When I first started streaming Destiny 2 about 4-5 weeks ago, I selected a Twitch handle that turned out to be used by another player, known for cheating in the game. This person has been repeatedly targeting me with DDoS attacks during my streams, causing severe disruptions as I work from home. Despite my efforts, my internet service provider has been unhelpful. Could I please request to change my Twitch username sooner rather than waiting the usual 30 days? It would greatly help me avoid further harassment and allow me to continue streaming without interruptions. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

I am currently dealing with a sustained period of harassment on Twitch. This situation has been ongoing for 8 months, and I have gathered substantial evidence. Despite blocking and banning these individuals from my channel, one of them continues to create new accounts weekly to avoid the bans. Last week, one of them deliberately sabotaged my game on Dead by Daylight and subsequently tried to stir up trouble by messaging my friend for hours. I have been advised by my friend to involve the police due to the severity of the situation, and others who witnessed the incident are willing to support any necessary actions. These harassers are now even spreading negativity about me in other streams, and my viewers have been informing me of their actions. In an effort to shake them off, I changed my Twitch username and all associated identifiers, but unfortunately, this has not deterred them.

I am disappointed with the recent hiring decision for Twitch's "Trust and Safety Council." It is concerning to see someone with strong biases in such a role. The choice made reflects poorly on the company's judgment. It is disheartening to witness any form of discrimination. I question the motivations behind this hiring selection and the message it sends to the community. I hope Twitch addresses these concerns and provides clarity on their decision-making process.

Last August, I joined Twitch as an affiliate. Initially, money was not my main focus since I was streaming for enjoyment. In May [redacted], I discovered I reached the $[redacted] threshold back in September [redacted]. I submitted a support ticket on May 1st and received a response two weeks later asking for identity verification without clear instructions on how to provide the necessary information. I responded promptly, unsure of what else to do. I am unable to check my payout details for errors as I need to contact support to make any changes. Despite trying various fixes like removing extensions, using incognito mode, changing browsers, and clearing cache and cookies, I am unable to restart my onboarding process. At this point, I am owed close to $[redacted] with uncertainty about when I will receive it or the reason for the delay. I am left wondering if there are any other steps I can take besides waiting for a response.

Today, I completed all my affiliate forms and received subs and bits. Before starting my stream, I spoke with my dad and shared the news about becoming an affiliate. He was excited and mentioned wanting to deposit money at the bank to purchase the founders badge. However, on his way to do so, he was gifted a sub and missed out on the last founders badge. I feel disappointed about this situation and understand my dad's frustration. While I know the founders badge is usually for the first 10 people, I would be grateful if Twitch could consider granting him one due to his support. He has been a huge help in my streaming journey, and it would mean a lot to both of us.

I am currently facing difficulty accessing my Twitch account. Upon logging in, I am prompted to enter a verification code sent to my email, but I am not receiving any emails. Despite whitelisting the email address as advised in the support FAQ, the issue persists. I have tried to reach out to support, but the pages either require login or do not load properly. Attempting solutions found by others with the same issue has been fruitless. As a last resort, I am seeking help here before considering creating a new account. My username is dantedeathhermit, and my email is [redacted]

I recently got a new phone and phone number. After setting up my Authy 2FA, the codes it generates are not working. I have been dealing with this issue for a couple of months and I am eager to regain access to my account. Additionally, the SMS verification codes are not coming through, possibly due to a typo in the phone number input during registration. While I have the correct number in the Authy app, I am unable to change it on the Authy website. The challenge is identifying which account the Authy app is linked to, as I have had several old Twitch accounts. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter.

I am concerned about the content of your gaming service. I recently discovered my child watching inappropriate material on your platform. There seems to be a prevalence of suggestive content featuring women in revealing attire engaging in body painting and provocative behavior. This is not the type of environment I want my 13-year-old son exposed to. Despite the site's supposed focus on gaming, I am dismayed to find an abundance of sexualized imagery prominently displayed. My son mentioned a streamer named Pokémon who, from what I observed, appears to prioritize suggestive displays over actual gaming content. I am disappointed in the direction your service is taking and feel compelled to share my negative experience with my community, both online and at my church. I plan to explore legal options to address this issue and ensure that such content is not easily accessible to minors.

I am experiencing issues with my Italian channel named 'leduegrazie.' On the afternoon of 15/06/[redacted], while conducting a live stream, I noticed a decline in viewers. Typically, I have around 20 viewers per live stream, but this time something seemed off. Furthermore, my followers are unable to locate my channel through searches; they can only access it via direct links. Strangely, to new viewers, I appear invisible in categories like 'just chatting,' making it challenging to attract more viewers. I would appreciate any assistance in understanding and resolving these issues. Thank you.

