I recently added my birthday to Twitter to enjoy the birthday balloons on my profile. However, after adding my birthday, the system locked me out, claiming I was under 13 when creating the account. I selected the option stating I wasn't 13 at account creation but I am now over 13. The account remained locked, instructing me to submit a form to resolve the issue. Upon doing so, I received a message saying they are working on unlocking my account but have not provided any updates after a week. The lack of customer service via phone or chat is frustrating as I feel stuck in a loop attempting to regain access to my account.

I have been investigating a complex hack on my Twitter account and those of my closest friends. Many professionals suspect the hack originated from within Twitter itself. A "pinned tweet" magically appeared on the profiles of only 7 specific Twitter users who are significant to me. This peculiar tweet, "Shawn Briggs Please take me back," was not posted by me and was only visible on mobile devices of these individuals. The tweet vanished when accessed from different devices. I suspect my ex, Shawn Briggs, a professional skateboarder known for stalking me, might be involved, potentially with the assistance of a Twitter employee in a managerial position. Notably, the actions related to this tweet were limited to the select 7 individuals, raising suspicions of targeted manipulation. I, along with my friends, possess screenshots of the bizarre occurrence and are prepared to provide testimony if necessary. This incident leaves me unsettled and concerned about the security of my account.

I created a Twitter account two months ago, but due to being busy, I never used it. When I tried to log in a few days ago, I discovered that my account was suspended. I can't reset my forgotten password, and attempting to edit my account results in an error message stating it's not allowed because of the suspension. I reached out to Twitter through a message about my suspended account, but have not received any response after 4 days. I would like to start using Twitter, but I encountered difficulty deactivating the account this morning. This situation is becoming time-consuming, and I hope to resolve it without further delays. I created my account in [redacted] when I was underage and under parental supervision. I didn't use Twitter much initially, but I've been active for the past two years. Recently, I updated my birth year from [redacted] to [redacted] and got locked out. I'm now 18 and no longer need parental controls. I am facing difficulties accessing my Twitter account due to an age discrepancy that occurred years ago. Even though I am now well over the required age limit, the system locked me out when I tried to update my birthdate. Hello. On October 5, [redacted], I created two Twitter accounts using the same phone number: +[redacted]2. I have the passwords for both but do not know the usernames for either. The second account also has an added email address: [redacted] I created two accounts on the same day because I was unsure how to add an email to an existing account. I am unable to log in to either account due to the message "this phone number is associated with more than one account." Since I do not know the usernames, I cannot attempt to log in using them. Could you please delete all records of the second account so that I can access the first account? Thank you.

My Twitter account is @TrashPopsicle, associated with the email [redacted] I am experiencing an issue where I cannot follow any blogs on my account suddenly. Even though I try to refollow them, it shows that I am following nobody. The count remains at 0, and when I check the blogs, it says I'm not following them. This problem persists on mobile browsers, the app, and desktop browsers. While I can still retweet and like Tweets, I cannot follow anyone. This specific issue only affects this account and not my other accounts. A separate longstanding issue is that I've been shadowbanned, where my replies and posts go unnoticed. I am unsure if this is related to the following problem, as the shadowbanning was never resolved. I am quite distressed as I have been using this account for years and followed numerous accounts. Your help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hello everyone, I am writing to seek assistance with my Twitter account. I recently encountered an issue where my account got locked after I mistakenly changed my birth year. My account was initially managed by my mom until I was old enough to take it over. When prompted to verify this, I selected that my mother managed the account during that time. To unlock my account, I was informed that my mom needs to provide photos of her photo ID or birth certificate, which she is uncomfortable doing. I recently discovered that my account has been locked due to unforeseen circumstances. Although I attempted to submit a photo of my aunt's ID to resolve the issue, I encountered difficulties with the submission form. Let me clarify why there was an attempt to alter the account's creation year. My aunt, who serves as my guardian, established my Twitter profile in [redacted] with the intention of aiding my YouTube career, which did not materialize. It was only in [redacted], when I was over the age of 13, that I began using the account for personal reasons. I have submitted both my aunt's ID and my own, and respectfully request that my account be reinstated in its original state without the necessity of creating a new one. I recently updated my birthdate on my account to reflect my accurate year of birth, which is July 25, [redacted]. Unfortunately, my account was disabled due to not meeting the age requirement at the time of sign-up. Despite submitting the necessary forms to reactivate my account, I have not received any updates since the last email on August 11, [redacted]. In the email, they mentioned verifying that I did not meet the age requirement and stated they would delete media from before I turned 13. I have continued to send requests to enable my account but have not heard back. I am unsure of the status of my account and would appreciate further updates.

