I have rheumatoid arthritis affecting my arms and hands, leading to fine motor control issues. Over time, using Twitter has become challenging as the buttons have become too small for me to easily click on. This difficulty causes frustration and is making me consider giving up using Twitter. I access Twitter on my Windows 10 laptop using FireFox 63.0.1 64-bit. Simply magnifying the screen doesn't solve the problem as it doesn't make the buttons easier to click. Zooming in on the tab isn't a viable solution either as it could lead to further difficulties with scrolling. I've searched extensively online for a remedy, but haven't found one yet. I believe there must be a way to enlarge the Twitter buttons to assist users like me who are dealing with similar challenges. I appreciate your willingness to support disabled users like myself and help us stay connected through your platform. Thank you for considering my request.

My username is @karied_awayyy. I recently got locked out of my account because I created it before turning 13, with my parents’ permission. I am now 20 years old. While trying to recover my account, I accidentally selected the wrong option. I received an email confirming I would be able to regain access, but I've heard it might take over a month due to the volume of requests. I understand the situation, but is there any way to speed up the process? I urgently need my account for a social media class, as failing to access my old tweets and post new ones will impact my performance. I have exhausted my efforts, but automated Twitter Support hasn't been helpful, and there is no phone number for direct assistance.

I am reaching out in regards to my Twitter account, @FINNJC. Approximately two weeks ago, I updated my birth year from [redacted] to [redacted] to reflect my actual birthdate. This adjustment resulted in my account being locked since it indicated I created the account when I was 12. I am currently 19 years old and have requested Twitter to restore my account as is, offering to have any content prior to me being 12 deleted. After contacting Twitter, they informed me that they are working on a solution to unlock my account and restore essential parts, such as my username and tweets created after I turned 13. Although I submitted this request over two weeks ago when I was locked out around October 18th, my account remains inaccessible, and I have not received any updates from Twitter. I am eager to regain access to my account with the understanding that any content before I turned 13 will be removed. This account holds significant personal history that I hope to preserve, and I am hopeful that Twitter will address this matter promptly.

I made a Twitter account today and updated my profile. I tried following a few people and then suddenly got locked out of my account. I haven't liked or tweeted anything, so I know I didn't break any rules. Twitter asked for my phone number, but I only have a landline and I keep that private for close friends and family, not for social media.

I noticed an account, @Keanu[redacted]1, pretending to be the Actor/Director Keanu Reeves from Serbia. They requested donations for a charity project, showing poor grammar. They pushed for a donation through the Western Union app, insisting on $[redacted], providing Serbian details for the transfer. They mentioned a Keanu Reeves Fan Club website and a membership card, but I sensed suspicious activity and refrained from further communication to avoid potential scams or identity theft. I urge Twitter to alert the real Keanu Reeves and take action against this imposter, possibly by suspending or banning the account linked to the ISP address provided. For further communication, please contact me at my email address. Thank you.

Hello, I am Roy Grinapell, and I use the email address [redacted] daily. When attempting to sign up for Twitter using this email, I discovered that someone had hacked it and created an account. The account, @odessadoreat, is in a language I do not understand, and it has been suspended for reasons unknown to me. I received an automated response stating that the account was suspended for violating the website's terms. As I cannot contact Twitter support through the suspended account, I created this new account to seek assistance. I believe my account was compromised, and I would appreciate any help in resolving this issue. Thank you.

I am an employee at Amazon Alexa, overseeing a team of Alexa specialists who utilize Twitter to keep developers and customers informed about our products through product launches, updates, and tips. Recently, Twitter suspended one of our accounts, @TheOnlyAkersh, citing "multiple or repeat violations of the Twitter Rules." Despite submitting an appeal, it was denied without clear examples of rule violations. We are eager to rectify any concerns with this account to regain access and maintain our customer service standards. Twitter plays a crucial role in our communication strategy, and we are seeking assistance in resolving this matter. Any additional context on the issues with this account would be greatly appreciated to work towards reinstating it promptly.

I recently tried to update my birthday on Twitter and got locked out. The notification says it's because I was under 13 when I made my account, but I am almost 20 now. I initially created my Twitter to stay in touch with my elementary school teachers and have used it regularly since. This situation seems common, but I rely on Twitter for work. Could Twitter please unlock my account promptly?

Hello, I use an iPhone for Twitter, and my username is TheOracleYTu. I was suspended yesterday. I'm not sure if it's temporary or permanent as it didn't specify a duration. I got suspended for criticizing a celebrity. I believe someone reported me either as a troll or a fan of that celebrity. I use my account to connect with people, friends, and fans as I am a YouTuber. I also had an alternate account named TehSpookyLord, which is also suspended for "evading suspension," which is not the case. I really need both accounts back, and I'm hesitant to create a new one for fear of suspension. I hope to resolve this soon.

