I am having trouble with my account, @maxhandwerker. I cannot like posts, comment, post, or send DMs on Twitter. When attempting these actions, I encounter errors or messages saying I can no longer contact people, including Twitter support. I reported this issue using the form provided, but only received an automatic reply advising me to reset my password due to a potential security breach. Despite following this instruction three times, the problem persists. When I created a new account and visited my original account, it said it was "temporarily restricted." I believe this restriction is due to multiple reports possibly related to a critical post I made about a Trump supporter who was spamming. Please assist in resolving this matter so I can regain access to my account. Thank you.

A few days back I contacted Twitter regarding an issue where my email connects to another account under the name Ann Nichols. Despite an email from GetHuman, the problem persists. When I visit Twitter, I see a profile image of Ann Nichols asking me to sign in, someone I do not recognize. I checked their site to find the problem marked as fixed, which is not the case. It's frustrating that Twitter lacks a customer service number. I hope my initial message gets addressed soon. Thanks, Gail Chase

After being suspended for 24 hours, upon regaining access, I encountered a prompt to enable Samsung's access to my Twitter account, which I found concerning. Clicking "cancel" resulted in a recurring "Something went wrong, try again later" message. I attempted to resolve this by reinstalling the app and switching devices, yet the issue persists. As a new Twitter user, I'm unsure how to proceed. My username is @wokerobin (Mona Ellison), email address is [redacted], and text contact at [redacted]. Due to poor cell service, please contact me via email for assistance. Sending any necessary codes through email would be beneficial to avoid traveling into town for cell reception. Thank you.

I utilized Twitter through text messages and created the username "ashadchen." After changing phones, I mistakenly entered "ashaschen" when prompted to sign in. I couldn't recall my password and the one I usually use didn't work. Unfortunately, I am unable to reset my password since I have no associated email or phone number. Twitter created a new similar username when I attempted to sign in, complicating the situation further. I have tried contacting Twitter but received only automated responses. I urge them to check if any email or phone number is linked to my account. My phone number is [redacted]. I distinctly recall using text messages from a Palm Centro phone for sign-up, without any apps or mobile sites involved. Twitter should be able to verify my ownership of the account "ashadchen" as it was created using my phone number. Your assistance in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Today is my 18th birthday, and I wanted to update my Twitter bio to reflect my actual birthdate after previously having a different one listed. Despite being eligible to use Twitter for the past five years, when I tried to update it to May 25, [redacted], my account got locked for not meeting the age requirement of 13. I find this frustrating as I clearly meet the age criteria now. I am spending my birthday trying to resolve this issue instead of enjoying it. I would appreciate some assistance in getting my account unlocked quickly as I prefer not to create a new one. Thank you.

My daughter playfully changed our account country setting to Germany, resulting in its suspension. While we understand the need for identity verification, due to a previous experience with identity theft, we are hesitant to provide sensitive documents like driver's licenses or passports. In the past, many companies have been targeted by hackers, which adds to our concerns. We are willing to offer alternative forms of identification such as a divorce decree or emergency protective order. Our daughter's user ID is AlvhaBvbe. Thank you, - B. J.

Good morning, I am the administrator for the Twitter account @iSAGE_H2020, which has recently been blocked. The account promotes a project that commenced on March 1, [redacted]. Twitter blocked the account because I mistakenly entered this date as the birthdate, leading them to assume the account owner might be under 13 years old. I, Andrea Pompozzi, confirm that I am over 13 and am the rightful administrator of this account. I have already submitted the required form to Twitter, along with my passport/ID, to rectify this error. While I appreciate Twitter's commitment to security and privacy, I kindly request the swift reactivation of my account @iSAGE_H2020 to prevent any negative impact on my business and project. Thank you for your assistance. Andrea

I recently turned 18 in Finland, and my Twitter account got locked because Twitter mistakenly thinks I'm under 13. Despite providing my government-issued photo ID showing my birth year as [redacted], they continue to claim I'm underage. I submitted the required form with my passport to confirm my age and identity, but they still insist I don't meet their age criteria. I'm frustrated by how Twitter is handling this, especially since I am a legal adult without a guardian. It's disappointing that they locked my account without cause and are now disregarding the evidence I provided. I had a substantial following on Twitter, and it has always been my preferred platform. Unable to contact Twitter support due to my locked account, I'm seeking a resolution to this issue promptly. I have not violated any terms of service, and it is imperative that Twitter acknowledges and rectifies their error swiftly.

My @astrologyriker account got locked due to age restrictions as I am 17. After multiple requests for parental consent, my dad submitted his passport and my birth certificate. Despite this, Twitter couldn't verify my age and wants to delete my account. I need to speak with a human from Twitter to resolve this without sharing more sensitive documents. The support is currently unavailable. My dad made the account for me, I am old enough to use it, and he has approved the use of my data. I simply wish to regain access without being redirected to the consent form repeatedly.

