If you lost your luggage you should go to guest services in the airport and report it immediately. Once you do that you can submit a claim there. They will then give you a claim number. You will need that for future reference.

Kindly note that the passenger had ticket Istanbul to Paris with Turkish airline and then Paris to Bangui with Airfrance airline and both airline have agreement with transfer the baggage so why passenger not received the baggage in Bangui**Please note that the below passenger has not received his luggage at Bangui airport.**We have requested to advise the condition of the luggage and when passengers can go to the airport for collection.
