Upon opening my Twitter app, I was surprised to find that my account had been locked due to reported unstable behavior. After reviewing my emails, I noticed unauthorized password change requests, leading me to believe my account was hacked. Although I managed to secure my account by changing the password, it remains suspended. To verify that I am not a robot, I attempted the necessary step but encountered a problem - the verification page only displayed the question "Are you a robot?" without any additional options. Consequently, I am presently unable to access any other sections on my account. I am seeking assistance to resolve this issue and regain access to my account.

I recently updated my date of birth on my Twitter account from January 20, [redacted], to January 20, [redacted]. Unfortunately, an error message appeared stating that the account was created in December [redacted] and did not meet the minimum age requirement set at that time, resulting in the suspension of my account by the Twitter Team. I genuinely apologize for unintentionally violating Twitter's Terms and Policies, as I was not previously aware of this rule. I now understand why I mistakenly entered [redacted] instead of [redacted] as my birth year. Even though I should have been cautioned about the age policy during the account creation process, I was immature at the time and provided incorrect information to Twitter. Upon realizing my mistake while using Twitter recently, I promptly corrected my birth year to [redacted], disregarding the warning reference to December [redacted] as it slipped my mind that I had misrepresented my age to Twitter previously. I humbly request the unsuspension of my Twitter account, now that I am 18 years old and fully comprehend Twitter's Terms & Policies. I acknowledge my breach of Twitter's rules and accept any consequences. I was on the brink of turning 13 years old at the account's inception, just a month shy of the minimum required age; hence, I appeal to have my account reinstated since it contains my personal information and tweets. I sincerely apologize for this error and assure you that I will adhere to all Twitter policies moving forward. I am hopeful for a resolution to my predicament and eagerly await your response. Recently, I confirmed a birth date on my account when I was still 12 years old. However, upon turning 13, I decided to change my birth date. After making the change, my account got locked. I was prompted to fill out a form through a provided link for unlocking it. Despite completing the form, my account remains locked even after waiting for 2 hours. Yesterday, I attempted to access Twitter without success, and after reaching out via email, they advised contacting them through my locked account. I followed up via email again, but have yet to receive a response. Twitter mentioned they are unsure how to resolve this issue, leaving me in a dilemma as I await a resolution with no clarity on the timeframe. My account username is GOGO[redacted]2. Thank you for your assistance.

My account suspension feels unfair. I never threatened or harassed anyone. I engaged in discussions about racism with those who hold racist views. Harassment involves aggressive repeated contact after being asked to stop, which did not occur. Threats involve stating intent to harm, which I did not do. Is it acceptable for others to spread hate while my factual responses lead to a 7-day suspension? Meanwhile, the recent shooter who harassed a user wasn't suspended for hateful behavior. It seems unjust to selectively apply rules based on the situation. My username is SpoutingTea.

Hello, I'm emilyhreljac, and my account was deactivated recently after Twitter asked me to input my birthdate. Due to being underage when I created the account in [redacted], it was deactivated. I had parental consent and my parents oversaw the content, mainly me trying to get Justin Bieber's attention. I believe it's unfair to deactivate it now as I am now of legal age. While I didn't meet the age requirement then, it shouldn't matter now, nine years later. When I saw the message this morning, I thought it was a joke or a hack. I clicked 'verify my birthday', but now it's asking for my government-issued ID, which I am uncomfortable with despite its security. If there's a way to reactivate my account without submitting an ID photo, that would be appreciated. Being in my fourth year at university, it feels childish to be 'banned' when I've never used the site harmfully. Thank you, Emily H.

I am currently locked out of my account as the email I used for logging in was associated with my high school and has since been deleted. I have reached out to support, but they advised me to respond through the inaccessible email, making it impossible to recover my account. The account in question has not been active since [redacted], and based on Twitter's policy, accounts should be used at least once every six months to remain active. Since mine has not met this requirement, I kindly request for the account to be deleted as it serves no purpose.

My Twitter account got locked because of unusual activity. The only different thing I've done is follow back everyone who follows me. I haven't broken any rules to cause the lockout; Twitter says it's for security reasons. Now, I'm supposed to verify my account and change my password. When I try to change it, it keeps asking me to verify via email, which I can't do because I no longer have access to that email. I can't update my email without access to the old one. How can I update my email when I'm locked out of Twitter?

In [redacted], I created my Twitter account when I was 13 years old. Unfortunately, a friend who had my account on his phone accidentally changed my birthdate instead of his. The birthdate on the account @PhilippsEvan used to be 6/27/99 but was mistakenly altered to 6/27/00. Despite my friend explaining the mix-up in a prompt submission to Twitter, my account remains locked two months later. I've not received any responses or help from customer support. I am eager to regain access to my Twitter account as I have always enjoyed using the platform, and the lack of assistance has been very disappointing.

I am currently locked out of my account due to "suspicious activity" and require SMS verification. Unfortunately, the phone number linked to my account is outdated and I'm unable to receive the SMS. I attempted to change my password via email with no success. Communicating with a real person was challenging since most support channels provided automated responses that were not helpful in my situation. I hope this message reaches a human support representative who can provide more effective assistance. Thank you, a very frustrated customer seeking a solution beyond automated responses.

