I need assistance with my Twitter account, @helloimjosie. I created the account when I was under thirteen, and now that I am 18, I mistakenly selected the option saying I have an adult supervisor instead of mentioning that I made the account at 12. I am having trouble unlocking the account due to this mistake. The Twitter support page is not working, and despite my attempts to contact them via DM, I haven't received any help. The system won't let me submit a new report without providing ID proof of an adult supervisor, which is not possible as I created the account when I was 12. I would appreciate help in resolving this issue.

I made a mistake when typing my email address while creating my account. Despite receiving communication from you, my attempt to correct the email address in your system failed. I need to update my email address to [redacted] as the current one, [redacted], is incorrect. Your system keeps rejecting my correct email address, stating it's invalid and already in use. I can't receive your emails with the wrong email address. Please provide guidance on how to rectify this issue, as the online instructions are unhelpful. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I opened my Twitter account at 12, monitored by my mom until I turned 13. Now 15, after updating my birthdate to the correct one, July 27, [redacted], I got locked out because I wasn't 13 when the account was created. I chose the option stating my parent ran it, and my mom received an email from Twitter for reinstatement. Despite sending in her ID and agreement, Twitter keeps saying they're incomplete/illegible, and when she tries to re-upload, it hits a "maximum file upload limit." I just want my account back. Perhaps Twitter could reinstate it by deleting my tweets from when I was under 13 and leave the rest untouched? I believe it's a fair compromise. I put a lot of effort into my account and would appreciate getting it back.

Hello, I have been an active Twitter user for several years and have come to appreciate this social media platform. Unfortunately, I encountered an issue when attempting to update my birth date on my account. Upon making the change, I was promptly locked out due to age restrictions. When I tried to submit a ticket to address this, I received a message stating that if a parent or another adult representative could confirm that they created and managed the account for me when I was under 13, my access could potentially be restored. However, I have been the sole user of this account since its inception, leaving me stuck in this situation. I am eager to regain access to my account and willing to provide any necessary information to resolve this matter. I am in need of assistance to retrieve my account. Thank you for your help.

I'm seeking assistance with my Twitter account. I have been in contact with Twitter support regarding Case #[redacted]4 and Case #[redacted]8. The issue is that Twitter has an incorrect email address listed for me. The correct email address is [redacted] Despite successfully communicating with Twitter using this email, I am unable to update it on my account. When I try, I receive an error message stating my valid email is invalid and belongs to another user. This has caused a loop where I cannot resolve the issue online as Twitter rejects my legitimate email address. I need urgent help as I am unable to submit requests using the correct email address anymore. Twitter's automated responses have not been helpful, and I cannot reach a live person for assistance. Please address this matter promptly by contacting me at [redacted] Thank you for your attention.

I recently discovered that someone has opened a Twitter account using my email address, [redacted] The account belongs to @tamplinpoyn, not me. I never intended to create a Twitter account until today. Upon trying to create one, I received a message that my email was already in use, leading me to find this unauthorized account. After resetting the password, I was able to access the account information linked to my email. I am hesitant to proceed with creating my own account until this matter is resolved. Kindly reach out to me via my AOL email address, [redacted], with guidance on how to address this issue. Thank you, Eric Pastuszek.

I recently discovered that my account, created when I was 12 instead of 13, got locked when I updated my date of birth to reflect my current age of 18. After submitting my ID to prove my age and being informed to remove content from before I was 13, my account remains locked for over 3 weeks. I am unable to contact Twitter for updates. Despite breaking the rule unknowingly as a child, I now seek to regain access to my account that holds cherished memories from the last 7 years. I am hopeful for a resolution soon to restore my account.

I have been a Twitter user for over seven years. I admit that I was under the age of 13 when I first created my account, however, I am currently 19 years old. Recently, my account was blocked after updating my birth year to [redacted]. I have already submitted two forms along with my identification and official documents confirming my familial relationships. This issue is crucial to me as I frequently communicate with important family members on this platform. Additionally, my account houses contacts and information pertinent to my interests, along with personal photos that are significant to me. Resolving this matter is of utmost importance. Thank you for your assistance.

Dear Twitter Tech Support, Nine days ago, my account was locked due to a violation of Twitter rules. After appealing, I was informed that my account is suspended for the violation. I admit my mistake, unintentional, and am now aware of the rules I violated. I pledge not to repeat the error. Twitter is my primary social media platform where I engage actively without spamming. I only follow individuals who share the same approach. I hope to have my account reinstated, and I commit to strictly follow all rules and be cautious about my followers. Twitter means a lot to me, and I eagerly await access to my account again. Thank you, @robnickel2

I have been an active Twitter user for nearly 4 years without any history of abuse or violence. My primary account, where I primarily communicate and even met my current partner, has been permanently suspended due to a misunderstanding. I made a playful comment to a close friend, saying "I'll kill you" in response to something sweet they did, followed immediately by "I love you." It was intended as a harmless joke, not a genuine threat. Despite appealing twice, Twitter maintains my account won't be restored, citing abusive behavior. Given the context, I hope they reconsider their decision upon further review.