When I created my account, I was under 13 years old. Now that I'm 18, I tried to update my account and ended up locked out. I submitted a review form and am anxious about when I will receive feedback. I've come across articles stating that some users are not able to regain access to their accounts and they are being deleted. I hope for a solution to recover my account as this situation feels sudden and unfair. My account means a lot to me. Twitter should offer better recovery options as many users are facing similar issues without adequate assistance.

A previously banned user has created another Twitter account. I have reported him, but Twitter has not taken any action. There are no options for reporting repeat violators, despite it being against Twitter rules. This situation is extremely frustrating. The user is @arts_roro. His previous banned accounts include @monglor, @herdarts, @r0r0, @donrodraw, and many others. He recently used a racial slur in a tweet, and instead of banning him, Twitter banned me. I am incredibly insulted by this response from the company.

A troubling situation has arisen with a user on Twitter who has a history of being banned multiple times but continues to engage in targeted harassment. This individual, a racist white nationalist, is currently using offensive language in tweets, including racial slurs, insulting women, and picking fights with others. Despite multiple reports, Twitter seems to have no effective way to address this issue. In fact, my own account was banned when I reported this user previously. It raises concerns whether Twitter is failing to take appropriate action against individuals promoting hate speech and harassment on their platform.

I have faced multiple attacks on Twitter due to a news reporter's tweet published on Friday, November 18th. The reporter posted a news clip after I declined to comment, then continued making false statements. I responded, and they have since tweeted about the incident. Despite reporting it to Twitter multiple times, the offending statements and video clip remain online. This situation is jeopardizing my safety and that of my family, as we are subjected to hateful messages and defamation by strangers. Over [redacted] comments, including false accusations against me and my child, have been made. The severity of these allegations is distressing, especially because they involve a minor. I am requesting the removal of this post from @TinaYazdani's feed, as the reporter misrepresented my concerns and my initial statement of no comment.

I recently encountered an issue with my account getting locked out due to a mistake in entering my birthday. I submitted an appeal right away, but unfortunately, I have not received any response from them yet. It seems like a number of users are facing the same problem, and the lack of customer service responsiveness is quite disheartening. Multiple attempts to reach out to them through various channels have been futile. It is frustrating to see accounts with inappropriate content going unchecked while innocent accounts face such restrictions. To add to the frustration, my new Twitter account was also locked for what they deemed as "suspicious activity" within a mere four hours of creation. The situation has left me feeling helpless and disappointed in the platform.

I am having trouble accessing my account @bvIieve because the cell number associated with it was blocked, and I can't change the password. When I try to input the cell number to reset the password, it claims there is no account with that information. However, I have proof in my Twitter gallery that my cell number was linked to the account. Despite sending numerous emails for help, I keep receiving the same response. According to the help center, they can re-add the mobile number to my account to resolve this issue. I feel frustrated by the lack of progress and need assistance in re-adding my phone number to my account as stated in the help center.

Despite providing necessary information, I have not received adequate assistance. This has exacerbated an already stressful situation, prompting me to seek clarification on handling complaints through proper channels. I'm currently locked out of my account. It's requesting a code that should be texted to my cell phone, but I haven't received it. I was tweeting about my school project for my students within the allowed daily limit of [redacted] tweets. I use Twitter to raise funds for my elementary school students from low-income families. I'm looking to gather information on a Twitter user who has been relentlessly attacking my 15-year-old daughter online. This individual has tarnished my daughter's reputation to the extent that her school is now investigating to uncover their identity. Despite deactivating their account, we possess screenshots of the harmful tweets directed at my daughter. The spread of false rumors has begun to impact her well-being and academic performance. The user in question has suggested to the school that it may be a fake account using her name; however, we are skeptical as there are clear indicators of their true identity. The username used is @Mikhael[redacted]0, which has since been deactivated. Any assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
