Greetings Twitter -**For approximately * years, our Twitter account for Dropz MuZik ( @Dropz** ) has had around ***,*** (*** K) followers. In recent months, that figure dropped slightly to *** K then *** K then *** K for the past few weeks, but slight drops like that over time are natural, especially when an account hasn't had an active campaign to increase followers recently which we haven't. However, this morning, July **th ****, it was at *** K, but then suddenly * hour later there were only ** K followers - a drop-off of *** K in one hour. Is there a technical glitch in your system & can you please correctly restore our followers when you receive this inquiry ? Also, the secondary issue is we would of course like to be a verified user account, & we've heard that it helps to have followers who are also verified users, which we do have a number of verified users who follow us. First & foremost, of course, please help us resolve the issue of restoring our missing *** K followers correctly & as quickly as possible. There have been other types of technical glitches in the past, so we are understanding about these issues, although naturally it's a shock when an account sees the majority of its followers go missing so suddenly. Instructions first said to call Twitter, but the automated message on the Twitter phone number said these issues are not resolved by phone but by email only.

We've had this Twitter account since **** & we reached ***,*** followers * years ago. Until today, July **th **** our followers were at ***,*** followers this morning, & then an hour later ***,*** followers were missing, with the current total at **,***.
Emailing previously approximately * hours ago upon discovering the majority of our followers (***,*** followers missing) missing. Then we received a follow-up email asking us if the issue had been resolved, upon which we checked our Twitter account ( @Dropz** ) wyhich still stands at **,*** followers which is ***,*** less followers than earlier this morning, so we are providing the further details requested above in this response to our initial inquiry over * hours ago.
