I changed my birthday to my real birthday since I've had twitter for about * years now. It's been over a month since my twitter account, @**Blynn has been locked. My account was locked and suspended as soon as I changed my birthday to my real birthday. It locked me for being underage since I had made my account and posted on it when I was underage. I had to send them proof that I'm older by sending a picture of my license. Then, a few weeks later, Twitter sends me an email stating that they fixed the problem, but when I went on twitter I received a popup titled "Keeping your trust by protecting your privacy", stating "Protecting and defending your privacy has always been at the heart of Twitter’s work. In order to provide you with even more transparency into the data Twitter collects about you, how it’s used, and the controls you have over your personal data, Twitter is updating its Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. For more information, visit the Help Center. To continue using Twitter, you’ll need to agree to the updated Terms, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Use. You also agree that you’re over ** years of age. You’ll also review your current settings to make sure you know exactly what they are." Then I was given * options: "Agree & Continue" or "Decline". Of course, I picked Agree and continue. However, I received an additional popup titled "Error" stating "Oops, something went wrong. Please try again later." It's been over a MONTH that I've been dealing with this problem. I've contacted Twitter about the issue, but unfortunately, there is no help option concerning this issue or message I'm receiving. I've contacted them since, but have received no help. Please help me. Thank you so much for reading.*(EVEN THOUGH IT SAYS ITS FIXED IT IS NOT)