I have been struggling for the past week to fill out my W-9 tax form. Each time I try, it tells me "The name and SSN do not match the IRS records," despite confirming that all information matches IRS records. I'm unable to submit the form as it repeats the same error regardless of changes made. The first time I filled it out, it was successful, but three days later, it was rejected. Despite reaching out to Twitch support via email, they responded after four days saying they could not assist with the Twitch Affiliate Onboarding Process.

Hello, I am reaching out to inquire about my friend who has been live streaming on Twitch for the past three months consistently. His Twitch username is Moeyoudown0, and he has been maintaining an average viewership of [redacted] to [redacted] per stream. With over [redacted] subscribers, he is a great guy, and it would be amazing to see him become a Twitch partner, which he truly deserves. I hope to hear from you soon. Thank you for considering this request.

I recently discovered that my son made several unauthorized transactions on his Twitch account using my debit card, subscribing and donating to multiple users without my knowledge. Despite reaching out to customer service via email and Amazon, I have not received any response on how to request a refund or address this issue. I am at a loss on how to proceed and am considering contacting my senators and Congressmen for assistance.

I have spent six hours trying to link my Minecraft account to Twitch. This issue has never come up before. I even purchased a second game to ensure it was the correct version. Unfortunately, the CAPTCHA is not working, no matter how many times I select the correct squares, it continues to provide more CAPTCHAs. This is preventing me from enjoying Twitch and playing Minecraft with my friends on a server. I have attempted with six different emails, but I end up in the same cycle each time. I am frustrated and disappointed with this experience. As a long-time customer, I expect better service from Twitch. I kindly request a prompt solution to this matter via email so I can resume gaming. I look forward to your response. - AM

As a Twitch affiliate, my channel is LordRisim. I aspire to stream full-time and aim to become a Twitch Partner. I am diligently working towards reaching 75 average viewers to meet the partnership requirements. I created my Twitch account before turning 13, unaware of age restrictions, and only recently decided to pursue streaming. Now at 14, I'm uncertain about the best course of action. Should I create a new account, ensuring my current revenue transfers over along with my followers and subscribers, or should I stay with my current channel, given my age is now compliant? Your guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I have read two different debate cases for my summer class and I want to share my stance. I believe Twitch needs to enhance its measures, especially regarding sexual harassment and assault on the platform. It is concerning that more hasn't been done to address this issue. I propose that all individuals profiting from Twitch must undergo mandatory training on sexual harassment prevention and pass with a score of [redacted]% before accessing the platform. Twitch should also publish detailed guidelines on sexual harassment prevention on its official website and introduce a clause that users must agree to regarding this matter when signing up. Additionally, an external entity should be tasked with monitoring live streams, documenting any complaints, and conducting investigations. Action needs to be taken, and I urge Twitch to address this promptly.

Dear Twitch Team, I am having trouble logging into my Twitch account as I am not receiving the SMS token on my phone to proceed. This is hindering me from changing my phone number or activating the Authy App to login. I currently do not have the Authy App linked to my account, so it is not helping me at the moment. How should I proceed? I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue to access my Twitch account normally. Is it possible for you to remove the phone number associated with my account and update it to my current number? Thank you very much!

I connected my retro arcade unit to my Xbox One's HDMI IN port to stream arcade games on Twitch. I installed the OneGuide app to make the port work. When I start broadcasting and switch to OneGuide as the "game," only the waiting screen with animated people on a couch appears on my Twitch feed. If I switch back to open an Xbox game, the Twitch feed shows that game. Any advice on how to fix this?

I have a complex issue with accessing my Twitch account, RiskyDrew. The main email linked to it, [redacted], has an old password that I forgot. The recovery email for [redacted] also has a lost password, making it impossible to recover my Twitch account through standard email recovery options. I now use [redacted] and would like to update my Twitch account with this email and reset the password. Additionally, I need to unsubscribe from a monthly subscription. I can verify my identity with details like state, birthday, name, and credit card information to prove ownership of the account for assistance in resetting the password and updating the email.

I am unable to access the phone number I initially used for my Twitch Two-Factor Authentication. Unfortunately, I can't recall the old number either, and I now have a new phone number. This situation is preventing me from accessing my Twitch account since it requires a code that I haven't received due to the outdated phone number on file. I still have access to the email I initially used for setting up the 2FA. Creating a new account is not an option for me, as I recently achieved affiliate status after a significant amount of effort. I am hesitant to start over and potentially lose my viewers. I keep getting prompted to reset my number via the Authy app, but I have never used Authy before. When attempting to use Authy, it requests the number I used to establish the 2FA, but I am struggling to recall the old number.

Monday morning, I was shocked to receive an email stating that my account had been indefinitely suspended due to alleged fraudulent activity related to a purchase or payout. The only transaction I made was to extend a gifted subscription to a streamer named TeggyGaming91, specifically to BoneDigger8605. I used PayPal for this purchase. I promptly filed an appeal on Monday but have yet to receive any feedback from Twitch regarding the situation. My case number is [redacted]5.
