My account "shell7twit" has been hacked, and I am unable to access it to delete it. I used my email [redacted] to create the account originally. Attempting to deactivate it via mobile hasn't worked as I still receive notifications. It's concerning that someone is using my account name and photo. To whom it may concern, I am writing regarding my Twitter account under the username morgankcarnes which I created in [redacted] when I was 11 years old. Recently, I attempted to update my birthdate to reflect my true date of birth, August 16, [redacted]. This action resulted in Twitter detecting that I was underage when the account was originally set up, prompting them to lock my account. This has been distressing for me as I heavily rely on Twitter for staying updated on current events, following my favorite celebrities, and staying connected with my friends. Twitter has been my primary means of self-expression. In order to regain access to my account, I am willing to have all my tweets prior to August 16, [redacted] deleted as proof of my compliance. When I was 12, I created a Twitter account that I didn't start using until I was 15. Now that I'm 18, I finally decided to update my birthdate from [redacted] to [redacted]. I made this change in August, but my account got suspended because it showed I was underage when I initially created it. Despite being 18 now, I'm struggling to get my account reinstated. I submitted a ticket in August but haven't received any assistance. Every time I try to follow up, I'm directed to a page that prevents me from submitting another request while the first one remains unresolved. I even sent my driver's license to verify my age, but I'm still stuck. I'm not concerned about the old activity on my account from when I was 12; I simply want to retain the current activity and followers I have. My Twitter handle is @geexswog.

My Twitter account was locked back in July because I created it when I was under 13 (I am now 20 and only started using it after turning 13). After submitting a report with my ID and my father's consent, I received a reply at the beginning of September saying they would unlock my account. It's been a month since then, and my account is still locked, totaling almost 3 months of being unable to access it despite submitting a ticket promptly. Unfortunately, there is no direct way to reach out to a person at Twitter for further assistance. My Twitter handle is @rose_hx.

Hello there, I have encountered an issue with my Twitter account. The account got locked after I updated my birthday to reflect my actual birth date, April 15th, [redacted]. While creating the account for a tech class in 7th grade, I was under 13 years old, but I had parental permission. Despite being over 13 now, the account was still locked automatically. I came across a post on my friend's Twitter about a way to earn some extra money. Since we are both college athletes, I trusted it. However, after direct messaging my friend as instructed, I realized the person I was communicating with had actually hacked his account. They asked for my Twitter info to verify me, which my friend's compromised account confirmed. I unwittingly shared my details, leading to my own Twitter getting hacked. As a public figure playing basketball for the school, this is concerning as I fear inappropriate content may be posted. I urgently need to regain control of my account. While recovering in the hospital following heart surgery, I encountered a situation where a nurse's aide accessed my Twitter account without consent and posted tweets which were flagged for using negative language. I provide social media support for political representatives like N. Pelosi and D. Feinstein. Despite changing my password multiple times, I am unable to access my account due to a lack of received codes for login. Attempts to reach out to support have been met with silence, causing frustration as the account remains locked beyond the initial 24-hour hold. The situation has escalated to involve influential figures like Sen. Pelosi, yet the issue persists. As a non-swearing political advocate, I feel unfairly targeted by Twitter, especially after reporting inappropriate conduct towards other representatives. The lack of response to my recovery situation and security concerns adds to my distress, highlighting the urgent need for assistance in resolving this prolonged and troubling ordeal.

I have the Twitter app on my iPhone, which was working well until I updated my iOS last night. Since then, whenever I try to log into my main account, the app shuts down within 15 seconds of me opening it. Interestingly, my other profiles on the same phone do not have this problem when I switch to them quickly. This issue only affects my main account and not the others. Both the app and my phone are up to date. I've attempted several troubleshooting steps, including removing and re-adding accounts, reinstalling the app twice, resetting my phone, and closing Twitter manually, but nothing has worked. Currently, I can only access this account on my personal computer. The problem has persisted for over 24 hours without any improvement.

Hello. I've had my birthday on my account @clairebutier for several years. I decided to remove it from display. I made the account when I was around 13-14 years old. This year, on my birthday, I wanted to add it back to see the balloons on my page again. However, when I did, my account got locked, stating that I created the account when I was under 13. I am now seventeen. This doesn't make sense at all. Why would my account be locked for an incorrect reason? It's been locked for months without resolving the issue. I have always followed the rules and been kind on Twitter. Please unlock my account. The age discrepancy is not accurate, I am 17 years old, born on 08/15/[redacted]. I hope this can be resolved soon.

