The issue in GetHuman-missjule's own words
I was attempting to screenshot the messages that I was receiving because the troll kept deleting them right after they were sent so I could not get the URLs ... I have been targeted by online trolls and harassed for some time now. They have been abusing the mass reporting system which I have notified twitter about multiple times. On Monday I was receiving death threats and while screenshotting the abuse I was receiving and attemping to report it, Twitter suspended MY account and not the troll who went and deleted their messages but reported my responses to him as abuse- none of which *I believe* violated TOS. Because I am suspended, and they deleted their messages, I can't get the URLs to report them for abuse. I have all the screenshots of what happened and my followers have been attempting to reach out to twitter support, jack and twitter safety as well to show them the screenshots since there is no way that I can send the screenshots TO twitter through the reporting channels. I have since filed an appeal but have not heard back from anyone and it is now Thursday. This was a troll with a new account and ** followers. I have been on twitter since **** and have almost **,*** followers. I am so upset about this.
He was sending me violent, racist threats and I have been getting these a lot and each time I report them, twitter keeps asking me about the context and never finds fault with them even though people are clearly violating TOS. **This specific incident he was telling me that I "should be tased, beaten, and shot by police". He then said that I "should be deported like an MS-** animal" and he said that I "should be shot like the dog that I am" and he kept saying that "illegals should be deported" and "MAGA" at me. I am an immigrant, but I am a US citizen. The post originated on an article about police brutality where he was saying that the cop should have shot the girl or beat her harder and he was commenting at me and several of my followers.
I would like to be given another chance and I will do everything I can to follow TOS going forward as best as I can including possibly removing problematic accounts I see that I or followers associate with that may be getting us into trouble and possibly even protect my account
I have been on twitter since ****, and I have almost **,*** very loyal followers and friends on twitter.
I have tried to report the abuse I have been receiving multiple times and so have my followers.
