I recently bought a new phone and after transferring my data from iCloud, I noticed that my Twitter account was missing. I am having trouble logging in with the app and have followed the password reset steps several times, but the email goes to an old inaccessible account. I need to update the password for my Twitter handle lolzmawwwyy and connect it to my current email address: [redacted] Despite reaching out to the help desk, they continue to send emails to the wrong address. I am hoping Twitter can send the reset link to my active email: [redacted] so I can regain access to my account that I have been using for more than 3 years. Thank you.

I am currently locked out of my Twitter account and feeling upset and frustrated about it. I am 18 years old and entitled to have an account. Although I might have accidentally created the account before turning 13, I barely used it at that age, if at all. Losing access to my account is distressing as it contains many personal memories. The requirement to provide a parent or guardian's information seems unreasonable since I am an adult and my own legal guardian. I urgently need this matter resolved as my account is important to me, and I am willing to forego any data posted prior to turning 13. Kindly address this issue promptly so I can regain access to my account.

I made an error when updating my birth year on Twitter (@kaylamariee75) and now my account has been suspended because of the incorrect information. Hello, I recently realized that my birthday on Twitter was not correct, and as part of a tradition, I wanted to get a free drink from Dutch Bros on my birthday, which was on September 15th. However, when I updated my birthday, it seems to have caused my account to be disabled due to a discrepancy in the birth year. I reached out to Twitter support, and after some back and forth, they assured me that my old tweets would be removed, and I would regain access to my account. Despite their promises, I never received a follow-up email, and when I inquired, I was informed that my case had been closed. This has been frustrating for me, especially since I am a musician based in Eugene and rely on my account for promotion, especially after recent performances. A few years back, when I was dating someone, he requested to use my fan Twitter account since it had followers. I agreed, but he changed the password and took it without giving it back as promised. This account has famous followers, and I have evidence through old tweets and selfies on there. I put in effort to get celebs like Justin Bieber and Ariana Grande to follow me, and now I feel powerless over my own account. I'm wondering if there's any way to reclaim it as it holds sentimental value to me.

Late Saturday night, around 2:30 a.m. on Sunday, I was updating my work statement that I use for advertising. I accidentally input the wrong birth year (09/09-). This triggered my account to be locked, prompting me to submit my ID for verification, which I have done promptly. I am 64 years old, not 13, and I kindly request for my account to be reopened so I can resume my activities. Twitter asked me to verify my account via email, call, or text for a code. My account has been suspended in error. Twitter alleges my account is inciting harm, but my primary purpose is promoting my books. I am not safe on Twitter, having received death threats three times which were apparently not a violation of their terms of use. I need Twitter to help me reactivate my account, enhance its security, and work with me to resolve this immediately. As a person with disabilities, I depend on Twitter for book promotions, which support my medical needs. It is urgent to reinstate my account to avoid financial strain. Let's collaborate to resolve this issue and stop mistreating a disabled individual.

On Saturday night, as it turned to Sunday morning at around midnight, I was updating my work statement for advertising purposes. I accidentally entered the wrong birth year, which led to my account being locked. I quickly submitted the correct identification to resolve this issue. I am actually ** years old, not ** years old. I am having issues accessing my Twitter account due to problems during the setup process. After not receiving the verification code multiple times, I could not finalize the account creation. When attempting to reset the password, I never received the reset link and now I am stuck with an unusable account linked to my email. My account got suspended due to a tweet I posted about the separation of children from their parents at the US southern border. I simply expressed concerns about the safety of placing kids in adult jails if families are detained for crossing the border illegally. I feel like expressing a differing opinion is important, but I'm being labeled unfairly for it. Twitter should enforce its rules consistently without discriminating against those with opposing views. It's crucial to maintain a platform where people can share diverse opinions respectfully, rather than resorting to name-calling and bullying. Everyone should have the right to free speech and express their viewpoints without fear of censorship or discrimination. Twitter needs to address these issues to ensure a fair and open dialogue for all users.

