About a week ago, while editing my bio, I updated my birthday to reflect my actual birth date. Unfortunately, this led to my Twitter account being locked as I was under 13 years old when I first created it. I have completed the necessary steps on the Twitter help website to confirm that I am over 13 years old. The notification mentioned that I would receive updates on recovering my account, but I have not received any so far. My birthday is June 2, [redacted], and I am hopeful that my account will be restored, allowing me to log back in. My account username is @dianna_banana0. Thank you.

To whom it may concern, I am a follower of the AmazingAtheist and enjoy reading his tweets. His recent suspension for hate speech after a particular tweet has raised concerns. In that tweet, he made harsh comments about white people, referencing diseases and advocating for their demise. The intention was satirical, aimed at criticizing another user's derogatory remarks that were accepted by a media outlet. The AmazingAtheist has clarified that his post was not meant to incite hatred towards any group. It seems there was a misunderstanding by Twitter moderators. I believe his account should be reinstated to continue engaging with his followers, like myself. Thank you for your attention to this matter. JJ

I need help accessing my old Twitter account due to a birth date discrepancy. The account, originally created by someone else, had a different birth date. When I changed this information later, I got locked out of the account. I mistakenly chose the wrong option when submitting a ticket for help, selecting "Another legal guardian created this account" instead of the correct option regarding the birth date issue. I am now unable to proceed with the appeal process. I have been using this account for a while and am old enough to own and manage it. I kindly request manual assistance to restore access to my account.

I contacted Twitter Support regarding my locked account @NickMcIntyre1 four days ago. Despite the message indicating someone would reach out, I haven't heard anything. The issue began when I updated my birthday on August 9, causing an immediate lockout. I submitted a ticket as instructed, but no progress updates have been provided. My mom initially set up the account, so I'm unsure of the account creation date. I am willing to provide any necessary proof of age to regain access swiftly. It is frustrating to be locked out with no communication after being promised updates.

Realizing that my birthday was incorrect by a year, I updated it to my actual birth year. Unfortunately, I created my account a few months before turning thirteen (I am now almost 22), leading to my account being locked for not meeting the age requirements. I am willing to provide proof of my age. However, I am unable to contact Twitter support as my account is locked, and I have not received any updates on its status. Many users seem to be facing similar issues, with some having their accounts unlocked. I would appreciate clarity on when and how I can regain access to my account. The lack of communication on efforts to resolve this problem is disappointing, considering I have never had issues with Twitter before. Many others are in the same situation, and improved user support would be beneficial.

A few days ago, after clearing cookies and data, I've had trouble logging into Twitter. My phone number is [redacted], and my email is [redacted] I believed both were linked to my Twitter account, but now my email isn't recognized, and there seem to be other accounts with my phone number. Despite thinking I knew my password, it's not accepted either. When trying to reset my password, my username wasn't recognized, making it impossible. I usually go by the username fulredy, which is also not working. I'm quite frustrated and in need of help. Could my account have been suspended without any notice? I created a new account @MichaelDMaag solely to seek assistance. I stumbled upon this site through a Google search. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, my account was recently locked because I accidentally set the wrong birthdate. I am actually 14 years old and my real birthday is August 13, [redacted]. My account, ZubbleYT, means a lot to me as I've shared some of my best moments on Twitter. I've heard stories of people waiting for years to get their accounts back, and I hope my case can be resolved more quickly. I understand the rules, but I hope the significance of my account to me will be taken into consideration for unlocking it soon. I tried to email but was told they don't read those messages. I believe I may have created my account when I was under 13 years old, even though I am now 20. I cannot remember the exact date of account creation, but I am certain that I am currently of age and have been for the past seven years. Is there any way for me to regain access to my account? I apologize if I unknowingly violated any rules or terms that may have existed at that time. While I acknowledge that I may have been a rule-breaker as a 13-year-old, I assure you that at 20, I make an effort to adhere to all guidelines and terms of service. Growing up in the era of social media, my Twitter account holds significant value for me. I have put in considerable effort to gain my verified followers and losing this account tonight has caused me great distress. I am even willing to pay a penalty to have it reinstated.

