Seek help about an issue related to a suspended account. ... In September, I changed the birthday associated with my Twitter account. Upon changing it, I was immediately locked out of my account. The page brought me to a form, where I was able to submit an explanation of what happened. I was given a message that read "We’ll be able to unlock your account and will be in touch again with updates on our progress," and that I would be able to regain access to my username, and tweets from after I turned **. I was completely fine with this, however, it has been three months and I still have not received a follow up from Twitter. I am extremely disappointed in the service, especially since I have searched for every possible way to get in touch with customer services. The help forums are not helpful and there was seemingly no other way to get in touch with Twitter. I even made a new account specifically to message the Twitter Support account, but it gave me the exact same information as the website. It seems as if Twitter does not want to help me with my issue. I would like a response from a real person to sort this out. I do not want to be sent to another web page, as I am sure I've been to all of them by now. Thank you for your help.
The information on the help led me back to the same form every time, which I am unable to resubmit. I have not received a follow up after three months, and there was seemingly no other way to contact Twitter.
I would like Twitter to follow up by email so I can regain access to the information on this account, as I was told they would do.
I have been on Twitter since ****. This account was important to me because I was connected to friends and was a way to look back. Other than this mishap, I have never had issues on Twitter.
I have been to every web page I could find on their customer support site, and I have messaged the Twitter support account. I have had no success.
