I WAS streaming live video from my home computer of the sunset for my followers. ... MY END USER NAME: Stormynumber* - - I was logged into Twitch, streaming live video (I stream the sunset every day for my users, and followers) after being logged in for a while, I noticed OBS suddenly telling me there was a problem logging into my account, that was when I tried from my phone, and laptop, then I realized I couldn't log into my account from any device. I tried using Twitch Account Recovery, which tells me consistantly that I have requested too many times, to please try again later. How stupid is this when it appears to be our only option at that point??
If you limit the "Number of attempts to recover our account" you basically limit our ability to legally and without other issue - recover our own account without additional help, from Twitch or the community (especially for those of us who actually have the correct information.)
I want my account BACK where I can login and use it, its that simple, I can give you the correct user ID and password and time frame the account was compromised - I also have the correct email address for that account, The streaming key, and device name and type that was logged when the issue occurred.
Started this account last year due to the number of folks I knew that were streaming live weather conditions and Tornado's over Twitch service.
Not at the moment, All other attempts to get in contact with Twitch admins have of course, failed as they are not accessible to fix this issue.
