An unauthorized account has been registered using my email on Twitch. I do not have a Twitch account and I am not interested in having one. I keep receiving numerous emails daily about online casinos live streaming, which I do not want. Unfortunately, I can't contact Twitch Support because I don't have a Twitch account due to one already being linked to my email address. I suggest resolving this by deleting the account associated with my email and confirming its removal. Alternatively, implementing a verification process where the account creator receives an initial login password via email could prevent similar issues in the future.

My account has been compromised. I have submitted two support tickets with case numbers #[redacted]5 and [redacted]7 on 4/6 and 4/8. There have been approximately 50 unauthorized logins from various countries between 3/20 and 4/6 after my password was changed. I attempted to use the "Forgot username" feature, but did not receive any emails at my address. I am concerned that they may have altered my email. It is urgent to resolve this issue promptly as I have previously made purchases on this account and wish to secure my linked accounts.

Regarding Case ID #[redacted]8 concerning an unauthorized purchase, it has been nearly a week since I received the automated message and have yet to hear back from the staff. I am inquiring about the status of my refund. Additionally, due to this incident, my bank account has been depleted as the unauthorized purchase drained all my funds linked to my Paypal. Your prompt attention to this matter is appreciated! Despite contacting Paypal, the issue remains unresolved. Tomorrow, I plan to contact their customer service. Upon reviewing my Twitch account, I noticed unknown channels were followed without my consent under "follow channel." I kindly request account activity for April [redacted] and am willing to provide any necessary documentation upon request.

I am unable to log into my Twitch account. I utilize a password manager, so I am confident that my password is correct. Previously, I would click on the Twitch app on my laptop, and my account name and password would automatically populate. However, Twitch is now stating that my account name or password is incorrect. This issue is occurring on two separate computers, ruling out a problem with just one device. I have attempted the password recovery process, but I am not receiving any emails. According to reports on downdetector.com, many users are experiencing the same login problem with Twitch recently. I have not received any communication from Twitch regarding my account, and I mainly use Twitch for watching videos and updating my World of Warcraft addons. Currently, I am unable to update my addons due to this issue, and I would appreciate assistance with resolving it. Despite submitting a complaint for help and trying to recover my password, I have not received any response from Twitch. Thank you.

I am encountering an issue with Twitch as my account has been hacked or stolen. There have been suspicious logins from unfamiliar IP addresses in the last month. Despite initially dismissing them as spam, I am now unable to access my account. I have made numerous attempts to contact Twitch through various support email addresses without success: - [redacted] - [redacted] - [redacted] - [redacted] I have also reached out to Amazon since my account is linked to my Amazon Prime, but unfortunately, they were unable to assist me. I've been unfairly banned, and despite my numerous attempts to appeal over the past year, I have not received any response. I have continuously highlighted the wrongful ban but have not been given the opportunity to appeal or review the evidence. I am requesting assistance to lift the ban so I can resume streaming and supporting the platform. I used to have a considerable viewer base, and I am confident we can resolve this issue together. The lack of action to clear previous strikes on my account, despite acknowledgment that I wasn't cheating, has left me frustrated. I am hoping for your help in resolving this matter. Thank you.

I'm trying to reclaim a Twitch handle that has been inactive for three years. I've heard they deactivate old unused accounts, and in this case, they have my exact alias. This has resulted in me needing to change my name, making it challenging for my fanbase to locate my content. Even my mom struggled to find it, which is very frustrating for me. I've received numerous complaints from fans saying they can't find my page, so they don't know when I'm live, impacting subscriptions. Despite achieving affiliate status in the first month and unlocking all achievements, my viewership should be higher. This issue remains unresolved. I will delete this post once it is resolved.

Hello, I hope you are doing well. While on a road trip, my phone broke after a major fall. I had to get a new phone with a new number. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to update my phone number on my Twitch account. When I tried to log back in on my PC, it asked for a code sent via SMS to my old number. I am seeking assistance from Twitch to update my phone number so I can continue streaming. I am a sponsored streamer and the CEO of a sponsorship company. My current sponsors include ROCKSTARâ„¢ and others. I have reached out via email twice and also tried contacting you on Twitter (@Twitch & @Twitch Support) multiple times, but haven't received a response yet.

Around ten days ago, my Twitch account got hacked. The intruder managed to access my PayPal linked to the account and made three transactions totaling $65, $20, and $20. Additionally, they altered the account's password and username from 'Playar' to 'Letsgowin.' The email connected to the account before the breach was [redacted] I reached out to Twitch's support email twice and even tried contacting them through their subreddit, but unfortunately, I have not received any assistance or response from them so far. I am currently locked out of my account, which I've had for approximately 7-8 years, and I am hoping to regain access and revert back to my original name. Thank you for your help!

