To whom it may concern at Twitter, I manage the Twitter account @bibliophileii. At 19 years old, I am a legal adult with a full-time job and plans to move out on my own. I created my account when I was around 12 and a half. I am puzzled as to why my access is now restricted due to my age when I have been an active user for several years. I am hesitant to share my personal details for fear of identity theft, as most social media platforms advise against it. It seems extreme to lock me out for an account I created when I was younger, considering the serious issues such as cyberbullying and hate speech that exist on social media. I have many memories associated with my account, including followers who I may lose contact with, entertaining threads, and shared inside jokes. I hope to regain access to my account and preserve these five years' worth of memories. Thank you.

While looking through my media timeline from [redacted] to find old photos of my partner and me, I stumbled upon a completely unfamiliar picture of a teenage girl and a toddler. The caption I posted does not match the image, and even my partner doesn't recognize them. This mystery photo has caused tension as we can't locate the original poster or identify the people in the picture. The background is also unfamiliar, depicting a sofa in a room I've never seen before. I changed my @ username since then; could this be why the picture is connected to me now? My account on Twitter was created by my brother, Floyd A. Rafanan, in May [redacted] when he was 13 years old. He mistakenly entered my birthdate as March 13, [redacted], instead of my actual birthdate on March 13, [redacted]. Recently, I updated my birth year to reflect the correct information, causing my account to be locked due to not meeting the minimum age requirement when it was created. I plan to provide a valid government-issued ID of my brother to verify the account ownership. Twitter holds many precious memories for me, so I kindly request for my account to be unlocked.

In September, I updated the birthday on my Twitter account and was promptly locked out. I completed a form as requested and was informed that my account would be unlocked, giving access to my username and post-13 tweets. Despite this, it has been three months with no follow-up from Twitter. Attempts to contact customer service have been futile, with unhelpful help forums and a lack of alternative communication methods. Even creating a new account to reach out to Twitter Support yielded the same unhelpful information. I am disappointed by the lack of assistance and seek a resolution from a real person rather than being directed to more web pages. Thank you for your assistance.

My Twitter account, AllieBall31, was recently locked after I updated my birth year to [redacted]. It seems I was under 13 when I created the account, causing it to become an issue now. I've been using this account without any problems for 5 years, so it's frustrating to face this situation. I really hope Twitter can resolve this quickly, allowing me to log in and use the app as usual. It's puzzling to be penalized now when I'm almost 18 and haven't violated any Twitter rules. I just want access to my account restored without any further complications.

I am in need of regaining access to an old Twitter account that I have not used in years. Unfortunately, I am unable to reset the password as the linked email address is also inactive. A couple of years ago, I reported a scam to the FBI, but I haven't heard anything since. Recently, scammers are using Blake Shelton's name and creating fake profiles, even making videos about it on YouTube. Despite my efforts, the situation seems to have worsened as they keep asking me for money, iTunes cards, and claim to love me. Feeling exhausted by their continuous harassment, I am seeking help to address the numerous fake accounts following me. Similar issues on Facebook and Instagram were resolved, but on Twitter, I feel unsafe. As a social media platform, shouldn't you be responsible for safeguarding users? I have ample evidence to share to help tackle this problem. If unresolved, I might have to involve legal assistance due to the emotional distress these scammers have caused me. When I first created my Twitter account, I was only 12 years old, so I used a different birth year to meet the age requirement. Recently, I tried to update my birthday to my actual year of birth, and Twitter locked me out stating that because I was underage when I created the account, it had to be locked. This has been causing me a lot of stress, especially with finals approaching. Twitter is a source of happiness and distraction for me during this hectic time. I recently updated my birthday on my account, only to realize it got locked due to being underage when I initially created it. I'm currently 16 and have just a couple of posts from when I was under 13 that I can easily remove. I'm concerned as I entered a Twitter raffle for an art program, and I don't want to miss out on the opportunity since the winner will be contacted in late December. I believe I understand the reason for my suspended account and would like to provide clarification. In response to a video where a man threatened a police officer, I tweeted a sarcastic message. It was intended as satire and caricature, highlighting the man's hypocrisy in being concerned for his child while displaying violent behavior. I realize now that the message may not have been clear in text form. If my account is reinstated, I commit to refraining from such messages in the future. My intention has always been to promote civility, and my past actions reflect this. I acknowledge the poor wording and lack of context in my tweet. I believe considering the context and my history, my account should not remain suspended. I am willing to discuss this further on the thread and clarify my intentions to those involved. On December 10th, [redacted], my Twitter account was hacked, and I did not receive any notification via email. The phone number linked to my account on October 27th, [redacted], at 10:00 a.m. was [redacted] with confirmation code [redacted]. I am seeking assistance in regaining access to my account as both my email and phone number were changed without my permission. Unfortunately, my previous case #[redacted] has not provided further details on recovering my account despite offering to provide identification proof. The individual who hacked my account is @ThickAssJazzzz, and my account is now being misused for scams. I have tried to communicate with the hacker through a friend's account to no avail, only to be blocked. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service from Twitter. I have been waiting for ages for a review of my old account without any updates. I am unable to submit additional requests through that account, leaving me wondering how else I can communicate with Twitter about this matter. The account was created just before my 13th birthday, and it was an innocent mistake. I have many memories and connections on that account, and I simply seek an update on the review progress, which seems to be taking forever. I hope Twitter is genuinely reviewing my account and not stalling me in the hopes I'll give up and make a new one instead.

I recently created a Twitter account for my new business starting in January with the username @mascotvg. While entering bio information, I tried to input January 21, [redacted], our startup date, but had to use January 21, [redacted] as it wouldn't accept future dates. However, the account got blocked as it seems Twitter thinks I'm under 13 years old. I've tried contacting support but received automated responses asking for proof of age. I'd like a human review to resolve this issue and unlock the account. Tweeting the help desk didn't help either. I hope this can be resolved efficiently. I recently encountered an issue with my longstanding Twitter account, @surrahrhodes92, as well as with my new account, @sarah_smurf92. After being prompted to change my password due to suspicious activity, I found myself locked out of my original account and, subsequently, the new account. Despite not posting sensitive content, I suspect the rapid following of about [redacted] accounts within two days triggered the locking. I have been unable to submit an appeal as the website section does not function for me. This continuous occurrence has left me feeling frustrated and helpless.
