Hello, good morning. My son's Twitter account, @ChrisHardie7_, has been locked, stating that he was under the age of 13 when it was set up last year. However, this is incorrect as he was already 16 at that time. As we haven't received any response, he created a new account last night, @Hardie7Chris, which has now been temporarily suspended. Twitter has been vital in promoting his name and highlights, especially since he wants to share his commitment video. Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated. I am encountering the same birthday issue as many others. Despite submitting my birth certificate multiple times, they claim it is not sufficient evidence. I almost lost hope and pleaded for the return of my account. Recently, they messaged me saying my email does not match the account and suggested I create a new one. However, I refuse as my current account holds valuable memories, such as when my favorite YouTuber mentioned me. Twitter seems to be causing frustrations for many users with such account problems.

I recently provided my birthday to Twitter as requested. However, this action resulted in the immediate locking of my account as it claimed I created it when I was under 13, although I am now 19. I opened the account in [redacted], nearly 8 years ago. Despite assurances of being contacted to assist in recovering my account and update on progress, I have not received any communication for weeks. As a long-time user of Twitter, having utilized the platform for 8 years, I feel disappointed by the lack of response. I hope for a more efficient resolution and to regain access to my account, as promised. My Twitter handle is @HannahChaisee.

My account got locked by Twitter because they believed I was under 13, even though I am 19. This happened 3 or 4 months ago. I provided a photo to verify my age, but I haven't heard back from Twitter in 2 months. Regarding Twitter's response, they mentioned they are working on a solution to restore my account, including my username and tweets created after I turned 13. They also stated that additional requests for the account won't be reviewed. I received this message two months ago and am still waiting for updates. Unfortunately, I am unable to take any further action. I kindly request assistance in recovering my account. Thank you.

Dear Twitter, I am concerned about the recent banning of conservative journalists on your platform. First, Milo Yiannopoulos, and now Laura Loomer, who was addressing an anti-Semite. Your platform is supposed to promote diversity of thought and opinion, but it seems to be lacking in this regard. Allowing known anti-Semites and advocates of disturbing practices while silencing those who speak out against such issues is troubling. Please be aware that your censorship actions are being noticed. It's important to provide a space for individuals like Laura Loomer, whether or not you agree with their views, as their right to free speech is valuable. Please reconsider banning Loomer. I recently encountered an issue with my Twitter account being locked due to age requirements. Despite meeting the age criteria when I originally created the account, I received a notification stating that certain content needed to be cleared from my profile. I completed the necessary form, submitted my photo ID, and received assurance from their team that my account would be reinstated once the appropriate actions were taken. It has been nearly a month since I lost access to my account, and I am reluctant to start anew given the significant number of followers I had amassed. Hello, I responded to a question about phrases that could ruin a family dinner during the holidays with a joke that said "Hitler did nothing wrong." Unfortunately, this led to my account being banned from Twitter. The system claims my email is connected to another account, making it impossible for me to verify. My Twitter handle is @adogwith2phones. I deeply regret the joke and understand its poor taste. I study Naziism and the tragedies of the 20th century, so I am aware of the seriousness of the matter. My account @wcookie_ got unexpectedly locked/suspended less than 1 hour ago. Twitter required me to link to my old email address and/or my previous phone number. Due to my old phone number expiring, I am unable to access either of them. Even though I remember both my email and phone number, I cannot retrieve them. I am puzzled as to why my account violated Twitter's Terms and Rules. I solely use it for information purposes, without engaging in any negative activities like bashing or hacking others' accounts, spamming, or identity falsification. Despite this, Twitter deactivated my account. Any assistance on how to recover my account would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am currently unable to access my Twitter account, experiencing significant difficulty in regaining entry. I initially set up my Twitter profile 15 days before I turned 13 years old with parental consent. The account was primarily used for school-related purposes, as recommended by my middle school for informational updates. By the end of the first month, I had reached the age of 13. I am now 19 years old, a college student, and a business owner, utilizing this account for professional purposes. Upon recently updating my birthdate on Twitter, I got locked out due to creating the account slightly before my 13th birthday. I created a Twitter account years ago but never used it. Recently, when I logged in, I discovered my account was hacked. The username changed to "Boll Aleksiya," and random tweets and photos not posted by me appeared. When trying to deactivate the account, I kept getting an error message. Also, contacting Twitter support was impossible since my account was suspended. I need assistance to deactivate the compromised account and guidance on creating a new, secure one.

