My parents created a Twitteraccount for me when I was ** years old (I don't know the exact age). After I turned ** I added my birthday to my discription so my account got locked. That was about two and a half months ago. My parents and I sent a picture of my government-issued ID to the Twittersupport team but we didn't recieve any e-mail from Twitter. So we tried to sent it again but then I read today that a account that's blocked for more than a month can't be reactivated. I am really angry and disappointed because I trusted the Twitter support team that they would take care of my problem. But they didn't. So please help me because I am thinking about stop using Twitter. And no, I don't want to create a new account because that's not the same! It's definately not my fault that the Twitter employees were too busy to take care of my problem.
