Hello, my name is Jason Rodriguez. I am contacting you because I have been indefinitely suspended from Twitch for over a month. I have submitted an appeal three times, but I have not received a response from Twitch Support. This was my third strike, and I understand that I made a mistake, but streaming is my livelihood, and I have been feeling depressed and not myself since losing my channel. On my last strike, I shared personal information in my chat due to harassment and my account being hacked. I realize this was a serious error, but I have proof of the attempted login with my email showing the hacking incident and my phone preventing access. I am a good person who wants to return to my community. Please contact Twitch Support on my behalf to request another chance. I apologize for my actions and hope for your help.

I am having trouble accessing my Twitch account with 2FA because the Authenticator is linked to an old phone number I no longer have. I have attempted various methods to resolve this issue without success, including contacting Google Authenticator/Authy. My Twitch username is richie_rich_gaming, and I can provide all the necessary information to prove my ownership. I kindly request a Twitch representative or employee to assist me in removing the Authenticator so I can set it up with my new number. I believe there should be alternative ways to access my account if I cannot receive messages through the Authenticator or SMS. I have been diligently trying to regain access to my account and would appreciate any help beyond automated responses.

I am texas_7_drw, an Affiliate Streamer who was banned in December for alleged bot or spam account activity. The ban occurred when I was moderating my friend’s channel and a spam message appeared that I did not produce. Despite submitting multiple appeals without any response, I have sought help from Amazon customer service, which led to Twitch Support providing a vague response stating they couldn’t resolve the issue. I am now looking to escalate this matter by requesting to speak with a Twitch representative by phone, as emails have proven ineffective. I remain hopeful for a solution to lift the suspension on my account.

I am encountering an issue with Twitch Prime where I am unable to use it to subscribe to a streamer. The subscription option is available, but there is a symbol blocking me from clicking on it. This is disappointing as I wanted to support one of my favorite streamers. I want to raise awareness about a channel that has serious issues involving allowing convicted sex offenders to manage it. The problem started on Discord but has now extended to Twitch. The creator's mishandling of the situation is causing further harm to the victims. There have been ongoing campaigns to address this streamer's behavior. Over the years, she has cultivated a following that engages in questionable activities during her streams, leading to accidental exposure of private body parts. The streamer also struggles with mental health issues such as anorexia, which she appears to promote covertly, attracting an underage audience fixated on her unhealthy physique. It is evident that she requires assistance, and her presence on social media is harmful to minors and previous victims of her moderators. Efforts are being made to have her removed from all social platforms, with potential legal action against companies that fail to comply with these demands.

Hello, my name is Oliver B. I previously owned the channel Tarmin_. Approximately two months ago, my account was banned permanently for telling someone to harm themselves. I acknowledge Twitch's rules and understand the consequence, but I believe my ban is unjust. The individuals who reported me had been harassing me for a while, disrupting my streams. I feel unfairly targeted without a chance to explain my side. I am 15 years old with ADHD, and sometimes I struggle to control my impulses. When I made the inappropriate comment, I was overwhelmed by continuous harassment. I have others who can support my perspective. I request a thorough review of this situation. Ich habe Schwierigkeiten, in meinen Account zu gelangen, da ich den Code für die Zwei-Faktor-Authentifizierung nicht erhalte. Hier ist, warum: Nachdem ich mich ausgeloggt habe, forderte mich die Anmeldung auf, einen SMS-Code auf mein Handy zu erhalten. Da mein Prepaid-Konto gesperrt war, habe ich die SMS nicht erhalten. In dem Versuch, mein Passwort zurückzusetzen, um in den Account zu gelangen, war mir nicht bewusst, dass dies mich von allen Geräten abmeldet. Nun bin ich nicht mehr mit meinem Account verbunden und kann daher keinen Code von der Authy-App erhalten. Ich hoffe, dass mir hier geholfen werden kann, meinen Account wiederherzustellen.

I unknowingly received an indefinite ban that I believe is undeserved. The ban accused me of using a botted or automated account based on messages sent in private or public chat. Unfortunately, without access to the content related to the ban, I cannot verify if it was actually me or if my account was compromised. I have not seen any unauthorized login attempts to my account. I discovered the ban in January [redacted], submitted an appeal, and received a confirmation ticket. It has been a month since then, and I am requesting either to have my account unbanned or to speak directly with Twitch support to address the issue and obtain clarification on the ban.

I made a joke in someone's Twitch chat, saying I'm 9 years old after being called Lil Tay. I appealed my suspension promptly. Twitch responded after 6 hours, stating I should have my account back within 48-72 hours. It's been almost 2 weeks now with no update. I messaged them after the due date, but received no response. I appealed again the next day, receiving the same 48-72 hours message. Another 6 days passed, so I appealed once more with the same result. Four days ago, I appealed again and got the same response. I took to Twitter to contact Twitch and Twitch Support, but haven't had any luck. Twitch Support has repeatedly ignored my appeals, and I am frustrated. All I want is my account back.

I had multiple Twitch accounts and was chatting in a stream. I created a second account for fun, but now I can't be seen in the live chat during the stream, although I can still chat and mods can see my messages in the logs. The mod timed me out as a joke and banned my second account, which has since been unbanned. I deleted the second account because it was just for laughs. I can chat using my main account on mobile data, but not on my home network. I tried to submit a support ticket but couldn't find a solution as it says the accounts aren't suspended. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you.