While I understand the importance of age verification, I am reluctant to create a new account due to this obstacle. I recently decided to update my date of birth on my long-standing Twitter profile. Unfortunately, this led to the suspension of my account, as it was created before I turned 13. Twitter directed me to a form requesting a picture of my identification, such as my driver’s license. As I did not have my permit, I initially submitted my high school ID, but it was rejected. After subsequently sending a photo of my driving permit, the outcome remained the same. I then attempted to send images of both IDs, only to face continued rejection. This process has been incredibly frustrating, all stemming from a simple birthday modification. It may be compounded by my unconventional Twitter handle "Cowboy Rowling," which does not match my legal name. I am eager for a swift resolution to regain access to my suspended account.

On the 25th, upon logging in, I found a message indicating my account had been compromised and that a code would be sent to my email address - [redacted]. In the past, when my account was compromised, I was advised to verify the email address, which I have completed; however, this time a code is requested. I have reached out to Microsoft regarding this matter, and they are currently investigating. Please provide information on who accessed my account. The inconvenience this has caused after working on it for so long is quite significant. I tried creating a new account to inform my followers about the issue, but it was promptly taken down. I have been suspended for what Twitter interpreted as a threatening tweet, but it was an innocent joke. The word "kill" was used in relation to my ethnicity's cultural food, not as a threat. Please review the context; my intention was never to be abusive. My account is essential for spreading happiness, with a significant following. Kindly consider reinstating my account as this suspension over a lighthearted joke is distressing. I aim to bring joy and positivity, unlike individuals like Katie Hopkins who promote hate speech without repercussions. The situation feels unjust and unfair. Hello, I am experiencing an issue when trying to register a new Twitter account using my phone number. The platform is indicating that my number is already linked to another account, which is not accurate. I currently have two accounts associated with my phone number: @AWEmodels and @AWEmpire_Models. I believe that up to 10 Twitter accounts can be connected to one phone number, so I am unsure why I am facing this challenge. My former manager breached our contract and hacked into my Twitter account, @ariettaadamsxxx, on Monday, November 26, [redacted]. He changed the password, email, and phone number associated with the account, making it nearly impossible for me to access it. The phone number he changed it to is [redacted], which was originally [redacted]. He also changed the email linked to the account from [redacted] to his own email, but I do not know what that email is. I have tried everything to regain access to my account without success and have already contacted [redacted], but I am still desperate to recover my account. He has taken everything from me. Please, I need help retrieving my accounts.

My account got hacked, leading to its suspension. The hacker changed the photo, and I can't revert it. Despite changing my password, I cannot remove the unauthorized tweets they posted. I've tried three appeals, but keep receiving a generic message stating multiple violations. It's frustrating not being able to make any changes. Please assist in restoring my Twitter account.

I mistakenly entered the wrong birthday due to my son's constant inquiries, and I need to correct it. The correct birthdate is April 23, [redacted]. My account username is "andythenormal" and my email is [redacted] My son posted a picture on Twitter, thinking it was amusing, prompting me to request Twitter to review the correct identification picture to unlock my account. I created my account a few months before turning 13. I am now almost 18, and recently got suspended from Twitter. I received a request from Twitter to update my age, but upon doing so, I got suspended for being underage when I first signed up. I have been trying to resolve this for weeks, seeking assistance from Twitter's customer support. Unfortunately, the automated responses just lead me to a suspension notice, and even filling out a form redirects me to the same message. I am feeling very frustrated as I don't know how to proceed and really don't want to create a new account. I am in need of help and guidance with this issue.
