I have sent an email to Turkish Airlines yesterday regarding the missing luggage of passenger Yasmeen Salman at Bangui Airport. The passenger has checked in, but the baggage has not arrived. We are waiting for an update on the luggage's condition and when the passenger can collect it. After reporting the missing baggage, the passenger returned home to avoid any inconvenience. Please respond promptly. Attached are the tag number, boarding pass, and lost report details for reference. Looking forward to your swift response. Thank you.

Dear all, We would like to bring to your attention that the passenger had a ticket from Istanbul to Paris with Turkish Airlines, followed by a flight from Paris to Bangui with Air France. Both airlines have an agreement to transfer baggage, however, the passenger did not receive their luggage upon arrival in Bangui. We have already contacted the airport to inquire about the whereabouts of the luggage and when the passenger can collect it. Despite the passenger's presence at the airport, the baggage did not arrive, prompting the passenger to file a missing baggage report before returning home. We aim to resolve this matter promptly and ensure there is no further inconvenience caused. Attached are the details, including the tag number of the missing baggage, boarding pass, and the lost report filed at the airport for your reference. PASSENGER NAME: Y. Salman We appreciate your prompt assistance in this matter. Thank you in advance.

Hello, I am Georgia Renata Dias. I purchased our air tickets through Decolar.com for our Turkish Airlines flight. On October 9th, Turkish Airlines informed me that our flight from Napoleon to Istanbul was canceled and directed me to their website to reschedule. However, I was unable to reschedule as Decolar.com was the original ticket seller. I contacted Decolar.com, but they claimed there was no cancellation on their end. I requested a change to the ticket for January 3rd as I saw availability on Turkish Airlines' website for that date. Unfortunately, I have not received any response from Decolar.com and they mentioned they are waiting for Turkish Airlines' reply. Airline code: R2SMWW Passengers: DIAS, Georgia Renata; ANDREOZZI, Giovanni; DIAS, Isadora Andreozzi Ticket numbers: [redacted][redacted], [redacted][redacted], and [redacted][redacted]. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Name: Stephen B. Ticket Reference: R5FBUA (Business Class) I recently received an email regarding a change in one of my flights. The return flight from Luxembourg to Istanbul now departs at 11:30 hrs instead of 12:00 hrs, with the same flight number. When I attempt to manage my flight on Turkish Airways' website, it prompts me to cancel or make changes, but I am unable to select any options as there seem to be no available flights for me to choose from. Furthermore, I am experiencing difficulty inputting my flight award membership number and selecting my seats. Your assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Upon my arrival in Istanbul today, December 7th, from Manchester around 5:30 pm, I learned that my connecting flight to Alexandria, Egypt, was canceled and rescheduled for the next day, December 9th. Turkish Airlines assured me of complimentary hotel accommodation, transportation, and meals for the inconvenience. Despite a three-hour wait at the airport for my delayed and partially damaged luggage, I reached the hotel by 9:30 pm. Hungry, I had dinner before the restaurant's 10 pm closing. However, confusion ensued when I tried to swap tomorrow's dinner for today's due to financial constraints since I wasn't prepared for an extra day in Turkey without access to payment methods. Despite explaining my situation, the hotel declined to accommodate my request.

Gracias, Lisbeth Tejada.

Good morning, I would like to change my tickets' dates. L. Tejada [redacted][redacted] K. Hoffmann [redacted][redacted] Y. Hoffmann [redacted][redacted] H. Hoffmann [redacted][redacted]. I bought my tickets in March to travel to Barcelona, Spain on 15/07/[redacted] through a travel agency (Vision Travel) in Merida, Venezuela. They wanted to charge me to change the tickets, but I asked them to release my tickets and authorize the airline to handle everything with Turkish. It has been 4 months and I'm still waiting for authorization. Communication in Venezuela is difficult as the call center is never available in Spanish. I tried emailing them, but got no response. I don't want anything to do with Vision Travel. They are charging me $[redacted] per person to change each ticket to 26/12/[redacted], which is more than I paid for each ticket initially. It feels like a scam. I request your help to change my tickets' dates due to the flight cancellation by covid-19. We want to travel as soon as possible, preferably in December [redacted]. Thank you.

