I received a vague message from Twitter saying something about a "limitation" on my account. I don't know what the "limitation" is ow what effect it will have. More importantly, I have no idea why my account is being limited. The title or heading of the message stated that my account was being limited "again", and I don't remember it having been limited previously. I checked the Help page, and I entered essentially what I'm typing here yesterday, and I haven't received any response. The message also mentioned something about ** hours, but I don't know what that was. Can you explain what's going on?
