I am Simon Stangertz Printz*n, the owner of the verified account @SimonBatAAr on Twitter.*When trying to log in to Twitter I get greeted with a "There has been suspicious activity on your account. Please reset password." message. *I'll try to break down the infuriating process after that numerically:***. Try to log in with what I know to be the correct password**. "Unusual activity. Please reset password"**. "Please enter account name, phone number or email"**. When I enter phone number or email I get "these are not connected to ANY account". I have substantial proof to argue that that is NOT the case.**. When I enter account name I get two choices, "reset password" or "get help from customer support"**. Pressing "Reset Password" sends me back to step *, rinse and repeat!**. "Get help from customer service" tells me to fill in an email address and write a short description of the problem.**. If I enter *****@***.com as the email address I get sent an automated message. This message says that this email is not associated with this account (objectively false) and contains a bunch of links. *ALL of the links send me back to step * (or are duds i.e please log in to contest your suspension).**. I try every combination until I'm not allowed to try anymore for the day.**From this I can draw the following conclusions:** Either something is seriously wrong and*or bugged on Twitters side** OR I have been hacked and the person in question has changed the email and phone number associated with the account. This seems unlikely since there has been nothing fishy going on on the account since I was kicked out.**EVERY email Twitter has ever sent to me is right there in the *****@***.com inbox, including my approval for my verified status. I have several screencaps to prove that this is the correct e-mail for the Twitter account. I can even supply you with login info to verify that it is indeed the e-mail I registered.**So that is the issue that I'm having at this moment.*I use Twitter quite a lot for promotional and communication purposes and need to get back in ASAP.