Hello, I need help unlocking my Twitter account @dakotanelson_. I created it with my parents' supervision when I was 12 and am now 19. I urgently need help with a significant mistake I made. It is currently November 7th, my 18th birthday. I wanted to update my birthdate on Twitter to have the festive balloons on my profile. However, since I created the account at age 10, Twitter has locked me out. I am desperate to regain access to my account for my birthday to receive messages. Being in the UK and never having traveled abroad, I lack ID beyond a birth certificate currently being used for a provisional application, to be processed in approximately 2 weeks. I am really upset and just want my account back to see my birthday messages. It's been almost 9 years since I started using the app, and I am now well above the age of 13.

Dear Twitter, I am Mohd Nurhaqim Farhan Bin Muhammat Sah, a 20-year-old from Malaysia. I am reaching out to request the reinstatement of my old account (@haqimfrhn), which was locked a month ago. I created this account at the age of 12 out of admiration for Justin Bieber, although I misrepresented my age during signup, which I acknowledge was against your policy. Losing access to my account has been disheartening. Over the past 8 years, it has held countless memories that I cherish. I relied heavily on Twitter, spending much of my time on the platform and connecting with old friends. However, since the lockout, I have been unable to reconnect with them, leading to feelings of sadness and distress. The situation has even started to impact my daily mood and mental well-being. My old account is more than just a social media profile; it is a part of me. Being locked out and unable to interact with it has left me feeling lost. I sincerely hope that you can empathize with my situation and consider unlocking my old account (@haqimfrhn). Yours faithfully, A devoted user longing to regain access to his old account (@haqimfrhn) Please... 😔

I created a second account on Twitter using the iOS app with an email I thought was linked to both my original and second accounts. The second account was for testing some business ideas. One day while networking, I followed many people and got a message about my account being suspended. I was asked to reset my password or log out. Unfortunately, the password reset only applied to my original account, not the second one. I put a lot of effort into the second account and now I can't verify it. I hope to discuss other verification options to recover the work I put into that account.

I've tried reaching out to Twitter support several times, but I only receive automated responses, making me feel ignored. My concern is that an inactive account I've been monitoring for a year was taken over by a hacker. This person is trying to sell/trade usernames, violating Twitter's terms of service, and engaging in other rule violations such as offensive behavior. I'm upset because he is using the @username I've wanted since I joined Twitter. I'm convinced something fishy is going on because I know the previous account owner even though they were inactive, and it's clear this account was compromised for profit. I'm simply asking Twitter to address this user who is breaking the rules, and transfer the @username to me as I'm a musician with a trademark under the same @username on SoundCloud. This confusion could harm my reputation and the platform. I have evidence like screenshots and tweet links to support my case. The problem is Twitter support is ignoring my pleas, which is disappointing. I've contacted several Twitter employees, but none have responded, despite being active on the platform. If possible, I would appreciate assistance in getting in touch with a real person at Twitter to resolve this issue.

When I was around 13, my parents set up a Twitter account for me. It got locked when I added my birthday at 16, about two and a half months ago. Despite sending my ID, I received no response from Twitter. Today, I learned that an account blocked for over a month may not be reactivated. I am frustrated and let down by the lack of support, considering I trusted their team to assist. Considering quitting Twitter over this, as creating a new account wouldn't be the same. The delay in resolving my issue isn't my fault, and I feel disappointed by the Twitter staff's handling of the situation.

My parents set up a Twitter account for me when I was a young age, not sure exactly when. When I added my birthday on my profile after turning a certain age, my account was locked about two and a half months ago. Despite sending my government-issued ID to the Twitter support team with my parents, we never received an email back. Today, I found out that accounts locked for over a month may not be restored. I am frustrated and disappointed as I believed Twitter would help resolve this. I am considering quitting Twitter, as creating a new account is not the same. It's not fair that my account remains unresolved due to Twitter's busy staff. Please assist me in reactivating my account (@ertl_sandra).

I came across a post praising Barack Obama and felt compelled to share a different perspective. I shared a photo depicting the harsh realities that resulted from Obama's decisions, such as drone bombings on civilians, the Libyan crisis, and the resurgence of slavery in Libya. I believe it is crucial to highlight these aspects of Obama's tenure and hold him accountable as a war criminal. I pointed out these issues on Twitter to showcase the broader impact of his actions. The platform's apparent political bias made me question its stance on such critical matters. I believe it's essential to raise awareness and provoke discussions on these important issues that affect many people.
