Find some way to contact them to be able to send proof of my age or to at least know when they will get back to me. ... My account has been locked due to age restrictions. I am now almost ** years old and haven’t had access or heard from Twitter in almost a week. I can prove my age but I just need to know who to contact about sending that proof.
Is that they aren’t doing enough to reach out to me about the problem and it has been almost a week since this occured. No email or anything to follow up on my account and now I’m getting angry to the point of not even wanting to use twitter anymore.
Just update me by contacting me and giving me a timeline of when I can expect this to be fixed. Also if I need to submit proof of my age then just let me know and I can provide that no questions asked. I’m a sophomore in college and about to be ** like this is ridiculous. I wouldn’t have changed it to a lower birth year if it wasn’t my correct year and I wasn’t of age to use this social media platform.
I have had a twitter account for years and yes even before being **. But I am now overage and just want access to something that is involved in my every day life and yes I will be sad without it, and no I will not be making a new one if this isn’t for resolved, but I will live just fine without it to prove that this is ridiculous
I made another account just to contact twitter through direct messaging cause the help support site only gives you the option to message them on Twitter or follow them which is dumb when my account is locked and I can’t do anything from it
