I recently updated the year of birth on my Twitter account and got locked out because I created it when I was 12 instead of 13. Now, at 21, I'm waiting for my account to be unlocked after 24 hours. I've changed my password and filled out the form provided but need help from Twitter to unlock my account. I had parental consent when I created the account at 12, and my mom monitored it from [redacted] to [redacted]. I mistakenly clicked on "I was under 13" without realizing there was an option for parental consent. I'm willing to provide my mom's contact information and ID to prove I'm old enough to have this account. My entire digital presence is linked to my handle: @pimp_daddykcane.

My daughter, @xxlosergyuxx, had her account locked because she created it when she was under 13. I, her guardian, made the account for her five years ago. I've tried multiple times today to unlock it by submitting the necessary documents, but each time I'm told they are illegible, which is not true. I scanned a copy of my state driver's license onto the computer, and after adjusting the copier settings for clarity, I still faced issues. Twitter's form now gives an error that the file size exceeds 5mb, even though my file is smaller. I've been warned that if I don't comply with the instructions, my daughter's tweets and account will be deleted, and recovery will not be possible. I even emailed Twitter support with a clear copy of the license. This situation must be resolved promptly, as the information provided is accurate and legible.

My Twitter account has been locked for a week now because I accidentally changed my birthday, which made it appear that I was under 13 when I opened the account. I am now 16, so this situation is unnecessary and a waste of time. I haven't received any emails since last Thursday informing me about unlocking my account. I am becoming impatient as it has been a week already. I cannot call for support, everything needs to be done through email or the website, which I cannot access due to the account lock. Hello, My name is Katherine F. My Twitter handle is @katherinefongg. I have been on Twitter since I turned 13 almost four years ago. I have been struggling to add my correct birthday to my account for a while. I could only add up to August 23rd, [redacted], until today when I finally added my correct birthday, August 24th, [redacted]. Right after updating my birthday, I received an email informing me of my account suspension and saw a notification about it. I have attempted multiple times to submit a ticket through the Twitter Help Forum, but I am unable to click on the form. I also tried reaching out via DM to Support from another account, but it seems to be down. Unfortunately, calling Twitter for support is not an option. I am nearly 17 years old, which is above the minimum age requirement of 13 to use Twitter. I rely on Twitter daily, including for work purposes, and urgently need access to my account again. I established @PollsBQ when I was 12 with my mother's permission. Now that I'm 18, I tried to update my birthdate, but my account got blocked as it was created when I was underage. My mom submitted a parental consent form with her ID and my birth certificate to verify her approval. She also set up the email [redacted] for the account. Hello, I need assistance with unlocking my account. It was recently locked when I updated my birthday to reflect that I am now 18 years old. However, my account was initially created when I was under 13, which caused it to be locked. Two weeks ago, I was informed by Twitter support that they were working on unlocking my account, but I have not received any further updates. I attempted to verify my phone and email, which are already verified, but I cannot access the account settings page to redo the verification process. Instead, I am continuously redirected to the "Your account is locked" page without seeing the "Start" button as indicated on the help page. Please assist me in unlocking my account @shuakc as I am eager to regain access to one of my favorite apps without losing all the content I have on it.

I recently adjusted my birthdate on Twitter, thinking I was 18 as of [redacted] when I created my account. However, this action led to my account being locked, which I didn't anticipate. My account is currently locked due to an issue with my birth date. Before I turned 13, a parent managed and approved all activities on my account, and I can provide proof of this. While actively engaging on Twitter, my screen suddenly went black, and I received a notification about my account being disabled due to unusual activity. When I attempted to recover my account, I completed the verification process, including confirming I wasn't a robot and identifying signs in images. Despite following these steps, when I reached the point to have a verification code sent to my phone number, I received a message stating that my service was not supported. Visiting twitter.com, I successfully changed my password, but upon trying to log back in, I encountered the same issue with the unsupported service message. I use Verizon as my service provider. I am seeking clarification on the reason for the account suspension and looking to have my service reinstated promptly.

I recently updated my birthdate on Twitter to reflect my actual birth year of [redacted]. When I originally created my account at 12, I had to lie about my age and say I was 13. Now, at 18, after changing my birthdate, I received a message stating my account was locked and was prompted to fill out a form. Despite providing the necessary information, the response indicated that I didn't meet the age requirements of being at least 13. I clicked on the link for further assistance, only to be redirected to the same form. I am concerned that my account might be deleted due to this confusion, as I am of the required age. It has been challenging to resolve this issue as I am unable to reach a human support representative. I am unsure how to proceed since I cannot access my locked account to address the problem directly.

I recently tried to correct my birth year from [redacted] to [redacted] on my account but accidentally got locked out in the process. I had to send a picture of my birth certificate to prove my actual birth year. Despite being over 13 years old now, I received an email stating that the account was created when I was under 13, and they will remove pre-13 content, which I understand. They assured me my account would be unlocked shortly, but it has been almost a week since I was locked out without any further updates on when I can regain access.

I recently searched for my late husband John G. Howe's name on Google to find his written work online. He authored "The End of Fossil Energy." Surprisingly, I discovered a Twitter account under his name. John never used social media except for email. It seems someone else is sharing content using his name and work. I found this under John G. Howe's obituary in the Conway Daily Sun. Can you kindly remove this unauthorized material associated with his name? I am currently facing an issue with not being able to recall the password for my former Twitter account @Brian_Vaughan11. I am unable to reset the password as I no longer have access to the email associated with the account, [redacted] Consequently, I created a new account @brian_vaughan1 and now wish to have the old account removed. Despite my attempts to contact aol.com to regain access to the old email linked to the previous account, it has proven unsuccessful. Furthermore, all support emails are directed to the inaccessible email. Therefore, I require additional assistance to either reset the password for the old account or delete it entirely. Here's what happened: I recently added my birthday with the year, revealing that I'm fifteen now. Although the age requirement is thirteen, I exceed that at fifteen. As a more mature individual, I'm still unable to access my exciting summer activity on Twitter. The suspension/lockout notice mentioned deleting tweets prior to when I was thirteen, but since I didn't tweet much before then, I really just want to regain access to my account during the summer. I was adjusting my Twitter profile and decided to correct my birth year to 03/20/[redacted] instead of [redacted], which my mother had set up for me when I was under 13. Unfortunately, after this change, I got locked out of my account. My mom handled the reinstatement form and ID verification but got a response saying it was incomplete. We redid the form with typed information using Microsoft Word and an electronic signature for the signature, but still faced the same issue. I am puzzled by the situation and just want to regain access to my account without the risk of it being deleted permanently.

My sister got suspended from her account because it was made when she was under 13. She's now an adult in college. I got an email about her account as I managed it until she turned 13. They want me to send government papers to confirm my age, which I'm uncomfortable with. I'd like her account to be reactivated without this process, please.
