I am experiencing an issue with accessing my Twitter account, haleyanash. I am currently 15 years old but the platform has locked my account, stating that I need to be at least 13 years old to have one. To unlock it, they are requesting a copy of my government-issued ID to confirm my age, which poses a problem since my parents managed the account when it was created. The account indicates my birthday incorrectly as May 3, [redacted], but my actual birthdate is May 3, [redacted]. A friend attempted to correct this discrepancy, leading to my account being locked due to age requirements. I am uncertain how to proceed without jeopardizing my account.

Hello, I am experiencing difficulty logging into my Twitter account, @paigestarrr. I received a notification stating my account was locked due to being created when I was under 13 years old. I made an error with my birthdate, intending to use [redacted]. Twitter is now requesting a photo of my ID, which I find intrusive given that I am over 18 and in university. I had parental guidance when I created the account and inadvertently selected the wrong age during verification. I had to make a new account to reach out for support, which has been frustrating. It seems unnecessary for Twitter to request such personal information. Can someone from the support team assist in restoring my original account @paigestarrr? Your timely help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Paige Staerkel.

My daughter's account was locked after she updated her birth date from 21/05/[redacted] to 21/05/[redacted]. She turned 18 this year and is now in control of her account, which was initially set up in [redacted] when I managed it. I've reached out previously and provided the requested information, including proof of her age with her ID and my birth certificate to show our relationship. I kindly request for her account to be unlocked now that she is of age to manage it herself. Her name is Maram Mahmeed Almahmeed, and I am Afnan Mohammed Alqadhi. Her Twitter handle is @MaramAlmahmeed_.

I have been in communication with your support team since November 7th regarding my Twitter password reset issue. When using the standard form, I receive an error message stating, "Sorry, that page doesn't exist." After receiving a long link containing an incorrect email address, sasg!@verizon.net, I want to clarify that my correct email is [redacted] with the number 1. I attempted a verification email, but it was also sent to the wrong email address. I am concerned about potential hacking and seek assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Despite multiple attempts, the links provided are not working for me. I would appreciate a swift resolution to regain access to my account without encountering further obstacles.

My name is Kendra. Unfortunately, my Twitter account got locked because I created it when I was under 13. Now that I'm older and eligible to use the app, I would like to access my account again. If it's easier, deleting the account is acceptable, but I'm quite upset about not being able to use Twitter. I didn't actively use it when I was 13; in fact, I had deleted the app. My usage only started about a year ago. I just want to resolve this issue because I should now meet the age requirement for the app, but I can't access it. I acknowledge why my account was locked, but I honestly can't remember ever tweeting or using the app at 13.

I was retweeting multiple tweets in a short time and sending a direct message on Twitter under my handle @nysportsfan2015. Shortly after, I attempted to like a post but encountered an issue. Now, I received a notification stating my account is suspended for unknown reasons. I am currently outside the United States using a different SIM card in my phone. I have never threatened, harmed, or used profanity towards anyone. I have reviewed the rules and policies and believe I have not violated any. I have tried reaching out to Twitter at [redacted], but received an error mentioning the email is disabled. Can you please investigate and lift the suspension on my account?

I have been a member of Twitter since [redacted]. I am currently 18 years old. Last night, I removed my birthdate from my account and now my account is locked. When I open the Twitter app, a message pops up saying my account is locked. It states that I did not meet the minimum age requirement when the account was created. My active ad campaigns have been paused. To understand if it's possible to restore access to my account, I need to visit a specific form. I would appreciate any help in getting my account back. Thank you and sorry for any inconvenience. - DN 🥶 @nicolai_dalton

My account got permanently suspended because I called a group of people who were harassing me "thots" and "b*****es," without racial, religious, or ethnic insults. This group has been bullying me for months, and despite blocking many of them, their large and ghost accounts keep reporting me. Every time they mass report me, you always find me innocent. I don't believe my account should be permanently suspended. I put a lot of effort into growing my account, and aside from this group, I have no problems with anyone else. Please review my case.

I am 20 years old and need help with Twitter. They are asking for parental consent, but I am an adult and do not require this. Despite my attempts to explain this, they keep denying me access because I cannot provide proof of parental consent. My emails have not been answered properly, and now I have been informed that they will not be acknowledged anymore. My account is suspended, and Twitter suggested I create a new one, which is inconvenient. I manage an alternative account for my father's business and provided ID to access it. I created my personal account a month before turning 13, but I am now 20. I would like to regain access to my account: @megkolbuck.

I am experiencing issues with my Twitter account @BerylSelina. When I search for my handle, it does not show up, and my posts are not visible. I have checked, and my account is not suspended. I am unsure of the reason for this issue and would like some clarification. This is the second time it has occurred, and I am keen to understand the cause to prevent it from happening again. I strive to follow the rules and post appropriate content, but if there are any violations, please let me know so I can adjust my posting behavior. I also wonder if there are restrictions on adding people that I may be unknowingly breaching. I am eager to resolve this matter and gain insight into why it is happening. Thank you.