Il mio account è stato sospeso a seguito della trasmissione di parole non autorizzate durante una live. Non ho pronunciato tali parole, ma sono state sostenute da un utente sul mio TeamSpeak che mi ha segnalato. Chiedo una revisione della sospensione. Tuttavia, dopo due mesi, quando provo ad accedere, appare il messaggio "Il tuo account è stato sospeso". Potrei aver accidentalmente eliminato l'email che spiegava la durata della sospensione durante la confusione dopo l'evento. I need to address false allegations made against my account regarding violations. I take streaming seriously and believe I am being unfairly targeted. I have faced discrimination due to my religion and race, receiving death threats and having personal information, including family photos, leaked online. I have removed certain videos to protect my privacy, such as when my mother appeared on stream despite my request for her not to. I ask for my Twitch account to be unbanned and for understanding of my situation. I strive to follow all Twitch policies and love streaming as a way to have fun and pursue a dream. Please help resolve this issue as I assert my innocence against these false claims and ongoing harassment. Thank you for your attention and prompt response.

Hello, I am seeking assistance with organizing a private streaming event for a group of kids. Due to the current COVID-19 situation, we are unable to gather for the premiere of a movie we filmed at our summer camp last year. The premiere was scheduled for November of last year but had to be postponed. We are in need of a cost-effective solution as none of us, nor the children, have extra funds due to the lockdowns. Hello, I’m Ashley, a social media content creator who began streaming on my iPhone and built a community on Twitch where we could have fun and play games. Due to a recent ban, I've shifted to creating content on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter. Unfortunately, my mental health has suffered since 1/27/[redacted]. I stood up to bullies on the platform, which led to mass reporting and an unjust ban. The whole ordeal has greatly impacted my well-being. My ban occurred during a mobile stream due to internet issues following a DDoS attack. I faced harassment, including unwanted pizza deliveries to my home, prompting me to involve the authorities for my safety. Despite numerous attempts to fix my internet for streaming, I miss being able to share content with my community on Twitch.

I am currently facing challenges with completing the last two forms for my affiliate onboarding process on Twitch. Despite multiple emails to Twitch, the issue remains unresolved. This is frustrating as I have put in a lot of effort to achieve affiliate status. Without completing these forms, my streamers are unable to fully engage during my streams. I prefer Twitch as my streaming platform but if the onboarding problem persists, I may have to consider switching to another platform. Hello, I am Mikhail. For the past five years, I have been a professional esports tournament caster. Unfortunately, due to some misunderstandings, I am unable to continue this work. I hope to find help to resolve the situation. Initially, my account "Pro_cast" was used to stream and comment on Dota 2 matches non-commercially through Dota2tv. Despite abiding by Dota2tv's rules, my account received three strikes from Hitbox.tv and was permanently banned, leading to unsuccessful attempts to resolve the issue. After creating a new account "Pro_cast2" to continue my career, it was also banned inexplicably. Despite following all rules, my subsequent account "Tom_amot" faced a similar fate. The bans have left me devastated as I strive to work in the esports industry. I seek assistance to address the bans and resume my work. The issues with Hitbox.tv remain unresolved, and I hope for a chance to reconnect with the Twitch community. Thank you for your attention and understanding. I eagerly await any response.

Hello, A few days ago, I bought a Twitch Gift Card, redeemed it, and everything seemed fine. However, the money I put in my Twitch Wallet, specifically 25€, is stuck and inaccessible. I am unable to use this balance for any purchases, and all other payment methods are being declined as well. Whenever I attempt a transaction, I receive an error message stating either "You are not eligible to make this purchase" or occasionally "Payment not processed, The transaction was declined. Please use a different card or contact your bank." I've tried using a different card and have contacted my bank, but they confirmed that there are no issues with my payment methods. The problem seems to lie solely with Twitch, as even the money on my Twitch Gift Card is being blocked. All I want is to be able to utilize the funds I added to my Twitch account. Sincerely

My Twitch channel twitch.tv/kvyzee has been inactive due to a suspension, despite my efforts to send multiple DMCA counter-notifications to Twitch regarding copyright takedowns. It has been over two months, and I have not received any response from Twitch regarding the status of my account with 140k followers. One of the DMCA counter-notices I sent was regarding Grid esports, asserting that the content removed was within fair use guidelines. I have provided all necessary information for reinstatement, including my contact details and location. Twitch, please address this issue promptly.

Buongiorno, sono un nuovo streamer che ha iniziato a trasmettere sulla piattaforma il 01/04/[redacted]. In breve tempo, ho raggiunto traguardi sorprendenti: circa 60 follower, più di 70 ore di streaming e una media di 4/5 spettatori fissi al giorno. Sono appassionato di questa esperienza perché mi ha permesso di conoscere nuove persone. Il problema che sto affrontando riguarda il periodo di 30 giorni richiesto da voi per diventare affiliato Twitch. La mia sessione di streaming effettiva è iniziata il 01/04, ma i 30 giorni sono stati calcolati a partire dal 19/03, quando non ero ancora attivo e quindi non avevo spettatori. Questo mi ha penalizzato gravemente, poiché ad un giorno dalla scadenza non ho raggiunto l'obiettivo minimo di 3 spettatori medi. Vorrei trovare una soluzione a questa situazione e spero che ci sia la possibilità di diventare affiliato in futuro.
