speech and press. Please urgently restore my account as I am seeking legal remedies for this issue. Thank you, Elaine F. QueenOfYorkies

While browsing Twitter, I noticed my birthday was incorrect, so I updated it. Unfortunately, this locked me out of my account. Despite visiting the help and support pages, the suggested solutions did not work. Changing my password as prompted did not resolve the issue. Each attempt on the help site seems to worsen the problem. I am frustrated as accessing Twitter is important to me, and I feel stuck. Whenever I try to log in, I am met with a message indicating my account is being updated. It has been two months, and I am still unable to access my account. This situation is extremely frustrating, and I am running out of patience. Please address this matter promptly; otherwise, I will have no choice but to share my negative experience with others. It is crucial that you resolve this issue rather than prolonging it further without any progress.

My account has been suspended for a few days now. I reached out to address all DMCA notices and even contacted the companies that issued them. I genuinely miss using your website as a fan account; it holds sentimental value for me. I acknowledge posting copyrighted material was wrong, and I offer a sincere apology. Had I known it was not allowed, I would have promptly removed it. Unfortunately, since the account is suspended, I cannot take any action. I accept the suspension but assure you that I will diligently remove all copyrighted content from my account. This account is essential to me, and I kindly ask for a second chance. Thank you for your understanding.

My account was disabled for hate speech, but this morning, I saw individuals on TV using derogatory language to describe President Trump without consequences. There seems to be a double standard where liberals can say anything they want, but when we respond and express our views, our accounts are suspended. It is frustrating to see the constant degrading and cursing directed at our president and our constitutional values. Networks like CNN allow individuals to freely say whatever they please, regardless of language. There needs to be consistency in enforcing these rules.

After struggling to download the Twitter app on my Android phone, I finally got it running. I set up my profile, retweeted a few posts, and then decided to input my real birthdate, January 22, [redacted], to share with others. Little did I know that this led to my account being locked. Perhaps I should have used a fake birthdate. Thanks, Twitter, for making things complicated. P.S. - in case you're a bot, that last part was sarcasm.

I have a personal issue concerning a photograph from my wedding that was posted on Twitter back in [redacted]. Despite efforts to have it removed by contacting the people who posted it, the account is no longer active, and they were unable to delete it due to the time that has passed. This picture appears when my name, Cai Tomos, is searched online, causing me distress. My friends also tried to remove it to no avail. Resolving this by having the image removed would mean a lot to me. Any support and guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Cai.

I contacted Twitter regarding my temporarily locked account due to suspicious activity. The code sent via text to unlock it has not been working for almost twelve hours. I've followed up with additional emails about an hour ago but have not received any responses. I mainly retweet sports content, which should not be considered suspicious, as I have been doing this three times a day since I created my account. I am unsure why this activity is flagged as suspicious. I am hoping to regain access to my account today as there are important retweets I need to access.

I urgently need assistance deactivating an old account I used to administer but no longer have access to. The account, @TheHatOfSteve, has not been active for four years, but it's now causing issues with people who have recently come across it. I've forgotten the login details due to the long period of inactivity. I'm kindly requesting help to deactivate the account to prevent further confrontations. While the content is not overly offensive, it seems to have become problematic to some individuals. Removing the account's bio, which contains a name causing disagreements, would greatly help. Please contact me promptly at the email provided. Thank you.

I contacted Twitter Support via DMs multiple times to provide information about my legal guardian allowing me to have a Twitter account at 12. Now, at 19, I updated my birthdate two days ago and got my old account banned for changing it to [redacted]. I've sent the parental consent form twice, but received replies stating it was incomplete or unreadable. I want to reach a real person at Twitter to show the form and my mom's ID card. Is there an email I can use? I've been using the account @me_myseIf_i for 7 years and really want it back.

My account got locked by twitter as they requested my age, which I had put as 11 when I created the account. Twitter requires users to be at least 13 to have an account, which is understandable. They emailed me about removing content posted before I turned 13, which I agreed to. Now they want my mum's email and her ID, as well as my birth certificate. Unfortunately, I can't find my birth certificate as I believe my mum may have thrown it away. I simply want Twitter to delete my pre-13 content or allow me back onto my account, as I am not causing any issues. My username is @jackwilson217, and I have thousands of tweets, so I doubt anyone will notice my older posts. Thank you.