I have been attempting to access my account @jeffasaul without success. Despite having my password, I am unable to log in due to two-factor authentication. I recently reset my authenticator app, resulting in loss of access to the necessary codes. I am uncertain if I have a backup code or its whereabouts. While Twitter's online support suggests obtaining a temporary password, this necessitates being logged in, which I cannot achieve. I require one of the following resolutions: - Disabling two-factor authentication - Issuing a new backup code or temporary password - Deactivating my current account to allow for a new one with the same email Despite reaching out to Twitter support four times, including attempting to phone them, I have not received effective assistance. I would greatly appreciate direct contact rather than automated email responses that do not address my specific issue.

On August 2nd, my account was limited for 12 hours. After receiving the message about this action, I was required to verify my account via email. I have not received the verification link despite multiple attempts. I also tried my secondary email, but no emails were received. I can log in but am unable to proceed past the verification screen, rendering my account unusable since August 2nd. Numerous attempts to contact support have been unsuccessful as I am consistently directed to the "appealing a locked account" section. Despite explaining the situation, the response remains that my account will remain limited for the allotted time. The supposed 12 hours have passed, yet I still cannot receive the verification email. I receive support emails regarding this issue but not the crucial verification link. This situation is incredibly frustrating. Assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

My Twitter account, @s_summers21, has been suspended since June 14th. I created the account in [redacted] when I wasn't yet thirteen, but now I'm almost 18 years old. After filling out an appeal form and providing details about the account creation, Twitter informed me that I would regain access. However, since July 18th, I haven't received any updates. I would like my account reinstated promptly. Despite deleting tweets from before I turned thirteen, if immediate restoration isn't possible, I seek communication from Twitter to address any issues with my account's status.

After the new Twitter policy, my account @Biondferrai got suspended. Previously, I faced suspensions on my old accounts twice in the past two years when I was 16. Now, being 18 in [redacted], Twitter is vital for my work and networking with peers. Unfortunately, I can’t even create a new account to maintain professionalism. My previous accounts involved profanity during my teenage years, and I accepted the consequences. However, my recent account (@biondferrai) displayed a more mature image without any warnings for inappropriate behavior. I truly value my account and hope Gethuman can assist me in restoring it.

It appears that there has been a recurring issue with our Twitter account for the past two months. Every time we reach [redacted] followers, we suddenly lose 50 followers, with a total drop to [redacted] today at 2:42 pm, marking a loss of 66 followers instantly. We have reported this situation to Twitter four times already, but the problem persists. It seems that someone within Twitter may be intentionally causing our follower count to decrease, as the accounts we follow have also changed without our authorization. To rule out hacking concerns, we have proactively changed our password. Over the past months, we have lost nearly [redacted] followers due to this unexplained phenomenon, which started gradually and has now accelerated. We suspect foul play due to the sudden and consistent drop in followers each time we near [redacted], affecting the growth of our platform geared towards bisexuality. I am reaching out for assistance desperately. I have not breached any rules. One white individual referring to another as racist should not be a breach. I have maintained this account for NINE years. It contains essential work contacts and information that I urgently require. My situation is becoming unbearable. Previously, I have been hospitalized due to depression. I am in a state of desperation. I am willing to comply with any requests if it means I can regain access to my account. Despite my repeated pleas for assistance over the years, they have been consistently disregarded. Even individuals who have harassed me still have their accounts intact. I possess evidence in the form of screenshots depicting the insults I have endured based on my perceived race, ethnicity, and religion. I have been doxxed, and my personal information remains accessible because of the lack of assistance. I was informed that being doxxed did not violate the rules. At the very least, I ask to communicate with a human representative to clarify the situation. The current situation is exceedingly harsh.

My account @packsforehead has been suspended, even though I have deleted any offensive comments. I am confused about why my account was permanently suspended, especially since one of the reasons given for the suspension was the nicknames of two English football teams. This is not considered offensive in England. I have apologized and followed Twitter's instructions to delete the content. All my friends are on Twitter, and I am unable to create new profiles on my device now. I realize I may have unintentionally caused offense, and I have learned from this experience. I really hope to have my account reinstated so I can reconnect with my friends and family. I now understand the rules and sincerely request to have my account restored. Thank you, Scott.

@hamxa2000, I opened my account in [redacted], and after correctly updating my age once I turned 18 on August 14th, my account got locked. Despite providing proof of age multiple times, I keep receiving the same email stating that they have verified my age but my account remains locked. This situation is extremely frustrating as I've had this account for 6 years now. I hope Twitter addresses this issue promptly because I am indeed 18 now, regardless of my age when I first created the account. If this problem persists, I will escalate this matter further.