Since September 24th, my Twitter account has been experiencing issues. I cannot follow anyone, and the follow button on my page is missing. Even though I have not followed anyone since then, every attempt to follow someone displays a message claiming I have reached my daily limit. This problem occurred after my account was inexplicably locked on that date. I need the message to be removed so I can begin following users again. My Twitter handle is @MathewJohnMusic.

A week ago, I updated my Twitter bio to include my birthday, but soon after, Twitter locked me out, stating I did not meet the age requirement of 13 when I created the account. However, I am now 18 years old and meet the age criteria. I only updated my birthday to reflect my October birthdate. I have been an active Twitter user for 5 years, and I would greatly appreciate it if Twitter could restore my access promptly. I rely on my account for various activities and would be disappointed to lose it. Hopefully, Twitter can resolve this issue soon. Thank you.

I have been trying to resolve the issue of my locked Twitter account without any luck. Despite filing a report and receiving a response that didn't make sense, my account remains locked. I have tried logging in through different methods, only to be directed to the "Your account is locked" page. I followed the forum's instructions, acknowledging that I had created the account before the age of 13 but am now over 13 years old, hoping to unlock my account. However, I found myself back at the same page. I have also explored the help center site, which led me to the same page. I have attached a video demonstrating the issue I face when trying to access my account. I hope to receive more effective assistance this time instead of being instructed to fill out a form I have already submitted.

When I was 12, I set up my Twitter account almost ten years ago. Recently, I corrected my birth year, and my account got locked immediately. Despite waiting for a response as promised, I keep receiving emails and links redirecting me to the same Twitter Help page without any resolution. After months of unsuccessful attempts, I tried contacting Twitter over the phone, but discovered they do not offer phone support. I hope Twitter can establish phone customer service to enable direct communication with their representatives or provide personalized email support to resolve my issue.

I urgently request Twitter to unlock my account, @hmairahmdn. My account being locked has caused inconvenience as it is linked to several other social media platforms and games such as curiouscat, PUBG, and letterboxd. Please reconsider locking accounts just because they were created when the user was under 13. Accessing my other applications has become difficult without my Twitter account. Also, I am concerned about the sudden deletion of my rant account, @sighmai. It had sentimental value as I shared a lot there. It feels like losing a personal diary. I would appreciate immediate attention to these issues. Despite these challenges, I do appreciate using Twitter as a communication platform.

I am still receiving notifications even though I have deactivated my account. Recently, I clicked on a link in an email which inadvertently reactivated my account. This led to it being locked due to suspicious activity. After regaining access, I deactivated the account again as I couldn't follow anyone. I logged in from a different computer with a static IP, resulting in my account being locked once more for suspicious behavior. Although I changed my password as prompted, I couldn't follow people back. This didn't bother me much as I had already planned to deactivate my account again. About a month ago, I deactivated my account. Unfortunately, it was reactivated when I visited Twitter to view a tweet from a friend via email link. I now realize the mistake and aim to remain deactivated to conserve data since I am disabled and on a fixed income. I simply want to confirm that my account (JJ1956TX) is deactivated without inadvertently reactivating it by checking its status.

I am unable to access my Twitter account that I created years back, but that's not my main concern. The profile picture from my account appears on Google Images and in Google search results when my name is looked up. I wish to have this image removed as I did not authorize Twitter to share my information beyond their platform. I have owned a Twitter account for about 4 weeks. I usually log in by typing "Twitter" in my browser search bar which then displays Yahoo with the Twitter login link. Lately, when I click on the login link, I receive a message saying, "If you’re not redirected soon, please use this link," which doesn't lead me anywhere. Hello, I encountered an issue on the 16th of September where my account was locked due to age restrictions. After requesting an unlock, my account username is @tashio_. I received an update stating that content created before I turned 13 would be removed, but this process has taken two weeks. I contacted Twitter support on the 1st of October to inquire about the unlock timeline. However, I received an email stating that I needed to resubmit my form as the previous case was closed. I have not received any confirmation since then, and unfortunately, my account remains locked. My account holds sentimental value, and I prefer not to create a new one.