Dear Sir/Madam, I traveled from Kuala Lumpur to Istanbul in business class and had a 10-hour layover before continuing to Tripoli, Libya. I checked in 7 bags, and although I received 7 of them, 2 are missing. One is a black sports bag taken by Turkish Airlines staff at the terminal or gate without any identification. I request sticker information for this bag to track it to Libya. The other missing bag is a small pink one belonging to my child, which was left in the overhead compartment on the Istanbul flight. For the black sports bag, I need confirmation it's been sent to Tripoli and sticker details for verification. As for the pink bag, please try to have it forwarded to Libyan Airlines for delivery. Dear Expedia and Turkish Airlines Management/Customer Service, I am Doris Wurah, writing to express my disappointment and request a refund for a cancelled ticket. The ticket was purchased for Hopeson Wurah from Washington Dulles (IAD) to Accra departing on December 6, [redacted], and arriving on December 12, [redacted]. Due to a delayed COVID-19 test result, the ticket was cancelled at Dulles IAD with a credit of $[redacted] for rebooking upon receipt of the test result. On December 8, [redacted], I contacted Expedia to rebook the ticket using the same itinerary number ([redacted][redacted]) and PNR number SEKAYG for a flight scheduled to depart from Dulles (IAD) on December 10, [redacted], at 11:29 pm. Despite the confirmation of this booking, the flight was unexpectedly cancelled without prior notification, causing inconvenience as my brother was stranded in Washington DC. Turkish Airlines was contacted on December 10, [redacted], but they were unable to locate any information about the ticket or PNR locator number. After several unsuccessful attempts to resolve the issue with Expedia, a helpful customer service representative eventually directed me to their manager, who explained that the ticket was cancelled 5 hours before the new ticket was issued, resulting in the confusion. I am kindly requesting a refund of $[redacted] for this situation. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. Sincerely, Doris

Dear Turkish Airlines, I am writing on behalf of my brother (S.Z.) regarding his recent flight from Stockholm to Tabriz via Istanbul. Unfortunately, his connecting flight from Istanbul to Tabriz was canceled due to bad weather, resulting in him purchasing another ticket to Tehran. Despite being assured that his luggage would be sent to Tehran with his new flight, he has been waiting at Tehran airport for two days without receiving his bags. Could you please provide information on the whereabouts of his two pieces of luggage (TK [redacted] and TK [redacted]) and arrange for them to be forwarded to the nearest airport in Uromiyeh, Iran? I have attached his ticket for reference, and he is also cc'd in this email. Your prompt assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. If this is not the appropriate department, kindly redirect this email to the correct team for urgent attention. Sincerely, K.Z.

Last night, we planned to take a flight. Unfortunately, we couldn't check in due to visa issues. The airline staff suggested contacting Turkish Airlines for a refund. However, we can't find an email address, and no one is answering our calls. I'm wondering if it's possible for me to get a refund considering my circumstances or if I can reschedule my flight.

Dear sir, I had a challenging experience traveling from Islamabad, Pakistan with my 6-month-old baby on December 6. I was booked on flight [redacted] departing at 6:35 to Turkey for a connecting flight to Los Angeles, flight [redacted] at 1:50. Unfortunately, I missed my connection due to a long check-in line. The gate was closed, and the flight left 13 minutes ahead of schedule without calling me, despite having my boarding pass from Islamabad. This led to significant expenses as I had to return to Pakistan and repurchase tickets to Los Angeles. My luggage items expired, and I incurred additional costs for transportation back to my distant city. The financial strain affected my ability to buy groceries, exacerbating the situation. I contacted the airline numerous times without any response. I kindly request a full refund for the incurred expenses.
