I recently updated my birthday on my account to today's date, which is my 20th birthday, 01.12.18. However, I received a message stating my account has been locked as it shows I am 13 years old in your records. This is a mistake; I am indeed 20 today and I correctly entered my birth year as [redacted]. I attempted to access the page to unlock my account but was prompted to sign in first, which I couldn't do because I forgot my password. After requesting a password reset, I received an email indicating that my password had already been reset, although I'm unsure when this happened as it wasn't today. My Twitter handle is @mtndelrey, and I have been a member since May [redacted]. I kindly request assistance in regaining access to my account. Thank you for your help.

I am seeking assistance in retrieving my Twitter account, @RealVenusInFurs, which I lost before the election due to false reports by Russian trolls. Twitter seemingly does not verify these reports and simply suspends accounts after three or more reports. Many users experienced this during that time. I had that account since [redacted]; even Obama followed me, which brought me joy. I did not violate any rules. Twitter should acknowledge that these were organized efforts to target liberal users. I am hoping for the restoration of my original account with a creation date of [redacted]. It would be greatly appreciated if I could speak to a human representative over the phone for assistance. Another user from the same thread, Hillary Clinton's thread, was also suspended the same day I was. This situation seems highly suspicious.

My Twitter account has been hacked. The person changed my username, email, phone number, and password. I'm still logged in but can't regain control without the password. Contacting Twitter support via forms is unsuccessful as the email is no longer linked to my account. I've tried DMs and tweets to the support team without reply. I have the original account details and the new username, phone number, and email used by the hacker. Please contact me via my email as it's the only one I have access to.

I have attempted several times to contact your company about this issue, but I am incredibly dissatisfied. Here is the email I sent to your company: "I’m not certain if anyone has actually read this email since I have not received a response. I am very upset and dissatisfied. I have been trying to reach someone at your company for two years to help me with this, but all I receive are automated messages or unhelpful Twitter support. My name, email, and phone number were changed on my account two years ago due to hacking. Despite my countless attempts, I have not been able to regain access to my personal account, which I have had since I was young. If a famous person had a similar issue, I believe your company would resolve it promptly. I am perplexed as to why no one from your team can reach out to assist me. I have been a Twitter user for a long time, and I had to create a new account after mine was hacked. I can provide evidence of previous usernames, emails, phone numbers, and passwords, as these details are all in my account that has been compromised. I would greatly appreciate it if someone at your facility could spare just a moment to help me. Thank you."

Twitter has locked me out of my account, and I am unable to sign in even after changing the password as the phone number linked is no longer valid. They did not send a passcode, and there are no other security questions available to open the account. As a manager, I am extremely displeased with this situation. Twitter has displayed a very disturbing warning on my main page, which is unprofessional, especially for interested clients. Despite my recent high activity on the account, Twitter suddenly shut me down without valid reasons. It is unfair for my account to be flagged for "strange activity" when I am the legitimate owner. I handle several artist accounts, and this tarnishes my professional image. Twitter should implement more security questions and not assume suspicious activity solely based on sudden increased activity. Kindly unblock my account promptly as it is hindering my work.

I have been locked out of my Twitter account. I am unable to sign in with the password change as my number is outdated. Twitter did not send me a passcode. There are no other security questions available to open my account which is concerning as I am a manager. The warning displayed on my account's main page is unprofessional and detrimental to clients. My account has been actively used recently, yet Twitter inexplicably locked me out for supposed strange activity. As the page owner, this action is unwarranted. Twitter should enhance security features by including more security questions. It is unfair that sudden activity is seen as suspicious and a reason for blocking an account that was following the rules. Managing several artists, this situation is disrespectful and unprofessional. Please unblock my account promptly. My username is c_amakaiclark, and my new contact email is [redacted] with the updated number [redacted]. Thank you.

I work part-time at a news corporation, and I often find stories through social media, particularly Twitter. I set up my account back in [redacted], stating my birthday as August 23rd, [redacted], even though I was under 13 at the time. Recently, on November 27th, I decided to update my account and changed the year of birth. Unfortunately, doing so led to me being locked out due to the age discrepancy at account creation. I've attempted to submit an ID to demonstrate that my parents were aware of the account creation and over the age of 13, but I haven't been successful. It's crucial for me to regain access as my job is at risk, and creating a new account isn't a simple solution since everyone knows my current handle, making it challenging to reconnect with contacts. Please, I'm desperate to have my account reinstated.

I have a birthday coming up, and recently added it to my Twitter account so friends would know when it is. However, this action resulted in my account being locked due to a mistaken age. Despite being 18 now, the system says I was under 13 when the account was created. As a college football prospect, I rely on Twitter for coach communication. I've provided proof that my parent created the account when I was 12 and granted access when I turned 13, including a copy of their ID, but I'm still locked out. I urgently need my account reinstated.

Hello, I originally had a Twitter account under the handle @Cuhraft, and when I was 12, I signed up for it. To meet the age requirement, I changed my birthdate to May 10, [redacted], instead of my real birthdate of May 10, [redacted]. Now that I'm over 18, in June I corrected my birthdate to the real one. However, Twitter instantly locked my account on June 4th, [redacted]. I followed the process to unlock it by submitting a form to Twitter support for locked accounts with my ID but mistakenly selected the wrong option on the form. Twitter then informed me that I signed up before age 13, and they needed to remove tweets from before I turned 13 before unlocking my account @Cuhraft. Despite having only posted a few times before I turned 13, my account remains locked after 6 months. I'm frustrated as I've tried to contact support with no resolution. I hope to regain access to my account soon. Thank you for your time.

