I was trying to log in and realized that I was signed out. Went to type password in and it said incorrect. Tried all different variations of my password and it still said incorrect. Checked email, multiple account logins from multiple different countries in the span of * weeks. Immediately filed support ticket and have yet to hear anything back. ... My account has been hacked. Filed * support tickets, case number ********* and ********, one on *** and the other ***. Multiple account logins (Close to **) from multiple different countries from **** - *** when my password was changed. I have tried to use "Forgot user name" however I am not seeing any emails sent to my account and do not know if they have changed my email address either. I want this resolved ASAP because I have purchased BITS from them before and do not want other people to have access to my linked accounts.
I am really frustrated because the lack of response and the fact that I have used my fiances here before really concerns me. Not only this, but multiple of my gaming accounts are linked to this account and, thankfully, their passwords are not the same so I have yet to see any issues from this.
I want my account back and I want to change my password and put * factor authentication on so this never happens again.
I have been on this site for over * years (estimate) subbed to channels for over * years.
I have sent in * support tickets and have yet to get any response. Not even a, "We are working on the situation". I have also tweeted at Twitch Support and haven't heard anything yet.