I'm having trouble accessing my Twitter account, which was created in [redacted] with the help of my cousin. Up until June [redacted], she managed it since she is older. I received an email from Twitter support indicating that they are unable to verify that my cousin administered the account when I was under 13 years old, and they can't restore access at this time. My mom has submitted the necessary forms, but I’m unsure if Twitter will need my cousin’s information since she initially helped create the account. It seems the account will be accessible once content from before I turned 13 is removed.

I've been mistakenly accused of copyright infringement for the fourth time, resulting in a DMCA takedown notice and the suspension of my account. Previously, I didn't contest the accusations as I found the process daunting. Now, I'm unable to regain access to my account despite filing a counter notification for the latest claim by Universal Music Publishing Group. I posted a unique acapella cover, not seeking any personal gain or monetization. Twitter has yet to address my counter notification, leaving me exasperated with the unjust accusations leading to my account suspension.

A few weeks ago, I updated my profile picture on Twitter multiple times. However, after saving one of the changes, I received a notification stating that my account was blocked for suspicious activity, which was puzzling as I hadn't engaged in any suspicious behavior. The message also mentioned a violation of Twitter rules, although I'm uncertain about the specifics. Unfortunately, I couldn't initiate the account recovery process due to having recently changed phones without updating my number on Twitter, causing a lack of access. I'm eager to regain access to my account as I believe my actions were not in violation of any rules. There seems to be a possibility that someone attempted to use my email for their Twitter account, as I received emails related to a Kaitlin Andrews.

Dear Twitter Representatives, I am reaching out concerning my account @Paullyswagtime, which was recently locked due to age requirements not being met in [redacted]. I set up my Twitter just four days before my birthday in [redacted]. Currently, at 17 years old, my Twitter is crucial for my football career as a Division 1 Athlete. Through direct messages, I have connected with numerous big-time colleges for potential recruitment. Unlocking my account is essential for my future prospects. Losing access to my account would jeopardize all my hard work in networking and recruiting. Please understand the situation from my childhood perspective and kindly grant me access. I am willing to provide any additional verification if needed. Sincerely, Paul Y.

I recently created a new Twitter account after my old one was locked due to an issue with my birthday. However, as I began to follow my old followers, my new account got locked for "suspicious behavior." Despite trying to follow the recovery steps, I encountered an issue when Twitter requested my phone number and location. I provided the information but did not receive the code they claimed to have sent. I've attempted this process multiple times without success. I am frustrated with the situation and simply want to regain access to my account. My Twitter username is @joodsrude1.

I am looking to reach out to Sarah Spain. As a 50-year-old survivor of spousal abuse, I bear the physical scars with fractured orbital bone, a broken nose, and a blocked nasal passage on the right side. My black eyes are a constant reminder of the trauma. I am well-versed in abuse and battery and wish to share my story on a 30/30. I want to prevent others from experiencing what I have endured. Misunderstandings have arisen as some doubt my truthfulness. It is frustrating when those unfamiliar with such experiences pass judgment. It is vital to consult individuals with firsthand knowledge. Unfortunately, I have been blocked for speaking my truth.

In [redacted], I created a Twitter account that my daughter started using in [redacted]. Recently, she changed the birthdate to her correct one, resulting in the account being locked by Twitter for potentially violating their policy. Despite my daughter being 18 now and not using Twitter before the age of 13, we are struggling to regain access. I have been in touch with Twitter support via email, followed their instructions, and even submitted photos of our IDs to verify our ages. However, it seems I may have made errors in the process since I have had to resend the information twice. I am in urgent need of assistance to recover the account.

I have attempted to contact someone regarding my account multiple times, but have not received a response. My daughter tried to create a Twitter account for me years ago, but I have never used it and don't even know my Twitter name. I need to set up an account to communicate with my son who is deployed in the military and can only use Twitter. However, when I try to create an account, it says I already have one, which cannot be true since my daughter never finished setting it up. When I try to set up the supposed account, it says it has been blocked. I need help resolving this issue as none of the provided "help" links are useful. I simply want to create a Twitter account as I've never used it before but want to communicate with my son.

My Twitter handle is Rollingstn1. My account got suspended due to vulgar and hateful comments. I sincerely apologize to Twitter, my followers, and everyone affected by my remarks. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app hoping to resolve the issue. I value my followers and kindly request the full restoration of my account. I come from a family with a history of fighting for freedom from the Revolutionary war to WW11, and my own struggles with my father's brain tumor. The current state of our country concerns me greatly. As a retired Steelworker and Paralegal, I am aware of the necessary steps to address this issue. I assure you that I do not harbor hate towards anyone. I deeply regret my actions and pledge not to repeat such behavior.

I am providing an update on my previous issue with being locked out of Twitter due to 'automated behavior'. Despite following all the necessary steps, such as changing my password, logging in from the web, and completing all instructions, I am not receiving the SMS verification code. I have requested multiple 'resends' but my phone number is not being recognized by Twitter. Interestingly, I receive SMS verification codes from numerous other apps without any issues using the same phone number. Unfortunately, there is no option to speak with a human or receive responses to trouble tickets. This situation feels unfair. I am a passive user on Twitter, mostly reading news updates interspersed with cute animals or inspirational quotes. It is frustrating to think that legitimate users like Malcolm Nance or Joy Reid may face similar issues. I am quite upset about this situation.
