Michael Jacobazzi ******@***.com* * ****:** AM (* hours ago)** * *** ****to Turo ** * *******TURO Continues to decline me saying I don't meet the requirements!**And they Keep saying the same thing for an explanation... nothing! **I was asked to provide a lot of personal information including travel itineraries, utility Bills, pay stubs! As requested by TURO.... and I’m still declined!?? **I used TURO once! Same time last year during my annual trip to Chicago. I got a * star rating from the host Will... I gave him a * star rating as well...**I’m entitled to an explanation after all the personal information I provided... I don’t want any more BS about how it affects the efficiency of the review process!! Not after all I gave you! **I will be calling my attorney today to discuss this matter and will share all email communications between me and TURO over the past days!!**I will research and write to senior management including the CEO sharing this ridiculous experience!**I will share this experience on all social media and have direct conversation with friends and family... the ones responsible for turning me on to TURO!!**I am beside myself that I’ve rented ONE TIME!! Received a * star rating and then try to use the service again and I’m BLACK BALLED!!! Really? What would you think if you were in my shoes!!!!!!!!!!!???????