My brother created a Twitter account for me a few years ago, but I never used it until recently. I entered my birthday and got locked out for being under 13 at the time of account creation. I am now 17 and want to continue using the app on my account. Despite waiting for days as indicated, my account has not been restored yet.

Twitter recommended adding my birthdate, so I complied; I was born on December 24, [redacted]. However, my account got locked almost immediately for supposedly being under 13 when I created it. I believe I was 13 or just turned 13 when I made the account. I was with my cousin, who was definitely over 14 and also had a Twitter account. I'm frustrated my account is locked over incorrect information. I'm struggling to get any help, and I doubt I'll regain access to my Twitter due to their poor support system. I have nearly 1k followers and cherished memories on that account. It's my main connection to old friends who have moved away. I really want my account back without starting from scratch.

Hello, I recently wanted to update my Twitter profile to make it more complete. However, after correctly entering my date of birth, my account got locked. I have been trying to unlock it by contacting support, but so far, I have had no success. I really want to regain access to my Twitter account. The message I received says my account is locked due to not meeting the minimum age requirement when it was created. I have filled out the form twice and attempted to reach out to support with no luck. I created my account when I was older than 13, and despite not using it for the past 7 years, I am now 20 years old and really need access to my account. Can someone please assist me with this issue? Thank you.

I'm currently revamping my Twitch stream as my full-time job and want to rebrand from SlitaLive to just Slita. The Twitter handle @Slita is inactive with only 6 tweets and is unresponsive. I've tried contacting them to no avail. I aim to simplify my branding for viewers, and I'm in the process of producing merchandise bearing the name Slita. My current handle is Twitter@SlitaLive. I plan to trademark my name in December to avoid similar issues. Assistance in securing the Twitter handle @Slita would be greatly appreciated as I move forward with my brand. Thank you for your help.

My account was locked yesterday. I waited an hour to see if it would unlock by itself. I was asked to update my birthday, which I did, and it locked me out. I’m 21 years old. The message I received stated, "We’ll be able to unlock your account and will be in touch again with updates on our progress. As a reminder, we require people to be at least 13 years old to use Twitter. We’re hard at work creating a technical solution that will allow us to restore the most important parts of your account, including your username and Tweets that you created after you turned 13. As a reminder, additional requests submitted for this account will not be reviewed." I haven’t received any updates. I’d like to know the status of my account being unlocked.

I am facing difficulty accessing my account as I have forgotten the password. This account belongs to me, with the username @Deanleahy2011. I urgently need a way to either recover the password or have the account deactivated. My date of birth is 16-06-[redacted], and my previous phone number was [redacted], which has since been updated to [redacted]. I am seeking assistance to resolve this matter promptly, otherwise I will escalate the issue to Twitter and seek legal advice. Rest assured, I can provide identification to verify my ownership of the account. Thank you.

I have been locked out of my account on Twitter due to an age restriction issue. Although I initially created the account when I was underage, I am now above the age limit. I am frustrated with the difficulty of reclaiming my account, despite waiting for days and encountering multiple failures with support tickets. I have attempted to follow all instructions and submit tickets, but nothing has been successful. The support page glitches out after several attempts, continuously preventing me from resolving the issue. I am eager to regain access to my account or consider permanently closing it if Twitter cannot assist me further. My Twitter handle is @harleereece, and my name is Harlee Yarbrough. I suspect the email associated with the account may need updating since my current email is relatively new.

Hello, my username on Twitter is @madihoover. My account got suspended for violating Twitter rules. I followed the process to recover it, but I realized I never updated my phone number. I truly believe I didn't break any rules and enjoyed my old account. I'm ready to tweet kindly if I can get my account back quickly. Please assist me in resolving this issue as I miss using my original account terribly. Thank you for your help. Regards.

Hello, I have a suspended Twitter account with the username @madihoover due to violations of their rules. I attempted the account recovery but realized I hadn't updated my phone number. The SMS code to unlock the account was sent to my old deactivated number. I've contacted Twitter through various platforms with no success. I even messaged them on a new Twitter account and on Instagram multiple times, but I'm reaching out here as a last resort. I cannot reactivate the old number. I believe I didn't breach any rules on my old account and wish to regain access to it. If I inadvertently violated any rules, I promise to be more careful in the future. I'm eager to resume tweeting on my original account as the new one isn't the same. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, I have a suspended Twitter account under the username @madihoover because I supposedly "violated Twitter rules." I realized I never updated my phone number on the account after attempting to regain access. The verification code is being sent to my old phone number, which I no longer have access to. I've reached out to Twitter through various platforms but haven't had any luck. This message is my last attempt to seek assistance to resolve this matter. I strongly believe I didn't violate any rules on my old account and miss using it. If there was an issue, I apologize and am willing to comply with Twitter's rules moving forward. Please help me regain access to my account as I'm not enjoying using the new one I created to replace it. Your prompt assistance in resolving this would be greatly appreciated.