My Twitter account has been locked since June, and despite receiving a follow-up in August saying they were working on a solution, my account is still inaccessible. The initial message mentioned needing to be at least 13 years old to use Twitter and that they were developing a way to restore essential parts of my account, like my username and recent tweets. It's now December, and the promised fix hasn't happened. I'm frustrated as a 19-year-old who has had the account for seven years, and it's disheartening that a seemingly simple issue is dragging on for months. I'm confident I don't have any pre-13 tweets on the account, so I strongly believe it should be reinstated promptly. My account handle is @sam_santarpia.

There have been numerous issues with an individual on Twitter named Nicole McCloud. She has harassed multiple people over the years, including making false accusations against ZAYN and Ashton Irwin. Recently, she sent a death threat to Niall Horan. Despite previous incidents, she continues to create new accounts even if one is removed. Her behavior is concerning and has led to threats towards myself and others. Urgent action is needed to address this alarming situation.

A Nicki Minaj fan page posted inappropriate content, and when I commented, they used my picture to incite harassment from thousands of followers. Despite this, my account was disabled for 12 hours while their page remains active. Such pages should not be allowed to spread hate while normal users face repercussions. I rely on Twitter for positive social interactions and networking, yet I've had enough. If my account is not restored promptly, I will discontinue using this service and advise others to do the same. It's a matter of principle, and I believe my picture is still circulating for further harassment.

Hello, I am Rebecca Vaughan, and my Twitter handle is @rebeccaaaa2. I recently discovered an error in my birth year on my account settings showing [redacted] instead of [redacted]. Upon attempting to correct this, I realized that I was locked out of my account for being under 13 at the time of creation. I vividly recall my "twitterversary" being in February [redacted], the month I turned 13. Despite possibly being a few days away from my 13th birthday, I am certain I only created the account once I was officially 13. It has been nearly 7 years with countless memories on that profile. Is there a way for me to recover access to my account? Thank you, Rebecca Vaughan

While browsing on Twitter, I was abruptly logged out and informed that my account was disabled due to unusual activity, prompting me to reset my password. The issue arises as I no longer have access to the email linked to my account, established a long time ago. Consequently, I am unable to retrieve my account, even though I haven't engaged in any wrongful actions. It seems the account was disabled possibly due to the extensive number of people I was following. My concern lies in the fact that my account, which I've had for 2 years, has shown no suspicious behavior until now, leading to its sudden disablement. Rebuilding a new account is not desirable since my current one has been cultivated over 2 years. All I wish for is to regain access to my existing account, as I haven't violated any policies to warrant its deactivation. - @claragustd

I have been persistently lodging complaints for the past 30 days without any resolution. The responses I receive are irrelevant and unhelpful. I am seeking assistance to address my issue effectively without receiving any more irrelevant replies or links. My concern pertains to the fact that even though my account has been deleted, my profile picture remains on Twitter's image hosting domain. These links originate from Twitter's image hosting domain, pbs.twimg, and can only be removed by Twitter, the webmaster. It is essential for my privacy that these pictures are promptly removed. I have been addressing this matter for a month now. Please take action to delete my profile picture from Twitter's image hosting domain. These links must be deleted as they contain my photo. Despite deleting my account, the images persist in your database and can only be removed by your intervention. They are not part of Google search results but are directly associated with Twitter's data. Due to the private nature of the photo, I cannot share the links here. Kindly reach out to me urgently.

I manage the company's Twitter account for Spark904BV. As the Marketing Assistant, I made a mistake by entering our founding year, [redacted], causing Twitter to lock our account for being underage. This happened during a crucial conference, adding to the urgency. I tried to provide evidence of our real founding date, February 27, [redacted], but it was not accepted. Despite my efforts to contact Twitter support via phone, email, and tweets, I have been unable to reach a human for assistance. If there's any possible way to speed up the process of unlocking our account, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

Last night, I came across some explicit content on Twitter that was inappropriate and disturbing. I reported and blocked the post, but I haven't received any response. I am curious about what might have caused this to happen. Could this be a case of hacking? Considering my age at 75 years old, I was quite taken aback by this experience and hope Twitter can prevent such incidents in the future. I am looking for an explanation from Twitter on how this occurred and a solution to ensure it doesn't repeat.

My account, @aliyahfrench, got locked for an age violation when I made it in [redacted]. I filled out a form and sent it with my photo ID proving I now meet the age criteria. Twitter assured me they would unlock my account and get back to me soon, but since September 12, [redacted], they have not followed up. The case number is [redacted]1. I am eager for Twitter to unlock my account, which I have had for over a decade.

Hello, I recently tried to create a Twitter account using my email: [redacted] Surprisingly, it seems someone has already used my email to create a Twitter account without my knowledge. This email is new, created on October 9th, [redacted]. Is there a way for you to delete this account? I realized this when I tried to reset the password for the account "@wFuTpddPr1sxMsr" and received an email in Russian from Twitter with a password reset link for that account associated with my email. I am concerned about the security of my email being linked to this Russian-language email. Is there any way to safeguard my email from unauthorized use in the future if I decide to sign up for a Twitter account again?
