Twitter asked me to confirm my birthday, I put my birthday in (****) and they proceeded to lock me out of my account because I do not meet the age requirement of ** years old, yet I turn ** in a few weeks. I have tried to contact Twitter through direct message but I get the message that their direct message services are currently unavailable. I have had my account for almost * years. I do not want to lose all of that information.
GetHuman-mbenning did not yet indicate what Twitter should do to make this right.