During the first week of April, I encountered an issue where I was unexpectedly logged out of my Twitch account on all devices. Despite entering my login details correctly, I was unable to access my account. When attempting to utilize the "trouble logging in" feature, I received an error stating that my username and email did not match, even though I was certain they were accurate. It appears that my account may have been compromised, leading to potential changes in either my email address, password, or both without my consent. Despite submitting numerous support tickets within the past month regarding this matter, I have not received any response from Twitch support. This situation has left me feeling quite frustrated as I am unable to retrieve my account, access Twitch Prime benefits, or disconnect my Prime account from the affected Twitch account.

My 13-year-old son, G. Sumner, was recently reported on this platform for comments he made, resulting in the closure of his account. He insists that the comments were not inappropriate and that they were merely jokes. He feels unfairly treated and is upset since he cannot access the items he purchased. As I do not have access to his account, I am reaching out for clarification on why he was banned. I believe parents should be informed about their children's online activities. Unfortunately, there is no phone support available for Twitch.com. If my son was indeed at fault, I want to address it appropriately. If possible, I would like to review the conversation to better understand the situation and guide my son in the right direction regarding internet usage. Although I do not have his username, his name is G. Around a month ago, my account got hacked, and the email was altered. Despite sending multiple support tickets, all I've gotten are automated responses. I even created a new account with another email address, but my tickets still went unanswered. I just want my account back with the correct email so I can reset the password and resume using it. This experience is causing me to reconsider keeping my prime membership, especially when Twitch's customer support, the sole means of communication, is unresponsive.

I have noticed that my card has been charged 8 times for a $14.99 subscription fee by Twitch, which I have never signed up for. I am not a Twitch Prime subscriber, just a regular free account user. The only subscription I pay for is with CalavaraWarrior at Tier 2 for $9.99 a month as I only watch their content. I do not recognize these additional charges on my Discover card. Given my financial situation, I really need these pending charges to be canceled or refunded promptly. I recently went through a serious car accident leaving me financially strained, so every dollar is crucial for me right now. Thank you for your understanding and assistance.

I need assistance with my Twitch account. It was hacked on April 20, [redacted], and the password and linked email were changed without my permission. I haven't been able to use my account since then. I have evidence of unauthorized logins from different locations worldwide. I have Twitch Prime content on the account that I want to preserve, so creating a new account isn't ideal. I have submitted three support tickets over the past three weeks but haven't received any replies. I want to regain access to my account and set up two-factor authentication to prevent further breaches. My Twitch account was accessed from two different IP addresses in Johor Bahru and George Town, Malaysia. The username is Spencrob and the email associated with it is [redacted] When I tried to recover my account on the website, it said my email wasn't linked, then claimed to have sent an email which I never received. Now it says I've submitted too many requests. The hacker might have changed the linked email. To prove ownership, here is the IP address I used to login from Maidenhead, England: 86.[redacted].[redacted].[redacted]. Please assist me in recovering my account. Thank you.

I would like to report a Twitch user known as BriclynForest for unmodding someone on the stream due to their sexual orientation. Despite leaving the group peacefully, one of our former mods, SummerSunflower, has joined BriclynForest and is now harassing our mods through messages on Discord. We have repeatedly asked Summer to stop but she denies the allegations and accuses us of spreading rumors. We are looking to cut ties with this group and have evidence to support our claims. We have screenshots from multiple people involved in this situation to provide context. It has been over a week since I first reached out and the harassment continues.

User: Stormynumber1 - Recently, while streaming live video on Twitch, I encountered an issue with OBS prompting me about a problem logging into my account. Despite attempting to log in from different devices like my phone and laptop, I found myself unable to access my account. When trying to recover my Twitch account, I received a message indicating that I have made too many requests and to try again later. This limitation seems counterintuitive as it becomes the only available option in such a situation.

While watching Twitch and playing a game, I tried to access the app on my mobile device only to find out that I had to log in again. Despite attempting my usual password and even a few others I use, none of them worked. After successfully resetting my password, I tried to log in again, only to discover that my account had been suspended. I have not violated any terms of service as I was not engaged in any activity at all. I kindly request to have my account reinstated; if that is not possible, I would like a refund for the two subscriptions I have paid for 25 and 9 months respectively. I also have a third subscription funded by an Amazon Prime account. I am not a streamer, just a regular viewer who enjoys watching Twitch and chatting with others. I am at a loss as to why my account has been suspended.

I am dealing with a serious issue of harassment and stalking. There is an individual using various social media platforms such as Twitch and Instagram to impersonate someone else. The account in question is cookiequeenxo99, and this person has created at least six other fake accounts to fabricate a false identity based on a real individual. I possess the names of the accounts she is using, the name of the person she is pretending to be, and the individual in the photos she is using. I have screenshots of conversations where she confesses to operating each account. She has also obtained my address and sent multiple letters, as well as started to contact me through my email. Disturbingly, she has circulated inappropriate photos of me on social media and private messages to my viewers and children in an attempt to reach me. Despite making multiple reports, I have not received any response. I have blocked more than 15 accounts she creates to message me, taking measures to protect myself.
