Set up an account. ... Can’t access my account which was not set up correctly by twitter system. Having trouble contacting twitter since they closed the case before it is resolved so cannot repspond by email to their response even though the last message said the I need to respond by the email I am talking about in order to verify it is the same account. **Problem: **I started to create an account using email address: (as sent below) but then it asked for a verification code saying it was sent to this email address but I DID NOT receive it. I asked for it to be resent but still not received. I tried several times. I got no verification codes. *So account was not completely set up. I tried to recreate the account in the same way, and it said the email address was already used. But in order to sign on it needs a password but I did not get to the stage of setting up a password! *I tried resetting password and it said link sent but still not received... now it does not allow this option because it says I have exceeded requests and to contact customer service!!!!!! What a joke! *HOW? It is impossible. **Now my email is tied to an account that is unusable so I am unable to use Twitter! **Please sort this out Twitter. Either remove my account or contact me in a way I can reply to a real person who can actually ‘support’ me. Thank you.
I cannot log on to an account that is not set up correctly since ther was no password. Yet I cannot set up a new account since my email address is used according to the system since the account was half set up.
Either deletion of account so I can attempt to set it up again. Or sending me a link to my email address to reset the password if it can be done like that. But would like to be able to contact twitter directly to solve the problem.
New customer. Expected a bit more support from twitter. At least a better customer relationship. Having one phone number is USA is not much help to users around the world.
I e tried resetting password via link support.twitter. But now it has exceeded requests and does not let me. Says to contact customer services. Ha ha!
