Prime Loot sent to wrong blizzard account

So three months ago I was linking my Twitch Prime account to my Blizzard account in order to claim the Overwatch loot. The process for some reason looked into the browsers cookies and automatically chose one of the logged in Blizzard accounts to link to without warning me which account it was linking to. Unfortunately I had logged in with an alt account and that is the account the twitch auto linked to. Thinking this wasn't an issue I unlinked the accounts logged out from blizzard and then linked the correct Battlenet account. However when I tried to claim the twitch prime loot it was sent to the alt account despite my twitch account being linked to the correct blizzard account. This wasn't fixed for the three months I was subscribed and trying to claim loot. After I saw that the loot got sent to the wrong account I called Amazon support. They told me that they couldn't help me and that I needed to contact Twitch support, fair enough, I emailed Twitch, they misunderstood my issue and tried to tell me how to link the correct blizzard account. I emailed them again trying to be clearer with the issue. This time they said the problem was on Blizzards end and to email them. Blizzard then said what Twitch said the first time, "unlink and relink your accounts". Anyway I'm not sure what I can do at this point. The solution I would like is for Blizzard*Prime Loot to credit the correct account with the * "wrecking ball" loot boxes and the * "golden loot boxes" that I paid for but didn't receive.