I've had my Twitter account for the past 8 years, and recently I attempted to add my real birth date to my account. To my surprise, after confirming my birthday, Twitter locked my account, stating I needed to be at least 13 years old to create an account, even though I am now over 21. I find it unfair that I may be penalized for a mistake made months before my 13th birthday so many years ago. I have submitted a support ticket with government ID verification, but I am not too hopeful for a positive outcome. It seems like the birthday verification process could lead to users losing their accounts unfairly.

I am having trouble getting a quick solution for a problem that needs attention. I cannot provide details about accounts I am unfamiliar with. It seems easier to tweet publicly than to directly contact Twitter for help. Why is my phone number and possibly other details linked to Twitter accounts?

Dear Sirs, My company account @XpressoCom was blocked erroneously, perhaps due to being mistakenly identified as a minor. Despite providing Chamber of Commerce details and my ID, the account remains restricted. I typically post about technology-related topics and may have mentioned terms like millennial or AI. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue. Thank you. Kind regards, Fiorenza Dear Sirs, I am grateful for the account restoration. However, I noticed that @XpressoCom now displays 0 followers. Could you please look into restoring this as well? Thank you for your attention to this matter. Kind regards, Fiorenza

I updated my birth year on Twitter due to an error, causing my account to be locked. Despite sending my documents three days ago, I have not heard back from them. I am 18 years old, clearly above the age of 13. After lodging a general complaint, I received a prompt reply instructing me to follow their website directions, which I had already completed. The inconsistency in response time is concerning, as I lack confirmation that my initial message was received.

I recently updated my birth year on Twitter from '97 to '98. I'm actually 19 years old, turning 20 next week. After changing my birth year to [redacted], Twitter mistakenly locked my account, thinking I'm 12. Despite repeatedly submitting photos of my valid driver's license for age verification, Twitter support continues to claim they are unable to verify my age. I've been corresponding with their support team via email, sending new pictures each time, but the issue remains unresolved. I'm confused about what steps to take to regain access to my account, especially when my valid driver's license is not being accepted for verification.

Approximately 20 minutes ago, Twitter unexpectedly requested me to enter my birthdate. After complying, Twitter proceeded to "lock" my account citing that I didn't meet the age criteria of 13. However, I am indeed over 13 and have been using Twitter for several years, so I'm unsure as to why this occurred. The notification mentioned that my account would be terminated if I didn't provide age verification, requiring my username, full name, and a photo ID such as a driver's license. Twitter assured me that this information would be kept confidential and erased once my account was reinstated. Despite their claims, I am skeptical. Restoring access to my account is crucial as this situation is frustrating. Given my extended usage and age, there seems to be no valid reason for my account to be restricted. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I set my birthday on Twitter to only show my month and day, and when I tried to update it with my correct birth year ([redacted]), my account got locked due to not meeting the age requirement of at least 13 years. Despite submitting the "error" form several times and sending a picture of my ID/driver’s license, I haven't received any response from Twitter regarding fixing this issue. I'm desperate for assistance as I miss being able to reconnect with old friends and family on my account.

Since 5/27/[redacted], my account has been locked due to automated behavior. I have repeatedly requested the SMS code and provided my number, waiting from 45 minutes to 4-6 hours for the code, only for Twitter to claim my time to respond has expired. Today on 5/29/[redacted] at 2:04 pm and 2:05 pm EST, I requested the code twice, but as of 3:15 pm EST, I still haven't received it. In the past, Twitter sent the SMS code almost immediately. If I exceed their undisclosed limit of code requests, they say I've reached the submission limit without warning. If the code isn't sent promptly within 45 minutes to 6 hours, they say my time has expired. This experience has been frustrating for me.

My account has been locked for three days due to alleged automated behavior that breaches Twitter policy. I am experiencing difficulty receiving the SMS code promptly when requested, leading to frustrating delays of up to hours. Despite Twitter's claim of sending the code in minutes, there have been significant delays and issues with the code expiration. The situation has been ongoing for three days, leaving me feeling misled and limited in my access. As a concerned user, I plan to escalate the matter further and seek resolution promptly. The delays and limitations in receiving the SMS codes are causing undue stress and inconvenience. This ongoing issue has prompted me to consider legal action if not addressed adequately. I will continue to gather evidence and pursue this matter until resolved satisfactorily.

I made a mistake by trying out online free follower services. Since then, I've been bombarded with spam messages and strange notifications. My account got locked by the platform, and even after I changed the password as instructed, I still got locked out again upon logging in. I need assistance to resolve this issue and regain access to my account. Thank you for your help.

On 5/18, I contacted Twitter about a suspected hack on my account. Following their instructions to reset my password was unsuccessful after four attempts. Twitter emailed me to check on the issue, which I confirmed was ongoing, but I have not received any further response. Despite trying to reach out again after a week, I received another email asking about the problem, to which I replied but heard nothing back. Currently, my issue is that while I try to follow people, the website shows I'm not following anyone. I've tried contacting Twitter and Twitter support via tweets and calls, but have not received any assistance. The situation is frustrating, annoying, and very inconvenient. I am seeking help to resolve this matter promptly.
