I previously contacted Twitter by mail but did not receive a response. My Twitter account, The Eye Of Media.Com, is inaccessible to me as it was registered under another person's email address. Unfortunately, he is experiencing severe mental health issues and is unresponsive since his private life crisis. He mentioned being unable to access a computer and losing his email login details. I suspect he wishes to prevent others from taking control of the account. The account rightfully belongs to The Eye Of Media, my creation. I would appreciate assistance in resetting the password and gaining access to the account, which has been dormant for a while. Thank you, Gabriel P.

I am the rightful owner of this account and I have been unable to log back in despite numerous attempts. My linked email is randomized, so changing my password is not an option. I've tried using the verification code, but I no longer have access to the phone number linked to my account. The "Call me" option is not available, and I am unable to receive the code via text. I fear creating a new account as I am attached to my current one, @mygkinns, which I've had since June [redacted]. The email linked to the account is [redacted], but I am unable to access it. Please assist me in regaining access to my account so I can update my email address and prevent any further inconvenience. Thank you for your help. I updated my birthday on my account because I noticed it was incorrect. Unfortunately, this action locked me out of my account. I submitted the form online for them to review and potentially restore my account. Despite their assurance that they would be in touch, I have not received any response in almost two weeks. I have attempted to seek assistance through their customer service channels, but it seems the primary support is on Twitter, which is not very convenient for me as I am currently locked out of that platform.

Tip from GetHuman.com Customer: If the email and password on your account are changed, account recovery becomes impossible. This company strictly enforces account recovery policies. If there are any discrepancies, account recovery is not possible. Having the original email or phone number is crucial. In other words: If your Twitter account has been compromised, password and email changed, creating a new account is the only option. It seems like Twitter doesn't prioritize user support in situations like these, leaving victims feeling stranded.

My daughter was wrongfully accused of racism due to a video posted on an anonymous Twitter account. The video, taken without her consent, showed her repeating an inappropriate word said by a friend. This misleading post has led to severe consequences such as bullying, threats, sports suspension, and emotional distress for over a year. The account falsely portrayed her in a negative light, affecting her mental health and potentially her college prospects. I am seeking assistance to have this damaging Twitter account permanently removed to prevent further harm and protect her future opportunities.

I would like to discuss my locked account issue. My Twitter handle is @burningice_303, and it was locked because I created the account two months before turning 13. I apologize for any inconvenience, but I am eager to have my account restored promptly. There are many memories associated with that account, and I am hopeful for a quick resolution. I am experiencing difficulties on my iPhone SE while attempting to like, Retweet, or follow on Twitter. When I click the buttons, they light up but quickly revert without taking any actions. I received a message saying, “Your account may not be allowed to perform this action. Please refresh and try again.” I have refreshed, restarted my phone, and attempted various solutions. This issue is specific to my phone and has not affected my computer or tablets. I recently updated to iOS 11.4.1, and this problem started afterward. I mainly use Safari in incognito mode on Twitter to avoid targeted ads. Can anyone offer advice on why this may be happening and how to resolve it? Device: iPhone SE Browser: Safari iOS: 11.4.1

My Twitter account, @emthememegem, got locked a few weeks back because I made it before meeting the age requirement. Twitter is investigating how to reinstate my account and erase any activity predating the age requirement. I've been on Twitter for years but became active about a year ago. I doubt there are any tweets from when I was underage over 2 years ago. Now that I'm 18, above the age limit, and a legal adult, I'm eager to know if Twitter will unlock my account or if I should make a fresh start with a new account.

I have been locked out for a few weeks now after submitting my ID for verification. Twitter promised to respond within days, but I haven't heard back. Upon attempting to re-submit my ID, I was unable to due to an open case. I urge Twitter to create a solution for users to delete tweets from when they were under 13 years old if they cannot be hosted. It's disheartening for loyal users who are affected by this policy. Losing access to my account, which holds precious high school memories and connections, is extremely frustrating after 4-5 years of use. I cannot fathom starting a new account. Please rectify this situation as it is unjust. We implore you to address this issue promptly and restore our original accounts. A formal statement from Twitter and visible efforts to resolve and return accounts to their former states are eagerly awaited.