My Twitter account, @KamuiEye, was suspended recently for unknown reasons. Despite reviewing the terms of service thoroughly, I cannot identify any violations on my part. After reading Twitter's explanation about suspensions related to spam and fake accounts, I believe my suspension may be a misunderstanding. It seems possible that retweeting my friends triggered this action, although I was unaware that this was not permitted. Many users engage in similar behavior, some even selling retweets illicitly. I want to clarify that my account is not involved in such activities. I maintain a parody account clearly labeled as such in my bio, created to share content I am passionate about. I kindly ask for assistance to resolve this issue and assure you that I will avoid retweeting others moving forward. Thank you for your attention and support. Best regards, Tiffany

My Twitter account @chancehill16 was disabled due to an issue with my birthdate. This account is crucial for my connections in college football recruiting, including important direct messages. While updating my profile, I saw my birthdate was incorrect, so I tried to fix it to reflect my true birth year, [redacted]. However, Twitter blocked me, stating I needed to be at least 13 years old when the account was created. I am currently 17 and this restriction should not apply to me. Now, I'm locked out of my account, affecting my communication with college coaches and potentially impacting my future in football. Your assistance in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, I am writing to address an issue related to a Twitter account under my name. I am currently undergoing a background check for a job, and I was surprised to learn that there is a suspended Twitter account associated with my name. I have never created a Twitter account before and do not know how to use the platform. It is concerning to hear that the account has been suspended for alleged vulgar or offensive content, as I am certain I did not create it. I kindly request any information regarding the creation date of this account and the reason for its suspension. If possible, could you please provide me with this information in a PDF format promptly? Your prompt response would be highly appreciated. Thank you.

Twitter should be a vibrant and enjoyable community for everyone, right? So, why are people getting hurt, not physically, but emotionally while using this platform? I recently joined in October but remained inactive until November. In this short period, I encountered two individuals who sexually harassed me. The first one, LivelyZea, pretended to be a female, discussed inappropriate topics like body sizes, and messaged my friends. After exposing him, I received numerous messages from others who faced similar harassment. Despite deactivating his account and creating a new one, he persists in such behavior. Another person, @VibeGodYato, a 24-year-old, sent me explicit messages, like 'I'll spank you' or 'Good Girl,' knowing I am a minor. He has targeted multiple minors with this misconduct. Sexual harassment is prevalent on Twitter, yet little seems to be done to address it. This issue is serious and distressing for many users. We should be able to enjoy Twitter without fear. As Tumblr restricts sexual content, predators are shifting to Twitter unnoticed. I don't anticipate a significant response, but it's crucial to recognize the pain and fear many experience on this platform. Let's work together to make Twitter a safe and welcoming space for all. Thank you.

I need help accessing my account that was created by my mom before I turned 13. When I finally turned 13, she handed it over to me. However, after entering my birthdate (December 14, [redacted]), the account got locked as it was not registered for someone aged 13 or older. Strangely, I previously entered my birth date without any issues. My account holds personal and valuable information along with cherished memories. Given that yesterday was my birthday, I am distressed by the locked account, making it hard for me to celebrate. I am earnestly requesting for the account to be reinstated, perhaps as a birthday gift. Emotionally, this situation has left me in tears. The account is under the email is b@elanroswel. Thank you very much for your understanding and support. I am holding onto the hope of recovering it soon.

I have been unable to access my account, @Adarncoo, because I created it when I was underage. Now that I'm 18, I tried to update my birthdate to reflect my actual age and got locked out in the process. While attempting to unlock it, I misunderstood the instructions and now face difficulties getting back in. I am reaching out in the hopes of regaining access to my account, even if it's limited to viewing my followers so I can reconnect with them through a new account. I am willing to accept any restrictions, like only being able to browse followers without the ability to tweet. Thank you for your attention to this matter. -Adam

My Twitter account has been suspended for 7 months and is still not reinstated. I have an older account named GamerKnight92 and a recent one named VideoGameKing92. Additionally, I created an account named TwilightSparkle, which was suspended after just 5 days despite me not violating any rules. I have submitted multiple appeals to Twitter Support but keep receiving automated responses stating my account won't be restored due to rule violations without specifying what rules were broken. I am at a loss on how to proceed as even calling Twitter HQ proved to be unhelpful. Any assistance in resolving these issues would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, Twitter community. I've encountered some difficulties regaining access to my email and Twitter accounts after my phone was stolen. While I've managed to log into my other social media accounts, I'm struggling with Twitter and the email associated with my account (SLIMxSIMZ). When trying to reset my email password, Hotmail directed me to my backup account, which I also cannot access due to the same password issue. Moreover, I suspect that my Twitter password may have been changed without my knowledge by the person who stole my phone. To prove my identity, I'm open to answering additional questions or requesting verification from individuals I frequently messaged. Your assistance in retrieving my account would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. -Sara
