I wanted to be sure about my extra driver approval on reservation ********. I added Jeffrey Weidhaas as an extra driver and he filled out forms online to be added. I have it showing "Approved" on my end in my account but he and I both received emails saying that he wasn't approved. Does he have to start an account with Turo before he is approved or was it just a glitch in the system? Can you please confirm whether he is really approved or not as an extra driver and if not, if there is something else we have to do to have him approved for that rental? Thank you.