Aug. 26... Twitter has locked me out once again, citing automated behavior. I find this frustrating and unnecessary - I am a disabled veteran in my 60s. I have not posted anything offensive or made any threats, yet I am being treated like a child. Hello, I am Sabrina Torres, and I opened my Twitter account in June [redacted], just 12 days before turning 13. Initially, it was a Justin Bieber fan page that gained significant success. Justin Bieber still follows it. I recently tried changing my birthdate, resulting in my account being locked due to breaking age rules. I am now 21 and regret the error from my teenage obsession with Bieber. Despite filling out a form, my account remains locked for about two months with no response for unlocking it. I miss my account and followers, especially Justin Bieber. Please advise on how I can regain access to my cherished account. Thank you.

I am trying to reactivate my old Twitter account linked to an email I no longer use with an internet provider. When I try to update the account with my current email, it says the email is linked to another account under Lyndsay Scardovi @scardovil747. After attempting a password reset and following instructions, I now receive errors when trying to access the account on my desktop. I can still access it on my phone but cannot update the email. Despite following instructions to reset the password, the link at the bottom keeps causing errors and doesn't work. Mary K.

I created my Twitter account at the age of 12 and input a birthdate of [redacted] to comply with age restrictions. Recently, I attempted to correct my birthdate to reflect my actual year of birth, [redacted]. However, this action prompted my account to be locked due to not meeting the age requirements at the time of creation. I diligently completed all available forms for account recovery, only to receive a vague promise of unlocking my account without any specified timeframe. While I've seen friends resolve similar issues within three days, it has now been over a month with no progress in sight for me. Unfortunately, I am unable to submit another claim as I have reached the limit of submissions from my account.

I'm encountering login issues with my account. When attempting to reset my password, it redirects me to a Twitter error page indicating the page doesn't exist. Despite my efforts to reset the password via the emails received, it leads me back to the same error page. I had previously utilized a "keep logged in" feature, which is now missing. I can confirm the password entered is correct. This loop of errors prevents me from resetting my password successfully. Your assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. I responded to a tweet by a woman expressing hatred toward Germans for targeting an immigrant. She accused Germans of being Nazis and racists for protesting immigration. However, the immigrant she defended was a man who had committed a violent crime. In my reply, I sarcastically highlighted the issue of crimes by some illegal immigrants and criticized Merkel's policies. My tweet, originally in German, may have lost some meaning in translation, leading to misunderstandings. I emphasized the need to address violence without discriminating against specific groups like Arabs or Africans. Despite not threatening, offending, discriminating, harassing, or hurting anyone, Twitter suspended my account for discussing a relevant incident. I feel Twitter restricts freedom of speech and expression, penalizing individuals sharing information and advocating for noble causes. While inappropriate content is allowed, those striving for a better world face bans unfairly. I remain upset over the lack of resolution on this matter.

I am employed by a local car dealership in Oklahoma that owns a Twitter account for the business. Unfortunately, the origin of the account, established in [redacted], and the associated email address are unknown. Consequently, we are unable to access the account, though it continues to post tweets from DealerRater.com due to a past connection. I have made multiple attempts to contact Twitter via the ticket system, but all I receive are automated replies indicating the account is still active in an application. The challenge lies in the fact that the individual responsible for the account no longer works with us or is unreachable, underscoring the necessity to regain access to the account rather than creating a new one. Any assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I attempted to update my birth year on Twitter, which led to my account being locked because it was created when I was 12, not 13. My older sister, who is 3 and a half years my senior, initially set up the account for me, and I didn't actively use it until I was about 14 or 15 in ninth grade. My online activities were supervised by my mother until then. Despite submitting the form provided by Twitter multiple times and sending in my mother's government ID, I have been unsuccessful in reclaiming my account. I acknowledge the age restrictions but want to emphasize that I did not use Twitter before I turned 13. Having been without my account for about a month now, it's essential to me as it's a primary way I keep in touch with friends and one of my favorite apps. I attempted to adjust my birthdate from June 17, [redacted], to [redacted], which is my actual year of birth. I am currently 21 years old. However, Twitter has locked my account, claiming that I must have been under 13 at the time of account creation. This is frustrating! My mother set up my Twitter account, and now, eight years later, wanting to correct my birthdate has caused this issue. I am frustrated with the lack of support from this company. The customer service line I was referred to has a recording saying they cannot provide help over the phone, which feels like a runaround. I have tried multiple times to seek assistance through the recommended channels, but it seems like a tactic to avoid helping customers.