I created my account when I was under 13 years old. Now that I am 18, I attempted to update my birthdate, resulting in my account being locked. I completed the form provided to have my account reinstated over a month ago, but I have not received any communication and my account remains locked. I have reached out to Twitter support multiple times, but the automated responses have been unhelpful. I am hoping to connect with a human representative who can understand the situation and assist in unlocking my account. It seems unfair that my account is still locked due to my age at registration when I am now of legal age.

My account was locked because it was created when I was under 13 years old, but I'm 18 now. Twitter asked for my parent's supervision to reopen the account. My mom followed all the steps mentioned in the email, including filling out a form and sending her ID to Twitter support. However, they said the data was not legible, and we are unsure why. When I try to contact Twitter support for clarification, I keep receiving the same message without a clear explanation of the issue. I'm struggling to find a way to reach out to them for assistance.

Subject: Help Needed to Recover Twitter Handle I am Ali F., a freelance journalist and documentary filmmaker working predominantly for the BBC in Myanmar. In [redacted], while working on a documentary project, I temporarily changed my Twitter handle from @alifowle to @burmatweet at the request of my supervisor due to concerns of my prior controversial work affecting the project. Unfortunately, it seems that during this period, my original handle @alifowle was taken over by a bot or troll account which was swiftly suspended by Twitter. Despite reaching out to Twitter previously, the issue was not resolved, and I am now seeking assistance to regain my original handle. I have evidence to demonstrate the connection between my current handle @burmatweet and my original @alifowle through prior interactions and tags from colleagues. Using "Ali Fowle" as my brand across social media platforms, I believe it is vital to reclaim my Twitter handle. I can provide further verification, including a copy of my passport reflecting my legal name as Alexandra. I appreciate any help to rectify this situation, as I have hesitated to use my account without my authentic handle. Your prompt response is eagerly awaited. Thank you for your attention. Warm regards, Ali

I am seeking direct communication with a supervisor instead of receiving automated reset forms. After receiving a password reset notification, I encounter an error message stating, "Sorry, that page doesn't exist." The support team then sends me another form with a lengthy link that leads me to a message indicating that my password has already been reset, which is not the case. I require personal assistance to investigate if my account has been compromised and to address why the password reset links seem invalid. Despite following the instructions to request a new link due to expiration, I receive no response after replying to their email. Even after my ticket was closed without resolution, I find myself stuck in a cycle of automated responses. I am considering escalating this matter to relevant authorities if I cannot connect with a human support representative. How can I request to speak with a supervisor directly to resolve this issue?

Upon turning 18 in October [redacted], I updated my Twitter birthdate to reflect my actual birth year of [redacted]. Subsequently, I was logged out due to originally setting my birthdate in March [redacted], which made me appear underage. Back then, I'd used a fake birth year as my parents were against me having a Twitter account. Fast-forward five years, I am now 18 and seeking to regain access to my Twitter account. Despite checking for any communication over the past few days, I have received no emails or messages explaining why I cannot recover my account. My intention was never to post inappropriate content; I simply enjoy using Twitter to keep up with the latest updates shared by my friends. I am eager to resolve this issue promptly as Twitter is our primary means of staying connected and informed.

This is my third attempt to explain what occurred. One of the handles in the tweet showcased hateful behavior towards someone's sexual orientation, not directed at me. I was defending the LGBT community and informing the person it was not his concern until his friends joined in and began insulting me. If you examine the tweets closely, you will see where I ignored numerous instances until they targeted me. One of them even posted a meme of me with a rabbit, constituting cyberbullying. I apologize, but my actions were solely in self-defense. Another individual called me "not smart." I feel it is unjust that they were excused just because they deleted their tweets. On a past account that I had and eventually abandoned because of persistent cyberbullying with no action taken, I decided to stand up for myself. I regret the words I used; they stemmed from anger. I urge you to thoroughly review the situation, and I assure you that I will only report tweets going forward. Please ban me if I do not adhere to this. Thank you.

I recently found out that my Twitter account has been suspended. I am confident that I have not violated any of Twitter's rules. Unfortunately, I am unable to access the email address and phone number linked to my account. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue as Twitter has not been responsive to my requests. It would be helpful if Twitter could implement an alternative method, similar to Instagram, for verifying the account owner, such as requesting a photo with a specific set of numbers. This additional verification step could greatly assist users in situations like mine.

Hello, my Twitter handle is @TheJoshOOOaa. Recently, my account was locked because I created it when I was 12 years old. It's been some time now, and my account is still locked. I am hoping to get an update from Twitter about when this issue will be resolved. When I try to log in, I receive the following message: "Our Terms of Service state that users must be 13 or older. It appears you were below the minimum age when this account was created. Your active ad campaigns have been paused. For more information and to inquire about restoring account access, please visit this form." Thank you, Josh
