If you account is disabled then you may not be able to get it back. Most accounts are disabled because of violating Zynga rules.

My account is disabled, I have already changed my password, but it is now saying I need to put in the code texted to my phone *... I have not received a confirmation code to my phone, and have tried several times!
GetHuman-karynedi did not yet indicate what Twitter should do to make this right.