Hello, we are from a digital agency representing Tabacks Law Firm. We aim to create a business page for them with the name Facebook.com/Tabacks. The account is currently owned by someone else who has agreed to transfer the name to the law firm. This individual has deactivated their account and said they would supply the login details. However, we explained to our client that we do not require the login details since it is a personal account. Our objective is simply to obtain the name to establish a new account for the firm. How can we secure the /Tabacks name for our client? The same situation applies to Instagram/Tabacks as it is also owned by the same person willing to hand over the name. Whom should we reach out to for assistance regarding this matter?

Hello, I have unfortunately fallen victim to a scam involving the purchase of a Twitter account. I encountered @unusualImagery selling their account and agreed to buy it for $[redacted]. I sent two payments via Paypal to [redacted], the first one for $50 initially and then the remaining $[redacted]. After the money was transferred, they assured me they would provide the account login details for me to take over the account. However, once the payment went through, they blocked me on Twitter and ceased all communication, leaving me at a loss of $[redacted]. I fear that they may be targeting other users interested in buying their account. I have collected evidence of our interactions through screenshots. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. -Josh

I made a purchase from a Twitter user I follow. The transaction appeared affordable, and I paid using both Venmo and PayPal. However, after sending the money, the seller provided multiple excuses for not sending the item promptly. I waited until the evening as agreed, but upon reaching out, he did not respond until the following day with more excuses. He then demanded additional funds, claiming he hadn't received the full amount, despite my records showing otherwise. I now request a full refund as I no longer wish to proceed with the purchase. Unfortunately, the seller has once again gone silent without issuing the refund. I feel scammed as I have not received the product nor a repayment. I seek assistance in reporting this behavior and would appreciate your help in resolving this issue.

Hello Twitter Support, I have been trying to resolve an issue with our @SCOREDC Twitter account. I have been the volunteer marketing chair for the Washington DC Chapter of SCORE for five years. I am authorized to manage this account but have been facing difficulties accessing it. Whenever I try to reset the password, I receive a message about a text being sent to +1 [redacted], a number not associated with our organization. I have tried to contact this number without success. My 16-year-old son recently tried to update his birthdate on his profile and was temporarily locked out due to his account being created when he was under 13. We filled out the required form provided by Twitter, but it was deemed illegible, so we resubmitted it with typed information. We are currently awaiting a response from Twitter. I am unwilling to share my phone number with Twitter. They have locked my account and are asking for my phone number, which I am hesitant to provide for privacy reasons. I have not violated any terms of service and believe this requirement for a phone number is an invasion of privacy. If my account cannot be unlocked, I request that it be deleted to safeguard my personal content, photos, and other information. I do not want Twitter to retain my data if they refuse to unlock my account unjustly. It is frustrating that they are withholding my account and information without valid reasons.

I encountered an issue with my Twitter account (@blaairalexandra) approximately two months ago. When I tried to add my birthday to my profile, I was locked out of my account due to age restrictions. I received a message explaining that I didn't meet the minimum age requirement when the account was created. They provided me with a form to fill out to restore my account. After submitting the form, I received a message stating, "We’ll be able to unlock your account and will provide updates on our progress." Unfortunately, my account remains locked, and I haven't received any further communication. I am seeking assistance to unlock my account or regain my original username.

I have had to verify my account countless times in the last few years, even more than 10 times in a half hour today. Despite confirming it is not automated, I keep getting flagged. Anyone claiming it is automated is mistaken and causing harassment, warranting suspensions. If this is Twitter Analytics, it feels like discrimination and it's affecting me negatively. If the issue persists without a resolution, I will need the necessary information to pursue legal action against Twitter. The repetitive verification requests have been a burden, and I need this matter addressed or the details to involve the courts.

My Twitter account was suspended because I updated my birth year, but they flagged it as a violation since it originally indicated that I was under 13. I'm actually 15 now. Initially, my mom created the account under my name with a different birth year when I was under 13, but now I use it on my own.
